Zamel’s in-store management and staff really need get on the same page as head office. After a week of waiting for assistance regarding an online order we were told to go to a Zamel’s store to exchange our item so I took a Thursday afternoon off to drive to this store. When we explained to the staff member the issue she said that no one working on Thursdays can do an exchange and that online orders don’t have a receipt to allow stores to exchange anyways and that I’d have to drive back their the next day or another time when a manager is present and can call head office (we explained we aren’t local to a store so driving back isn’t ideal). We had written proof from the online dept advising us to go in store and our order number on hand but the staff simply said that “head office don’t know what they’re doing” and that “no one in head office has a clue”. At this point I just burst into tears and didn’t know what to do. Staff member Mandy took our mobile number down and bluntly said that’s all she could do and that no other store would be able to assist as managers don’t work late (by this time it was 7pm during late night shopping). We left having nothing resolved and feeling totally disheartened by that whole interaction. N.B - contacted another Zamels store when I got to the car and our exchange is already being processed. Competent, friendly and understanding staff make all the difference.

Kim and all other staffs at Zamel’s Mt Druitt Westfield are amazing and so warm hearted!! My partner bought me a birthday present and I didn’t like it so we brought it back to change. The staffs helped me choose a design that I finally fell in love with although they were very very busy. They said they will do their best to please their customers and they really did!! I was pleased, satisfied and happy.

Worst customer service ever!!! Brought a watch as a present and had to wait 6 weeks for the links, had to follow up every week as they said it should be this week. Made a promise to pay for said links as a gesture then denied all knowledge. Would recommend everybody to shop and spend money else where, where they give a Dam about customers!!! Wont ever go back again if you paid me too.

Very stylish and elegant jewellery and watches, great range and quality. Bit pricey but worthed since they offer magnificent designs.It is located within Mount Druitt Westfield which offers big parking area, disabled parking and wheelchair access to the centre and shops. Public toilets available within the centre.

Absolutely disgusting. They lost a diamond out of my vintage world war 2 pendant and luckily I had photos to prove it. Denied responsibility and told me to get out swearing and abusive. All of which I recorded. You have been warned do not use this mount druitt store absolute thieves.

Absolutely frustrated as I should of read reviews before entering store, a return had to be made of a gold chain, they make it such a difficult process as we have to go through emailing our reasonings for the return, it was quite significant of what had been said to the workers.

Love the quality of their jewellery and staff are honestly so welcoming and helpful and they definitely care for you. Thank you ladies for always making our experience shopping at Zamels the best experience.

Sotre manager Cherry was amazing and so very helpful! She explained that I could get items ordered in rose gold even if the display or on hand stock wasn't rose gold. Such a delight to be served by.

Have been into this place a few times now and impressed with their range. The sales are insane and affordable. Love this shop!
