This was our second time there. Some improvement from our initial visit. The food was nice. We had starters, main course and dessert and I couldn't fault any of that! I still think they need better staff coordination and training. They need hall manager(s) to better supervise the staff not because they're unruly but because they lack the necessary training. They also need better/seamless communication with the kitchen. When we ordered, we made it clear that we'd like to have our starters first and the main course could wait until we are ready. So also the dessert. But everything was served at the minute risking our main courses to go cold & our dessert to melt away. We had to ask twice for those to be returned to the kitchen until later. We then asked for our food to be packaged but still confusion set in with the kitchen. The food is nice but the service is poor tbh.

At first,the restaurant looks cool and nice and that’s the only good thing about the restaurant. I went there this evening and thought I will enjoy the place with my small money because I had little money on me but as Halloween night I thought to spend the little money with my sister I ordered something about 7400 and when they brought bill I was seeing 9000+,why? When I know I ordered what I could afford There’s a particular staff that was extremely rude(the man that brought the bill) he was shouting at me for wanting to know why my bill was higher than my budget I lost appetite and couldn’t even eat the stuff I ordered.it’s just crazy,rude,annoying and embarrassing. Everyone had to know “she ordered what she can’t pay for” whereas I ordered what I had money for. Management should fix the attitude of that staff.this is my first time there and it definitely going to be my last!

Good ambience with nice services. The service delivery also was quick. Dined-in with friends after a long day in Kano. The waiters were courteous ushered us in and arranged table for group, lucky it wasn’t crowded. Had the Singaporean noodles with option of beef stripes, it was lovely and spicy as i wanted it with Shirley Temple mocktail. The wings were alright but need to be more generous with the portions. My friend had chicken bonne femme which on the menu it stated “with option of choice” but they didn’t ask him just brought fries for him with it lol. Parking is very limited.. Also no ramp to cater for disabled ♿️ or baby pram Overall: Satisfactory

It's an excellent restaurant. The food was nice and the workers were courteous. There was a mistake in my order and the manager were very courteous while making amends. There's a wide variety of food, although pricey, it's worth it. (Be on the lookout for VAT and Service Charge ) The parking space isn't so big, so on a very busy holiday you might not have somewhere to park. The ambience is breathtaking and Instagram worthy . They have several outdoor sittings, a bar and a nice indoor restaurant. It's a great place to visit if you're bougie

Cappuccino is good here. Also for veg n non veg burgers atmosphere is awesome

This is a very nice place to hang out and eat. They have a variety of African and Continental dishes. They have a variety of appetizers and drinks too. The ambience is great. They have the outdoors and indoors sitting area. Make your choice. The service is good too. There is a parking space in front. It's a nice place to visit if you are in Kano.

The food was so expensive, not fulfilling , the portion was very little. I have never been to any high end restaurant will less value for money like Zazu. If you want value for money Zazu is not for you. The Service Charge was so high for the environment

Service is quick, with nice ambience and cozy feel (I sat in a corner table). Food could’ve been better (I had the lasagna and the pastry was a bit soggy, and you couldn’t see much cheese. The chicken rolls were really good though). Food was relatively affordable too; very nice.

luvly ambience, food was delicious generally... however my bolognese was a little bit too spicy and some of the other stuff we tried to order was unavailable... well I am guessing this was because it was over the eid break... but above all we enjoyed ourselves... looking forward to another visit when I am back in town...

It's an amazing restaurant, I visited the place during Eid-el-fitr the place was full of customers, with all that busy they manage to deliver a good service which is something not every where can get. I like the place actually it's really nice.
