At first I had gone with another agent who was recommended to me. Being new to the property market I gave the other agency ago. With Covid in play my property has been empty for over 8 months. Been looking at buying in the Craigieburn area and this 1 agent from these guys just a pushy moron who clearly doesn't listen to what the buyer is looking for, follows you around so you don't get the "it's home" feel, and when you ask something.... You get told to "Just Google It" Service is non existent. He kept asking what's your offer, so we said what we felt it's worth, approx 70K under what they are asking, as it doesn't suit us... so it's not worth it... to us.... He rang us within 5 min of leaving the property asking us if we would increase our offer....

Leila attention to detail with regards to the sale pre and post "above and beyond". She navigated the sale in covid times with aplomb. Nothing was an issue for Leila, we are "super impressed" with professional service with regards to vendor engagement re the sale. She has found an investor/buyer and now working on a tenant to give the buyer/seller "win win" outcome prior to settlement. Highly recommend Leila for our future sales and to my family members. I changed realestate to find out the tenants where they friends and because I changed realestate my tenants got the inside information that they can pay the rent 2 weeks late . We went for inspection at one of their listing in Roxburgh Park and no one was there. Tried calling the number and also left a message on Domain app. Drove 45min to the property and then drove back home another 45 min. Such a waste of time, fuel and effort. Very unprofessional. Disappointed!
