APPALLING service! I viewed a property with one of their agents who was unprofessional, extremely rude and unresponsive. We wanted to purchase the property but this agent was so rude, unresponsive and not assisting us further. My husband then decided to contact another Estate agency who was wonderfully helpful and we wanted to make the purchase through them. Only once we decided not to deal with You Realty one of their managers started harassing us and threatening to sue us, the owner and the other (wonderfully helpful) Estate Agency if we didn't purchase the property through them! HORRIFIC! They have a shocking work ethic and reputation in the industry. If they had a problem with us going through another agency they could have contacted that agency directly and come to an agreement with them instead of harassing and threatening us. Appalling service, appalling ethic, DO NOT EVEN CONTACT THIS AGENCY!

What I like with This ASTATE AGENCY, they are prepared to go an extra mile to make the client happy. 1) they presant a good property,which is value for the money. They always make follow ups by sending emails finding a property that will suit you , at the location of your choice. And at the right price. 2) They are very professional, and very polite. 3) They are at your side at all time by even helping one to find the mortgage by giving you several banks which can deal with housing loans. 4)They aim to make one happy and satisfied in buying a home from them. 5) I would recommend them to any first time house buyer, because they will make your journey smooth and successful.

I met Gina by chance while searching for a realtor to assist me with one property to sell which later became two properties. Gina has been attentive and understands my own circumstances which changed the need to sell to the need to rent and in both instances Gina adapted to my needs and is now currently marketing my properties for rent. Realty must do proper screening on tenants. My current tenants are my second tenants with Realty since March for the same property. The previous tenants were disappointing, the guy said he was a doctor which I later proved that he was not. He has never paid rental in full or in time always giving excuses.

Our landlord was using this agency to rent the house. The agency provided the contract we all signed. But when landlord broke the contract there was no help from them to resolve it. Moreover the agent (VR) forgot to give us a move out form which caused a lot of stress when we were leaving.
