Ana and the team catered for our church's Christmas function last year for about 30 people and they did such a splendid job, that we asked them to help us cater again, this time for an Easter event! The food is cleverly packaged, sized for easy storage in a typical fridge and presentable enough that we were able to serve as is with just the covers removed. The food was delicious and requires minimal prep, mostly just some reheating and the instructions provided are clear and easy to follow. Ana and the team were also very helpful with providing menu options that catered for some of our guests with dietary restrictions. Only catch is that they have limited delivery times for Sundays and public holidays, so we had to work around that. Specifically on Easter, we had to collect the food on the Saturday and store it for Sunday's event. But the food kept fine overnight and nobody was any the wiser. Highly recommend their services!

We had such an amazing experience with Your Private Chef. We were let down last minute by a restaurant for my mum's 60th birthday party and these amazing people turned around and managed to have a 3 course meal with options within 2 days. The instructions were easy to follow the food was better than restaurant quality and we had one of the best nights in a long time. All the team are so friendly, helpful and make everything easy for you. One of those rare companies that the passion and joy of what they do shines through. I do not have enough nice words to describe how good the quality of the food is, I ordered the 3 course dinner delivered to our door at the specified time, to celebrate my husbands bday during lockdown last year and we felt like we were at a 5 star a la carte restaurant, it was absolutely delicious and well presented. We recently tried the frozen meals and every meal was flavour some and filling. It honestly tasted like a home cooked meal and all the family enjoyed it. As a mum of 2 young kids it is so helpful to have nutritious homecooked meals on hand for they days when i just cant do it all! Will definitely be a loyal customer for years to come.

Your Private Chef catered our wedding and we had the gourmet BBQ package. We had an initial tasting at their kitchens which was a nice chance to check things out and this was then reduced from our final invoice which was a nice unexpected bonus. Jason our chef for the day was great, he arrived and worked with the venue host so we as the couple didn’t have to micro manage. The food itself was lovely and there was plenty of it too. They were also great with the dietary requirements and clearly labelled everything. Can’t say enough good things about them. Thanks again

We ordered the delicious individual grazing boxes for our corporate staff members and the selection in each box and the freshness was superb! We used Your Private Chef for the canapes at Parliament Gardens in between our wedding ceremony and formal reception. Ana was extremely professional and organised in all our dealings before the day and I never had to follow her up, which I appreciate at such a busy time. On the day our guests commented on how fantastic and gourmet the food and refreshments. Ana also made a sign to signal our event in the public gardens, going beyond expectations. We would not hesitate to use Your Private Chef again. Excellent.

Highly recommended!! I hired my private chef for my 30th birthday the entire experience was made 110% by the staff! Firstly the communication whilst organising was fast and easy and super friendly, We had chef David cook for us on the night, the food was incredible each course just as good as the last 13 people fed to bursting with enough left over for brunch the next day! The service was superb and super friendly interaction with all the guests! We had a great experience thank you so much!

I was absolutely blown away by the care and quality of this organisation. I needed an urgent caterer with only 2 days notice. They were able to accommodate my request and I had the pleasure of being sent a waitress named Sarah. She was so warm and lovely. She was very hard working and cleaned up after herself. The food was delicious. So many guests commented on both the service and food. Top quality. I will be back, as will many of my guests I'm sure. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

We ordered the cold packed box with canapés and finger sandwiches. Everything was extremely fresh and tasty. All flavours were balanced and complimented each other well. This was for a special occasion; my husband’s and my 27th wedding anniversary. We complimented the food with a lovely French champagne. This was all organised by my daughter and the delivery for lunch was right on time, handled correctly for contactless delivery in isolation, and everything was enjoyed by all.

I had a requirement for a custom order for Duck Ragu for 16 people for a lodged-based fishing trip last week. The people at Your Private Chef worked with me on a recipe and put together a beautiful Duck Ragu sauce. They blast chilled it in containers for transport, for me to simply reheat on-site with some Pappardelle pasta. Great reviews from all the guys on the fishing trip. All I have to say is WOW!!! Everything was delicious. I work at a Retirement village, and the residents were so impressed. This review is on behalf of myself and all the residents. We ordered the hot buffet. It arrived steaming hot, I could barely hold the trays. Everything was full of flavour. The meat was so deliciously soft. Quite possibly the best gravy I’ve ever eaten. Ana and the team at your private chef are amazing. I have ordered the high tea box for friends birthdays. The food is amazing, especially the Peking duck rolls and the salmon. The presentation, service and on time delivery are impeccable. I really appreciated the offer to take away the box and Ana is always so responsive and helpful. I can’t wait until the start of the lockdown racing carnival so I can enjoy my next box of goodies. Highly recommended

I have ordered 40 of the fresh and frozen individual meals from the YPC over the last month. I can say that I have pretty much tried all their range of meals and none of them disappointed! Fresh and good quality ingredients, good sized portions and very well priced. Very good communication and friendly staff. I recommend this business and will keep using it. Cannot wait to try their catering range for an event, hopefully in the near future.

Wow! 5 stars are t enough. YPC catered a party two weeks ago and I still have guests contacting me raving about the food. They have also helped me today with a last minute booking made two days ago for a big family dinner following a funeral. The food is spectacular and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Your Private Chef provided delicious food (canapés for 80 guests) and great service. From first contact to the actual event everything went really smoothly. I was so impressed with the chef's professionalism, he really knew what he was doing, coming into an unfamiliar kitchen and launching calmly into action immediately. The waitstaff did a great job too, really charming while also unobtrusive and efficient. I'd highly recommend them.

Many thanks to Ana and her team for preparing the catering order for our staff meeting on short notice. The food was absolutely delicious (and abundant) and thank you for the “extras”. The sweet potato fries were amazing! On a personal note, I was also very impressed with the fresh meals which work well as either a lunch or dinner option. The Cajun Chicken and Beef Stir fry were a hit with my children. The barramundi was my fav!

Had hot delivery BBQ catering for my 21st party on a Sunday afternoon. Food arrived hot and packaged well (insulated well so food did not go cold while waiting to be served). Food was presented beautifully with a good range for guests to choose from. Tasted amazing too. Delivery driver was also very friendly and efficient and made sure food arrived early (which was good on a day when you feel a bit overwhelmed with stress!).

Initially had a great experience using this company for a Hens lunch. Used them for the 2nd time for a work event which I had booked in the date, exchanged quotes, refined menu etc with them. A week before the event the company completely stopped emailing me back and could not get through on their phone lines at all. Still have not gotten a response or explanation as to why they disappeared. Would NOT recommend.

Great and responsive customer service from Ana, timely delivery, clear and very easy instructions, no preparation required just reheat and you are done. Delicious!!!! Generous serves of tasty, nutritious food, beautifully packed. Porterhouse steaks were first class not dry and snitzels were huge and full of flavour.
