My boyfriend set up a couples massage as a birthday treat - our first time here, and his first time at a spa. We both really enjoyed the experience; he was very impressed and is already talking about going back. We had Natina and Kristi, and were both really happy with the work they did on us; they listened to our specific needs and wants, and delivered. The environment is calming and nicely private, and there are plenty of nice little touches that make it a really pleasant experience. The sauna session before the massage was a smart way to start the experience; the massage includes hot stone work and aromatherapy. I liked that the package included these things, instead of having to add them on and pay extra. We looked at several spas when trying to decide where to go, and this was easily the best and most interesting option for a couples experience, especially if one or both if you isn't really into the expensive facials and body wraps that other spa packages charge a lot of money for. This was a good value and a great experience; we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend.

I absolutely LOVE Zen Blend Mind + Body Spa. I've used them several times and tried out most of their servicves, including the hot stone massage, infrared sauna, and float tank. I usually book my massages with Amber, who is great and has strong hands. She doesn't talk your ear off while giving you the massage (I've had a lot of massages and trust me - it has happened before), makes you feel comfy and puts you at ease. I enjoy all of their services and recommend them to all of my friends. Brian, the owner, is excellent too. After your massage, you can usually talk to him and he gathers feedback on how everything went (a smart entrepreneur), and not for one second did I feel rushed. They give you the entire place to yourself when you book your service, so you get private attention and as mentioned previously, you are never rushed (unlike other big chains). Love this place and the ownership! Keep doing what you are doing!

My first experience with Zen Blend was 4 or 5 years ago with my wife for a couples massage and it was actually my first massage experience ever. In a way, it kind of ruined me for massages everywhere else because my wife and I regularly get massages when we go on vacation and they just never compare. I go back to Zen Blend every couple/few months with my wife & they've really perfected the entire massage experience. The ambiance relaxes you from the second you walk in the door, their massages are tailored perfectly based on a nice little chat with who you're there to see, the massage tables are cozy and comfortable (definitely the most comfy I've been on), they offer you chocolates/hot tea/wine after your massage, the people are super nice, and they somehow just seem to pick up on all these little things to round out the experience.

The place is relatively small and cozy. The ambience is relaxing. The good part about being a small place is that the service always had a personal touch to it. I was there with my girlfriend and we started off with a sauna. A 70 minute massage followed that. We never felt rushed and were given our own sweet time before and after the massage. The massage itself was of good quality. I personally prefer something like a Thai massage more, but this wasn't disappointing either. It was less intense and physical than a Thai massage, but was more relaxing. At the end of the day, my mind was more relaxed, but I could've done with a slightly more intense massage. The masseuse was professional and sweet. She took care of the spots I was more keen on getting massaged and I'll surely visit again.

My boyfriend and I went here for a couples massage and it was amazing. We saw Cherie and Rachel and the massage was so relaxing from start to finish. Our massage bed was heated which kept us cozy and warm throughout the duration of our appointment. Both girls recognised our problem areas and were careful in navigating them to keep us relaxed the entire time. The ambiance was unmatched. Would recommend sunglasses for afterwords if you go during the day because it is very dark inside to keep the mood super zen. I even fell asleep for a few minutes which has never happened to me during a massage before. We are from out of town but will definitely be back again and definitely recommend!

We got a couples' massage gift certificate from our children a year ago and just got around to using it! Why did we wait? This was an awesome experience from the time we booked. They communicate via text and email and give very good Covid instructions. We had our temps taken when we walked in. Annette and Amanda were the ultimate professionals in getting us prepped. It was a wonderful 70 minutes! We had hot stones, aromatherapy and all the enlightenment extras! I highly recommend and my husband (who'd never had a massage before) now wants to schedule one again...soon! This place is amazing! We will be returning! My husband and I received a couples massage from there. The moment we walked into the building, the setting was perfect. Everything was set up so that the entire experience was relaxing. We first sat down and drank water and talked. Then we proceeded to go into our room for the massage. They were both very attentive to our needs and pressure. The massages were so incredible, I think we both fell asleep at a point. They massage you from your scalp to your feet, as long as you're comfortable with it. After the massages, we were both invited to have tea and chocolate. The whole experience was very pleasant. Thank you Kylee and Natina for starting our honeymoon off right.

