We highly recommend ZIO TRANSFERS AND TOURS. We had 2 excellent Airport Transfer experiences - one of which was a last minute change to a pre-booked trip. We found the Company an absolute pleasure to deal with at all times - extremely professional and accommodating of our last minute change of plan. Top notch ultra clean modern vehicles of various sizes. Extremely polite well organized drivers who were very punctual - also regularly communicating with us at all times while on the way to collect us. Really great with Senior Citizens and anyone else. We had such an amazing day with Jack. He was such a considerate and friendly driver. He had a very cool trip for us planned. When we were late for the last winery, he tried everything for us to make it on time. When we realized we won’t make it, he made everything possible to find an alternative for us. We can definitely recommend going with this company as they are doing everything to make their customers happy.

The booking and paying process is simple. Dani and Jack go through great trouble before the trip to confirm flight is on time, weather where you are going, etc. Jack is extremely punctual, polite, down to earth and great to talk to. There's always water and a snack in the car. The shuttle is always clean with hand sanitizer available. I have yet to find a better, more affordable service in the Helderberg.

Zio Transfers is my number one go to reliable transport service. They have proved to be safe, prompt, always on time and not to forget reminders they send closer to your journey. Zio Transfers and Tours provided excellent transportation services. Their communication was great, and they were on time. The H1's aircon was great and snacks were provided. The price is good, and a baby car seat was available. The driver (Jack) was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
