Multiple buildings in a compound behind a gate with guard placed in front gives a feeling of safely, first impression is a well managed well maintained place, the front desk is occupied 24/7, helpful and relatively fast, could add smile to their greeting and handling guests though. Not being directly on the main road makes it a relatively quite and peaceful place. Free local buffet breakfast and a 1L bottle water per day is included in the price. Breakfast has multiple options and the menu changes everyday. There is a gym and praying room in the main building. If front desk is notified about a booked ride (e.g. Careem or Rently), they will let the ride come in and wait for you in compound, you can also request the front desk to notify you when your ride arrives and they will inform you. The boutique room is good size for two guests, on our check-in the bed was clean but seems like the floor has never been mopped, the balcony is not even swept and has gathered dust for ages, the furniture has also seen its best days, some of the drawers do not close, cupboards full of dust aswell. The bathroom was clean for pakistan standard. The vanity kit contains toothpaste, toothbrush and a comb, tiny bottle of shampoo, bodywash and conditioner were provided, not sure if they are replaced / refilled everyday as we used our own. Laundry service is fast and has reasonable prices but be careful with light colored or white objects as ours become brown (compared to the unwashed whites). Lunch and dinner can be ordered by room service, the portions are big, food is fresh and tasty, alternatively foodpanda also works, you just have to fetch your order directly from the main gate, you can get notified by the rider but not by the front desk. There is some room for improvement in the following areas. In breakfast room, greeting with a smile should be standard, placing name of the food served will also help none local guests, in hot beverages only tea is too less, at least instant coffee should also be served. The staff should be made aware of hospitality principles, ignoring the guests and chatting with each other or watching videos on cellphones doesn’t give a professional impression. Same goes for the front desk, please add smile to your greeting toolbox, a small smile goes a long way. Have to say, the staff is helpful and ready to serve, we stayed for 7 days and the stay was pleasant, would stay again when in Karachi and would also recommend to friends

I have stayed here since 21 December ,2018 and today is 31 st December, will be staying here till 11 th January 2019. I have noticed that this is a nice cozy place and located in the center of the city and managed by a nice person, but unfortunately the staff is untrained , nice staff but no training provided and also has lack of cleanliness knowledge and lack of equipnent and cleaning products and cleaning knowledge.. For example when we entered the room was clean bed was clean but the closets and cupboards were dirty and dusty from Inside , They should have vacuum cleaners or shop vac , wet and dry one for each building to pick up the dust and will make there life so easy .. They should also make sure that the staff should change there uniform every day cause that all are smelling when they enter the room they are all well mannered but smelly and dirty . For washrooms they dont have toilet bowl cleaner and Utah been almost a week I have requested them.to clean the washroom floor and toilet bowl.with proper cleaners instead I have been providing them with my own dish washing liquid that I had or sometimes they used hair shampoo. So again lack of knowledge of hygiene and training to the staff and even when you ask room service for extra cup and plates o get the cutlary little dirty and watched them wiping it with dirty cloth . Else it's a great staff very friendly but even at the reception the internet was down for more than 2 days and every time you ask why internet is not working the first answer you get from them is no it's working then you have to prove them that it's not working and then they will all give the same answer that we have complained about it and IT team will come.to solve it . So they knew then why did they lied? Rest all is well just lack of attention and regular meetings and due diligence and push to the staff to concentrate towards customer service and cleanliness and also train them not to lie and try brush people off o stead try to dove the issues as people will come , call and bring your problems at the reception with lots of Hope's and will expect the hotel staff to solve it.. Easy approach from Shahra-e-Faisal road. Food quality is bery good. Rooms sizes are not spacious. Parking space is not so huge, only few cars can be parked on the hotel. Enviroment is peaceful, no issue of electricity and water. Good amenities. Bill can pe paid via credit/debit card or cash. 24 hours security with cctv cameras. Excellent building ONLY, they need to train their staff to be excellent, stayed there 5 nights, doing the make up of room was to make the bed only without doing anything else, when i complained the guy came and used the bathroom mop to clean the room floor, i have to ask them to change the bed sheets otherwise i would have slep on dirty bed sheet for straight 5 nights. Filling back the shower gel and shampoo was also ON DEMAND, cleaning toilet seat was FLUSHING THE WATER. Very noisy since all windows are single glass, avoid staying in the same complex where they have office since staff noise will add to existing noise, if you can't sleep in presence of noise avoid this hotel at ALL, most probably will never stay here again and look for some other options in next trip.

Not recommended.... Very very over priced. Such hotel should not charge more than 3000 to 4000 a night but they are charging way way too much (7000 plus) Stabdard room or business room , all are bad. Very small rooms , rooms are noisy , not a peaceful place , very low quality furniture , zero quality overall.. Bathrooms very very basic. The staff was reluctant to give me receipt. After asking several times , they gave me receipt on blank paper... after asking again and again , they printed something on letterhead and said it’s receipt.. i wonder if the owner knows that the account is not well managed... Breakfast buffet was good. Staff was excellent in the hotel. But apart from that everything is quite bad.