I barely left this place not even an hour ago and had to immediately get on here to leave a review. I. CANT. WAIT. TO. GO. BACK. My husband and I had a couples massage with the sauna session. The sauna had our bodies completely relaxed for our massage. My husband had Amanda, who he said was awesome! His snoring not even halfway through let me know he was enjoying it. Haha. I had Kristi and this was honestly the best massage I’ve had. She worked out a lot of knots and even some problem areas I didn’t know I had. The lemongrass gave me the best vibes, and the hot stones were spectacular. I could go on and on and on. GO. You won’t regret it.

So amazing! Love this place my partner has came to do quite a few individual massages and this was our second couples massage, every time the experience has been a 15/10. The first massage I ever experienced and we plan on this being our only place we go to for massages. I unfortunately can’t recall my masseuse but my partner had Annette(apologies if I spell your name wrong) but she’s very amazing and every massage therapist I’ve had here is really great. I come out feeling so renewed and refreshed truly “Zen”. I love the intimate feel and energy I feel the second I walk into the door.

Loved this place... This was my first time ever going to a spa so I didn't know what to expect. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave the staff makes it a whole experience. We went for the infrared sauna and decided to add massages. After the sauna you feel refreshed and lighter. They also give you these mint scented towels to wipe down before your messages. The staff explains every step in detail and ask questions which helps you to feel super comfortable/relaxed. I've already started to recommend this place to others.

Came here for a 70 min couples massage with infrared sauna. Seriously the best massage I’ve had in my life, and I’ve had a lot of massages. My husband said the same. The techniques of the massage therapists were like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. The hot stones and hot towels were so relaxing and the environment felt so peaceful. I will definitely be coming back again, and would love to do a 90 minute massage next time. I’m also going to recommend them to all my friends, because they were just that AMAZING!

Great space! Calm, inviting. Received a lovely massage from Annette--tiny but packs a punch! She was more than capable of working out some of my trouble spots in my back. She checked in just often enough to see if I needed any adjustments. The staff are all wonderfully interesting, too. They respected my space for calm, but immediately opened up and were super friendly and hilarious when I was getting ready to leave, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend to friends looking in the future!

I just had my first appointment here and was blown away by the great experience. I've had massages before, but this was the best. My massage therapist Natina was a pro. She gave me an excellent massage customized to all of my body's various quirks and helped to create a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. I’m 37 weeks pregnant and have been all over Austin trying prenatal massages the last couple weeks. Kristi at zen blend is hands down the best. She focused on the areas I really needed help with and is a miracle worker. This is the first place I’ve been to with a pregnancy pillow you can put your belly in and lay on your front. That made a big difference for my back because some side laying wasn’t cutting it. The hot rocks, atmosphere, tea and chocolates were bonuses. I will definitely be back!

Loved the dark, intimate atmosphere of the facility. My husband and I enjoyed our 1st visit so much that I was back for a second massage just a couple of weeks later. They make sure to ask you about any specific areas you want to focus on and/ or problem areas. The aromatherapy is a nice touch as well! I leave there feeling so relaxed and refreshed! We had the couples Bliss package and it was one of the best massages we’ve had. I had Kylie and my husband had Nikki. Both took the time to ask us about trouble spots and really listened. Kylie worked out my neck knots and was careful on areas that I have pain. Both Kylie and Nikki kept checking to see how the pressure was. Very relaxing massage and worth the price. The chocolate and tea at the end was a nice touch. If we ever come back to visit Austin we will come here again!

