Dealt with this agent to purchase a property they had listed, left me ropeable in my dealings with them, as I missed out on the property without having the chance to submit my final offer. Property ended up well undersold by thousands as I was prepared to offer much more. I feel sorry for the vendors. Communication skills is lacking from this agency with no clear instructions provided for the buying process. It's been a headache from day one. If you want to sell your property, I would highly recommend another agency. Joel, please don't respond with the request for me to contact you. I have tried to call you, left you a voice message and sent you a text, and received nothing back. **Edit - response to Joel: I did not deal with you Joel so what you claim to know is 3rd hand information. I will not name and shame your staff member but my phone conversation and text messages to that staff member on Monday 28th October, made no mention of having to submit a final offer. Had I known this, I would have gone in with a much higher offer. I was previously told final offers close 5pm Friday before (on the 25th October) and to sign a final offer document with your company letterhead. Clearly this was not the case, as you proceeded to open the house the next day, not once but twice, and continued to take additional offers even though I was told I had the highest offer at offers closed. I have various text messages and emails to support this. What's disappointing is the fact that I wanted to provide you with feedback but you just blatantly ignored me. I expected more from the Director. By the way, I don't have a voice messaging service on my phone**

Every problem with the house will be ignored for over a year, you will be threatened to be evicted straight away (BY JESSICA WATSON) If you try to explain to her that your payment will be coming in a day late and the rent will be a day late (completely out of my control). Even though the Land Lord asked us if we would like to rent the property again when the lease was up! The Land Lord is always very helpful and efficient. The realestate is extremely unprofessional. Then next you will have your Water Bill not sent to you for months and months! IF MY BILLS WERE SENT TO ME THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN PAID ON TIME (I asked about it last year and how to sort it out) , then out of no where get sent a text that you have an over due amount of $700. A receptionist who either doesn’t pass on messages or a lazy realestate agent who doesn’t get back to you in DECEMBER!! It’s February the 15th, and I still haven’t been sent a bill in over 5 months and I have no idea how much I need to pay and when. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Oh and did I mention that JESSICA WATSON also cancelled an inspection because it was raining? RAINING?!?!? Even after I had to go into work late (had to call into work and explain) due to the inspection needing to be done!!!!! Absolute Joke!!! There’s a lot more but it wouldn’t fit here!!

All round great experience, from the leasing of my property, right up to the moment of sale. My first property manager Victoria was an absolute star. I was notified about everything a landlord should be notified about. No request or issue was too much, she just about had every answer to every question I had, most days, and if she didn't, she would always get back to me in a timely and professional manner. As for my sales team Andrew and Stephen, their ability to put together a sales campaign is second to none. Right from our first meeting it was clear it was going to be a big one. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to talk to some of their past satisfied clients, who also had great out comes on the sales of their properties, giving me confidence of their track record. Their experience helped to put my mind at ease at every turn all the way to my auction day. These guys absolutely exceeded my expectations on the day of my auction, bringing home a better than expected price, well above my initial reserve. I am just writing you in regards how irresponsible you receptionist, Ms Kristy Nikoloska of Caroline spring office is. I wanted to inspect the house in Caroline Springs, so I went to the office to ask for details and to have rental application form, as no inspection was due. When I entered the office, I said that I want to enquire about the house in Caroline springs and told her the address, without any check or anything she said next second that it has been leased (which isn't leased yet, confirmed from the property manager) and went inside straight away. I am very shocked about her this attitude. If she have told at that time, that house is available, I would have taken the proper procedure to proceed further. Two reasons for which she might have done this : 1) racist 2) we went around 4:30pm, might be she was in hurry to go home. But whatever the reason is she should have attended us and told us the right information.. Due to this wrong information provided, we are feeling very uncomfortable to Buy and lease the properties with YPA group in future.. thanks

Had such a lovely experience with YPA Caroline Springs. Leitha, was so lovely meeting you at the Inspection, made it feel good and welcoming not like other agencies where they rush you and don't really talk so it's awkward and not sure if they're judging you. I was able to submit everything with her and her communication was amazing. She didn't make me feel like i was annoying her (even though i probably did lol), she did everything for me super quick and updated me on every process and once our application was approved, we had Kiarna who was amazing and thorough and was updating us on everything and helping us through all processes. Was super grateful for them and their service and open communication. Nothing worse than waiting for property managers to get back to you two days later. This was BY FAR, the WOREST real estate agency that I have ever dealt with. They were so bad to the extent that after showing the landlord their misleading and lack of communication, the landlord stopped dealing with them and he assigned a WAY MUCH better real estate agent to handle his property. Agent ‘J’, was by far the worst experience I’v ever had. I was receiving aggressive and completely unprofessional responses when reporting an issue. It was a real nightmare. We’ve rented 3 properties within the last 6years with different real estate agency/property management companies. YPA Caroline Springs has been by far the best to deal with. Our initial contact we were dealing with from YPA was essentially non-existent up until Ashleigh M took over. Over the past 18months she has replied to almost any and all enquires we made efficiently and in a timely manner. During property inspections she would ask if there was anything we needed further assistance with and genuinely followed up on the very rare occasions we did need assistance. **Leaving this as a warning to anyone selling/buying through YPA Caroline Springs** My partner and I were dealing with YPA Caroline Springs in regards to a property for sale in which we made a number of offers. The agents struggled with basic communication and eventually failed to pass on critical information. This eventuated in us missing out on the property and also resulted in the vendor missing out on an additional $20k+ that were prepared to pay. We attempted to provide feedback to the director via phone, voicemail and text with nil response. Would not recommend this agent as they do not have the vendors best interest at heart. ***Response to Joel - Interesting to see other reviews of similar nature.

I was nervous moving to a new area and changing real estates as I have had poor experiences with agents in the past but being pregnant I really knew it was time for a new, more family appropriate area and rental. Having been to a few inspections I quickly realised YPA Caroline Springs seemed to have the most suitable properties for us but the real selling point was property manager Kiarna Odgers! Kiarna instantly got what we were after and worked with us for months to find the perfect rental. Always replying to emails and msgs and going above and beyond to help us. I am happy to say that we have signed a new lease now and I can finally relax knowing we have the right set-up for baby.

After a struggle selling with the shift in the property market and a failed 4 month campaign with another agency, we decided to put our trust in Stephen Azzopardi. What an agent!! Dealt with YPA Caroline Springs as a buyer and I would never *attempt* to buy, or deal with this agency, again. They completely lost my trust as a buyer due to their extreme lack of clear communication throughout the whole offer and buying process. There was no transparency in submitting final offers and there were constantly shifting requirements, to the point to where I considered their conduct unconscionable. The only way I could submit an offer was through my own chasing-down of the realtor - otherwise, I would not have been able to submit an offer at all. At the end of the day, the Vendor lost out.

Not professional by any means !!! Me and my wife applied through YPA caroline spings for apartment and never get any call back or email after. I've tried to call them someone answered and said ,,oh let me check and I will get back to you'' he hang up on me and never call back. Again I called back and ask if I can give him my details so he can check in the system for the apartment I was applying for? His response was ,,I don't need your personal details I THING that the apartment that you are looking for is not free anymore''. Very rude, unprofessional and uninterested by any means.

Horrible experience. Andrew M will not stop hassling you until he makes the appointment to sign the authority. Once the authority is signed BEWARE. In our experience he has worked for the buyer instead of the vendor and not informed us of all the information required which left us in a vulnerable position. The agency did not take responsibility for any of this. Worst part of all is Andrew then refused to make contact with us and would not come and see me when I handed the keys back to the office. Gutless and disrespectful. Would not recommend.
