The absolute worst place my family and I have ever rented from. My wife and my six-year-old daughter experienced a horrific incident recently, being robbed at gunpoint, and her purse and credit cards were all taken, leading to us losing over 18k. We've lived in this house for three years with excellent pay history the entire time; when we informed them of the incident and explained this incident to them and that we would be late but would have the rent paid before 30 days when the back issues the fraud return, Your Dream Real Estate told us not to worry. However, we received an email with an eviction notice on day 24 that informed us that we had three days to move. Please Be careful with this place; Neda will find ways to fund this place at any cost. I have never had to do a negative review before, but it is better to share this experience to promote awareness.

Went to view a home with the company just now and it appeared as if someone had just moved out of the home last night. There are stains literally everywhere. Walls. Carpet and cords hanging out of walls. The back yard looked as if it hadn’t been managed in years with overgrown weeds covering every inch of the space, as tall as a bar stool. Listing price $2250/Month. When I called the company their only response to me was we cleaned it after the last tenants 2 weeks ago and then persisted to tell me that they already have applications on it. If you have viewed this property at 4411 Koehler you would not wanna rent this home for $2K in this condition. This is the 4th home we have viewed with this company and tbh they were all not in appropriate shape for viewing. BE CAREFUL EVERYONE THIS COMPANY IS NOT REPUTABLE.

This property management company deserves a negative review. My property was vacant for months. When I came to Texas to check it out, I was appalled. Despite the property being vacant for months, it looked as if someone was still living there. See attached pictures. Vertical blinds to my patio were taken, as well as a tissue holder. Also, the locks were never changed on my property. My two year old keys still worked! And no, I did not get the deposit despite items being taken drom my property!

I really admire the team behind Your Dream Real Estate. I've been working with them for almost a year now and I have been really impressed. They know the ins and outs of property management well and they are not afraid to share that knowledge and expertise. Great follow through and very knowledgeable staff. You can't go wrong with a property management team like that!

If there is anything lower than 1 star. These people should never be trusted. All they do is rip tenants off thier security deposit. I know karma will catch up with you all soon.
