My go-to physiotherapist has always been Pui Yin. We knew each other from Ultimate Frisbee where we used to play in the same team. Pui Yin is a very dedicated person, be it in her job or in trainings/tournaments. She puts in all her heart in everything that she does, which brings me to my reason of why she’s my go-to therapist. Starting with my ankle, to my quads, to hamstring, calves, wrists, even sprained fingers (yes I have pain everywhere :/), she has never failed to make me feel better! Basically she understands her patients well and will treat them professionally, accordingly. She is also very friendly to all her patients. Pui Yin is also experienced in dry needling and my muscles always feel entirely relieved after my appointments with her. Her comfy clinic is definitely a plus point toon Highly recommend this place!

Long work hours on the computer aggravated the recurring stiffness in my neck and shoulders. I had also developed repetitive strain injury on my forearms, which restricted my ability to lift anything heavy. At the recommendation of a colleague, I sought treatment at Zest Physio. I was attended to by Pui Yin, a senior physiotherapist. She very knowledgeable, skillful and friendly. I appreciate the time she takes to assess my condition at the start of every session and the explanation of treatment that would be administered. The manual therapy was very effective, I felt much relief on my shoulders and neck after the first three sessions. Pain on my arms has also subsided and I am beginning to regain strength in my arms. Truly lives up to its tagline - For A Better Quality of Life! Definitely recommend Pui Yin and Zest Physio!

I developed frozen shoulder and it was on my left arm. I had my arms locked to my armpit. It was a struggle and hand range was quite limited. My cousin recommended I see a physiotherapist and I was glad I came across Pui Yin who was so dedicated and the manual therapy she performed on my arm, neck, tricep, bicep and shoulder blade aided me in recovery and I'm so glad I have my full hand range now. This was a hard lesson learnt as I find doing mobility exercises are vital too. Thank you Zest for the road to recovery!

I first started to see Pui Yin because I’ve been having back pain due to my posture at my job as a dentist. After a couple of sessions with her, I can feel that the back pain is less and not as uncomfortable as before. She was extremely patient in explaining my condition to me and how to better manage it. Definitely looking forward to joining the Pilates classes with her in the future.

Sprained my ankle badly (full body force landing on it) & immediately went to meet PuiYin for physio appointment. After 3 sessions of treatment (manual therapy, massage, dry needling etc), my ankle recovered faster than expected (diagnosed to be at least 4-6 weeks recovery based on the swollen condition). I'm able to walk normally with minimum discomfort in 2 weeks time.

Really glad I came to this physio centre for my ankle pain. Pui Yin is very considerate and helpful. She managed to help me determine the cause of my ankle pain, and also fix my problem within 2 sessions! She’s genuine and looks out for the needs of her customers. 10/10 would recommend!
