Most dodgy real estate I've ever used... I was forced into this rental coming out of a DV relationship which I told the agent and she went straight to my ex and read my entire email out to him... I advised her I had a FVIO and she told him I told her that too... the entire house had so many things that needed fixing. Well over priced.. Previous tenant came to talk to me we had a chat about nothing being fixed still, he wasn't surprised. The agent Jayne told me they don't fix things until the tenant moves in. Nothing ever got fixed and she blamed me for not answering the phone when no one called. They've also done a dodgy on selling my house I have a caveat on. I could be here for days if I said everything that's wrong with Jayne and this company.. do not ever rent with them do not ever trust them do not ever sell your house with them.. I'm sure writing this review I'll get a passive aggressive reply which is how they work... I hate writing bad reviews but I don't ever want someone in my position to go through what they put me through. I have added a couple of photos of when I moved in... I never received a condition report either. EDIT TO ADD.. Also recently found out that she was actually using myself and my ex against each other saying that I had refused to sign the lease when it was infact her that would not accept my form and advised me I had to apply for the house. It of course made things much worse in which they ended up cancelling the lease on me and making me homeless.. She continued to harass me through email even after I vacated the house to which her reply is referring to which I had to just say anything to get her to stop emailing me. Everything in my review is factual, what she is referring to is nothing I put in my review as it was a spoken conversation and a he said she said. Reply to other comment.. Sad to see other people also not receiving condition reports as this is against the law to take a bond with no condition report.

I never wrote review but I would like to put review for Saqib. He door knock to our house and appraise it months ago and we are planning sell with saqib now. His communication skills, professionalism and understanding of market is the best.

Been to their office once. All the staff are very welcoming and humble. Offered me a coffee too. felt nice to listened to. They were all extremely proffesional in their approach too. Thanks for the hospitality guys
