31/08/2023 I liked the reception and the teeth examination session, but the scaling process was not a good one. I think the lady that attended to me was an amateur (I may be wrong, but that was how she made me feel about her services) considering how she attended to me. I kept trying to let her know my fears/pain and discomfort, she kept on with a seemingly nasty attitude like she was already tired of me before we even begun. She didn't care to protect my gum, with her finger or something. I severally told her it was hurting me, she probably could not relate, maybe because she had not had a dental procedure done in her mouth or on her teeth before. She just said, "there's something I have to remove from your gum" after I had complained of the pain several times. At some point, she abruptly stopped and said, "rinse out, I'm done." Then I asked her if it was because I couldn't endure the pain, she just said she was done. Okay... Even if it was a painful or slightly discomforting procedure, she could just prepare the mind of her patient maybe by saying_"I'm going to use this tool to take out plagues/build ups from your teeth, you'll feel some discomfort or short pain..." To think that it was a paid service and not free, although discounted, the #10,000 was not picked on the road, even if it was picked, efforts were put into it. For a first time visit, my hubs was quite disappointed, considering how highly he had spoken of your services to me. She can do better by putting herself in the shoes of her patients, empathy is key in her field. That aside, it was a good one.

I booked an appointment a day earlier, and I got a call on the appointment date to remind me of my appointment. I felt at ease from the moment I walked into the doors till I left. The registration, consultation and dental procedure were seamless. I felt some pain during the procedure but the nurse's kind words and concern gave me the will to see it through. The communication was superb, even the young receptionists did their job well. On a final note, Yanga is stamped as my Dental Clinic forever and I'll definitely be referring them to more people. NB: I got a 20% discount too, upon the already cheap price... What more can I ask for?

Yanga Dental Clinic won my respect! Normally, I’m hard to please but YDC won my 5 stars so easily from their professionalism, very friendly/courteous approach to patients and very neat environment. I finally got to do the tooth extraction I’ve been running away from for sometime because of the stories I heard of the pain after tooth extractions. I saw the good reviews on YDC and decided to give it a shot! At YDC, the extraction was done so professionally that I didn’t feel pains as I anticipated as I followed the instructions given by the dentist for post tooth extraction. YDC, keep up the good work!

I was at the clinic yesterday for a tooth extraction and I was very impressed. The environment is very neat. The staff are very warm and friendly. The customer service is topnotch. I got a call this morning from them finding out how I was doing after the surgery. I couldn't believe it. The Dr that attended to me is very skillful and he obviously knows how to manage his patients. He successfully managed my fears and did a perfect job. Every one @Yanga Dental Clinic is a good person. I believe so. The Doctors are very professional and well-behaved, with a very good sense of humor. They make you feel at home through the procedure. They are the best at what they do. I visited their facility today for my dental checkup, and was given a professional treatment. I just came here to update the post I made the day I visited their facility. Just about two weeks I visited their facility, I no longer have bleeding gums or tooth ache when I shew meat. It was so terrible before I visited Yanga Dental Clinic, but now my tooth is fine and my gums no longer bleeds when I brush on when I shew meat. Thanks for your awesome service Yanga Dental Clinic..

Got to know about them via twitter and decided to book an appointment. Booking was easy via their page. They even called me to remind me about the appointment. Finding the building is quite easy and the reception is quite nice. The doctors were so wonderful and will get you very comfortable. Had an examination and extraction (sadly). The whole process was so smooth and quite affordable plus I was given a discount. I would highly recommend Yanga.

Excellent service delivery across all touch points. The receptionist was very polite and was ready to listen to all my enquiries. The attending dentist was very detailed, I like the fact that he took his time to educate me on the whole procedure before we even started, he listened to my concerns and ensured that my expectations were met. Every time I visit Yanga dental I feel disappointed, not because they aren’t good enough but because I’ve grown past the age of becoming a dentist. From the lovely smile of the receptionist to the warm welcome of the nurses, the only downside of this is that they all wear face masks and I can’t see the lovely smiles on their faces but my smile after the procedures should suffice…if only I could add an extra star for them. Kudos.

So, this is my second tooth extraction after a harrowing experience that wasn't cheap by any standard. At Yanga, my teeth were washed and polished, a hole filled and a tooth extracted. I was literally psyching myself up to face extraction pains when the Dr. was done. I couldn't believe my experience. The courtesy and empathy from all staff members was top notch. My experience with Yanga Dental was awesome. Very conducive environment with good scents. From the receptionist, to the doctor and nurse that attended to me, they were very professional and friendly at the discharge of their duties. The doc and nurse took their time to explain my enquiry to me like a 2 years old child before I proceeded. It's really a great place.

My daughter's dentist referred us to Yanga to get an x-ray done. The clinic is easy to locate. It is on the intersection of Bode Thomas Street and Adeniran Ogunsanya street. We were attended very fast. Fee was quite affordable too. We received the x-ray in the email and on WhatsApp. That made it easy to share with the dentist for his diagnosis. I recommend

Went in for routine dental checkup and noticed a hole on the side of my wisdom tooth. Got it extracted immediately and was given the best medication to cope with the post-op. The medical team are professional and friendly.
