The services this team offered were far beyond those I had come across previously. It took quite a few showings to find the right property. I never felt any pressure from Sabrina to purchase. She was patient, and genuinely seemed to want to help me find the best investment, not just make a sale. When it came time to make an offer, Sabrina walked me through all of the paperwork and made sure everything was very clear. The client care manager, Victoria, was great at following up on paperwork, and helped me to get in contact with a recommendation for a real estate lawyer. When I was buying my house as a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions and not a lot of answers. A realtor from this agency helped me buy a home early this year. The experience was OK, just what you would expect from a typical realtor trying to get things done as soon as possible. However, post-sale was a nightmare. I received no information on the house whatsoever. No builder info, no maintenance information, no warranty info, and no keys. Zero documentation was provided. I was given one single key to the entire home and I had to change all my locks. To this day, I don't know who the builder is and things are breaking every other day. I tried reaching out to the agency multiple times and they just ignore me (which is what prompted me to write this review). I am not expecting them to help me, I just want to know who to contact for the problems I am having. I understand this is how realtors operate and we can't expect a lot from this industry but even by those standards, I would not recommend going with them at all.

Highly recommended. We were fortunate to have Anna & her team take care of us while we were trying to buy a house in Ottawa while we were still based in Mississauga, a 4.5 hours car trip away. Eva kept in touch with us almost everyday via email or cell phone. She scheduled several house viewings during our infrequent daytrips, with no time wasted in between the house visits.