Spent 10 days here. The staff is very courteous and quick to respond to customer feedback. +ves: - Conveniently located. From the outside, it could be mistaken for a shady place but you are impressed when the door opens. - Everything is new and super clean. The rooms are immaculate and the washrooms are nice. Even guest washrooms were sparkling. - Their gym equipment would suffice for most people looking to lift and run a bit. Bonus for it being mostly empty. Update: I stayed once again here! Before I share anything else, keep in mind one thing...After I finished my stay here, I received 4 phone calls from the hotel asking for me to put "10 star review". Quality hotels that give good service shouldn't have to do this; a guest should WANT to write a review without feeling the push from a hotel to write one. Terrible service. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Toilet basin was extremely dirty looking as if it never been cleaned with proper cleaning liquids like harpic. Had to call the reception 6-7 times for a bottle of water or cup of tea. Though the tea never came.....The breakfast buffet is extremely stale and I fear they serve old food and even old tea!!! The overall feel and ambience of the place is pretty nice.. The staff regularly ask for and support the guests in any way they can.. The food here is pretty nice though a bit expensive for my taste.. I was surprised by two things here; firstly, the housekeeping Incharge, Mr. Mukhtar Khan, himself met with me and asked for feedback regarding my stay and that if I was comfortable here. Secondly, the management shifted me to a bigger and better room after was stay was extended.. I'd really recommend this place for anyone who comes to Karachi either on a business trip or on a vacation..

We are still checked in at Zifan hotel, before booking at this location I read a few negative reviews and yet I took a chance and finally arrived at the property. All the negative comments from previous guests had been thoroughly managed, so far all the services are excellent, I would like to comment that Mr Mukhtair head of house keeping has provided us exclusive service and made our stay very plesent and comfortable. We will still be checked in for another week and it seems that zifan hotel & suites will be our first priority when even we visit Karachi.

Had an amazing stay at Zifan Hotel & Suites, for more than a week for our business trip. The staff was cordial and well mannered, starting from Banquet staff, and room service to restaurants staff. All staff member were well-capicated and I truly that you have chance to the wonderful staff members Arbaaz, Shahid, Food and Beverages Manager Shahzad, and the House Keeping manager Mukhtiar to serve you. Food quality was awesome. It has conference rooms as well as meeting rooms. Halls can accommodate more than a hundred people. Highly recommended.

Average hotel with high price tag. Poor service staff is arrogant and irresponsible. Only food was good among other hotels. My experience was worst only due yo non-cooperative staff. I didn't wabt to post bad review but dufing my stay of 3 days they made me uncomfortable. Would never recommend if you are looking for peaceful stay. This hotel was my worst experience ever. My colleagues and I stayed here from 10th July till 13th July 2023. The rooms were unclean, the room service is below par---untrained, rude and downright pathetic. They had to be reminded 5-6 times just for a bottle of water. I went there in January 2019 The staff is very courteous, some amazing people out there. Had an amazing Hospitality experience. They also give you complementary treat for a day. On 1st day I got a fresh Apple juice and a very delicious Fruit Salad bowl on the 2nd day. I requested them for a late checkout (4pm) and they welcomed it with best level of courtesy. A very good option in mid TIER hotels. Excellently poised on Shahra e Faisal and hence very approachable. Rooms are near and clean, wash rooms are also very well maintained. The room sizes however are slightly small if compared with same TIER hotels like Regent Plaza. However the home like environment gives extra edge to Zifan. Over all a very good experience.

The hotel does offer ironing services however I would recommend having few irons on site in case guests needs to quickly iron their clothes by themselves.

Good place, nice location with a breakfast buffet. However, Bad staff, high handed attitude. We booked two rooms with them for 02-03 days but on second day they asked us to vacate the rooms as they were expecting some guests. Update: The owner Mr. Bilal is a very fine person otherwise.

Mosquitoes everywhere in a city with great spread of dengue. They are understaffed and the overall look of the building is kind of a hostel. The services too are very disappointing. I’d recommend to spend some extra thousands more to save your money and time.

This relatively new hotel in Karachi has been surprisingly pretty good. Its clean and the staff is really friendly, especially Mr. Mukhtiar who has been very helpful.

I visited Karachi last week and stayed in Zifan Hotels, it was a good experience overall. The staff is very hospitable, rooms are neat and well-maintained, food is delicious, and I really liked the gymnasium and Bamboo Shack Café.

Staff was good and really tried their best to ensure the stay was pleasant. Some minor improvements needs to be done in terms of bathroom amenities. Perhaps having some currency exchange as well. But will surely return again.

I visit Karachi often, but chose Zifan Hotels for the first time, it was a good experience. The staff is polite and very helpful. I really loved the Bamboo Shack Café and the garden. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

This is not a hotel, it is a guest house. Why they have named it a hotel is a question mark. Small rooms for standard class, if you class it as a Guest House in a downtown it will suffice. Newly built rooms and furniture.

It’s good experience as rooms are clean with 24/7 services available on a single call.

Hotel is nice and facilities are available. But charges of single bedroom are 9000/- and for double bedroom are 11000/-. In this amount you can have much better rooms and facilities in other hotels in Karachi.

Good hotel with very good environment and safe parking. Prices are reasonable but I would suggest to not get complementary breakfast. You don't get enough options and also what you get isn't what you pay for.

I think it's a great place, the staff is extremely good, dont ask or wait for any tips that is so annoying but these guys are great. Moreover my favorite the GIM! Very clean rooms and very healthy breakfast

Very courteous staff, excellent breakfast, very neat and clean, home-like feeling, the hotel is well secured and guarded. As a courtesy, i was shifted to Business Suit. I would rate it 10/10

Celebrated the independence day at Zifan hotel. Breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide variety of scrumptious options. Had a good time post breakfast playing foosball and table tennis.
