We all have heard that realtors are all about making money , they don’t care about your best interest, they want the cash . Equivalent to the slimy car sales man right? That’s been my past experience for sure so this time around I decided to choose the #1 agent in Kingston and that’s Jeff Easton ( as opposed to listening to friend/family recommendations). He sold my house above market value in the timeframe I wanted. Then the urgency and anxiety struck me hard that I wouldn’t find a house. So much stress and pressure ! Jeff stayed strong in his conviction that he would find me a house I love despite nothing was looking at all promising . Being mistrustful of realtors , I actually refused to listen to his advice or accept his knowledge about homes which could have ended badly but he went above and beyond what any realtor should be expected to do at his own expense and a lot of his time to make things right and get me on track to find the perfect house for me. Our realtor Jesse was instrumental in helping us find and purchase our forever/dream home.