My husband and I were in Austin for the weekend and wanted to relax with a massage. We chose Zend Blend because of the great reviews and it did not disappoint! They followed all the protocols to keep everyone safe in this weird time, but we still had an enjoyable experience. The massage was wonderful, the price is right, the atmosphere was excellent, and we couldn’t be happier. Even though we don’t live in Austin, we will come back to visit and ALWAYS stop here for a massage!

This place is absolutely wonderful. We live in Houston but will travel to Austin just to come to Zen Blend. My wife and I have had the Couples Bliss sauna and massage treatment three times now and have had a wonderful experience every time. The last two times we have come here, Cherie and Amber have given our massages. Both are very attentive to our specific needs and provide wonderful service. Coming here is one of our favorite escapes from our busy lives in Houston.

Wow. I just did the nirvana package with Annette and felt compelled to leave a review. This was hands down the best massage I've ever had. Annette was very friendly and caring, and clearly an expert at her craft. She listened to my needs and took great care when massaging my ankle (currently nursing a sprained ankle). My job offered to pay for a massage and I’d never had one before. After looking through dozens of Yelp reviews of Austin-area spas, I decided on Zen Blend, and I am SO HAPPY I did! I've been visiting this business for years now and highly recommend Zen Blend! You are immediately relaxed when entering the space, with the low lighting and aromatherapy diffusers pumping calming scents into the air. The Bliss package is my go to. I've had multiple therapists and have always been a happy customer. Rooms are immaculate, and therapies are excellent! The owners are such a lovely couple and they have really created something special here.

I am torn on my experience here. The Slaughter location is clearly a residential home turned business and honestly, that did make me uncomfortable being alone. The staff and interior are very professional and pleasant. The sauna was nice and my massage was pleasant. But my package listed a tea and chocolate "time" and that was just being handed a few Lindor candies and a tea bag in a to-go cup as I paid. Maybe I may try again but unsure

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again.. Kristi is the best! This place is so awesome. I love their text scheduling and the quickness they get me in. I’ve been going since Covid and this place just keeps getting better and better. I refuse to go anywhere else now. Kristi is on my top two list of best massage therapists I’ve ever had. And that’s saying a lot since I’ve seen A LOT of therapists. Definitely going back.

Recently, I tried this place out and was not disappointed. I'm a very ticklish individual, and Cherie did an amazing job massaging the ticklish points without triggering my ticklishness. They also have this face mask they put on when u turn to lay on ur back that helps open up ur sinuses again. I thought that was a lovely touch that I hadn't experienced before. I will be back the next time I'm in town.

We had a sauna/couples massage for our anniversary and this place is top notch. The staff was warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The infrared sauna experience was secluded and peaceful. The massage (we had Amber and Nikki) was well explained beforehand and high quality. The chocolates and tea (to-go for COVID safety) was a wonderful touch after the experience. Ample parking as well. We will be back!

My wife and I did the infrared sauna and got a couples massage and it was incredible from the minute we walked in the door. Such a relaxing and clean space. Superb ambience and lighting, Amber and Cherie were incredible and focused on our needed areas on top of the full body massage, we both feel amazing. I went as part of a couple's massage that included delicious (instant) tea and a small assortment of chocolates at the end. The aromatherapy was very light/subtle. The ambience was nice and relaxing, but occasionally interrupted by the frequent opening of the front or back doors which let in a lot of light. The masseuses were excellent and very receptive. Overall, 4/5 for the price.

Booking another session! I did the zen day for one package with Kristi back in Sept. 2022, and let me tell you I have never left a spa more relaxed. Amazing ambiance! Had a couple’s massage deluxe and I would highly recommend it. I felt relaxed and comfortable the moment I stepped in. My partner and I each had a therapist at the intensity level that was comfortable. I suffer from a lot of muscle fatigue and ache and it was just what I needed.

My husband and I had the couples message with the 30 min sauna. We loved every mintue. Kristy and amber did a phenomenal job and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The establishment is so clean and peaceful. And they have some really cozy comfy sheets. Lol. Cant wait to go back great price.
