We asked for two high chairs, to our surprise the whole restaurant only had two... So we had to wait and ended up with one, not ideal. Very bizarre... I guess families with kids are not welcome here! We had the mixed cold mezze, beyti kebab and islander kebab. The mixed cold mezza is very generous, however, the mains are tiny at best... Maybe we ordered mains from the kids menu... lolz there are no kids meals, again another hint kids are not welcome! We ordered a large bottle of water and got a 500ml acqua panna at AED20, pretty much more than double what you would pay at any other mall restaurant... When I asked if 500ml is large what is the small size, they said 250ml, to which I asked, is that of the kids menu ;) and you guessed it... There is no kids menu! Or high chairs! Let's be fair, only 2. This is not a restaurant at a five stars hotel or a high end restaurant... My expectation is any water brand over and above mai dubai that is reasonably priced... Masafi would be luxurious! The food was good, but not exceptional. The staff were helpful and attending.

Permanently closed now Very bad experience They stopped Fazaa discount Oven was not working so no good bread was served We had to literally ask for bread 3 times as every time they bought small amounts They forgot to bring the usual olive plate so I asked for it and they served 5 olives and we were four people so I had to ask for more I asked for my usual dish but it couldn't be done as it was an oven dish so the waiter said there's a similar dish and I clearly if it can be done without anything spicy as my kid will try it with me and he said definitely.... It was served medium spicy and I had to return it and he said it's not spicy so I asked him to try the tomato sauce on top of the whole plate and still he didn't want to acknowledge it had a bit of spice Worst exp in a long time Never going there again

We had a good experience here. Everything was fresh and anything we asked for they kindly brought. The fillet steak was wonderful and entertaining to watch final prep at the table. We also normally special order the famous Smit bread online which is delivered. Would highly recommend... Especially the steak. Portion are good. We even took home some steak. Thanks Zaza

I usually like whenever to visit Abu dhabi to eat at Zaza. They have delicious food, very welcoming and friendly staff. Food is served at table after ordering within very convenient. Perfect Turkish tea is also served for free, it tastes really perfect! I can mention here Wywnie and Steve, very professional staff, very friendly and helpful.

The food was super expensive, and not worth the money. The quality is questionable. We ordered egg sausage pidet, she brought cheese sausage. When we told her that we ordered egg sausage pidet, she tried convincing us that this is the eggs. Sorry honey, I know the difference between eggs and cheese, and this ain't eggs. The food took long, and the prices are high. Thanks but ain't coming back :)

The atmosphere and decoration is very nice. A nice variety for the breakfast, and some other unique options for the dinner and lunch. Some of the options are spicy, although it is not mentioned. Recommend option from my side.

The price is over and the food wasn’t tasty ! I ordered mix grill and it was 150 dirham and it wasn’t even big portion! I just liked the chicken from this mix grill.. I ordered Egg Sujuk and it was fine. the 2 stars I gave is for the place since it is clean, the decoration, and the staff who were respectful.

This place was The One restaurant the whole family likes to go to because everything is good. I went today, and unfortunately nothing tasted good.. or at least as good as before. The staff is awesome and friendly, but the food isn't.

We've been to ZaZa twice already. The staff are so friendly and wonderful! Highly recommend their Ali Nizak, baklava, and tea. Overall a good place to spend the afternoon chatting with family and friends.

It might be on the expensive side a bit, but the taste and portion are worth it. Don’t be fooled by the fact that kebab meals are one piece each; the piece is huge! The taste is unique and definitely fresh. The amount was so much that we had to take the rest home. Absolutely worth it.

Tasty food and friendly service. We went for an iftar and were not disappointed. 199 for two people (~100 per person) and they didn't charge anything for our child as they said the food would be enough for 3! Highly recommend it.

I just liked the interior design and colors. Didn't like the food, expensive, tough staff they even didn't smile ! I don't think will try it again unless I hear from others that they did some improvements.

Amazing food, lovely staff. The cold mezza platter is highly recommended. Their Turkish coffee is on point

It tastes good and you can experience various sauces. I especially like black tea, so I buy it separately and enjoy it. If I come back, I will buy black tea and give it to my acquaintances.
