Rupert was absolutely flawless in his service skills! Above and beyond and seamless. This place is 24hours BONUS. I did fail my smog however, Rupert patiently explained the process of diagnosing and repairing. Dealing with DMV until it passes without penalties for not renewing on time. The pictures are the lobby and THE COMPLIMENTARY beverages, snacks and ice cream. Numerous coffee and tea flavors for the kcup kuerig! They thought of everything. What a pleasant gesture by management to accommodate us while waiting. Very impressive! My next smog test will be free and diagnostic is $120. Which will go towards repairs. Oil change prices are reasonable. Some pricing is a bit higher but I took into consideration that the convenience of 24 hours service is well worth it. They have an array of financing options with no credit check. I can’t afford costly repairs. But 90 days same as cash or any other finance option would be a huge help to me! If I could give zero stars I would. This “business” went to charge me $30 more for my usual oil change. I went back to my local shop who only did it for $60 dollars, meanwhile this establishment charged me $90. Besides the absurd prices, when I went to get my car inspected, they mentioned I would need about 20 repairs— the most expensive being a leak in my car. When I went to get a second opinion there was absolutely no need for any of the services needed. To top it all off, when my car was having a hard time to start — I was quoted $1000 to fix the cylinder lock. My local place? Did it for $600 including service fees and a generous tip I had left. This place is just here to scam you out of your money and take advantage of you. Look for better service and better quality of “repair” if they even specialize in that…

Radiator blew out before we got to state line on a Friday afternoon. Since we were heading to Vegas for the weekend we figured we may as well have the Yukon repaired there while we enjoyed our time. Our AAA driver recommended Zip Zap Auto and they did not disappoint. One, it is the only 24/7 auto shop I know of. Two, they provided a written estimate when we arrived. Three the repair was completed per the estimate by 10 pm! Although I wasn’t in any condition to drive that night, I picked it up in the morning. And to top it off, not only is there a comfortable waiting area, there is also a refrigerator and freezer with drinks, ice cream and also provide cookies & snacks free!!!, if you are waiting while your repair is complete. I was so pleased doing business with this group!! I was looking for somewhere opened late to actually do a smog, as I had almost forgot. They were not only open late, but had someone on shift that was able to complete the smog. I was able to do everything with DMV before the expiration date. The shop was super friendly and personable! I would highly recommend them, especially for anyone on shift work, which in Las Vegas, we know are a lot of folks. I was also happy to know they are a family owned shop, I’m always looking to support small business! Oh, and they offered me a water if I needed, had a small coffee bar, and some snacks. Definitely a small, but wonderful perk.

This place is always busy which is a good sign, I happened to stop in because my Lexus was making a rattling noise. Eric and Susan were wonderful to work with! They were quick to order the part to fix the noise and diagnosed a bigger issue that needed immediate attention. They called to inform me on that and also gave me a payment plan option to get qualified for. I let them keep my car overnight and I had it back on Saturday early afternoon. Let me just tell you that my car hasn’t driven this smoothly since I first bought it in 2013. I would definitely recommend this shop, great customer service!

So very grateful to Susan & everyone @ Zip Zap Auto. Took my 2018 Equinox in tonight for an estimate on my brakes. Wasn’t familiar w/this business at all so wasn’t sure if I was gonna get it done, but after tonite they will definitely get my business & I’ll be recommending them to all my family & friends. This place being open 24/7 alone is a blessing. Had service done on my Malibu, service was quick and staff was very helpful and friendly. I waited in the lobby where they provided free coffee/snacks while I waited. They kept me updated on the progress and answered any questions I had about my car. Also provided price estimates if I needed work done in the future. Huge shout out to Richard and the fellow staff there that provided me great customer service, keep doing what you’re doing. I’ll definitely be returning and telling others about this place.

My truck was returned to me with a crooked steering wheel. They tried to tell me there is something with the car. I took their word for it and went to a shop only to find out why didn't do an alignment at all this is what they gave me. I returned to get attitude from the lady at the front when I told her there was issues. They tried to fix the wheel and couldn't fix the issues I took it to a shop at the east side and thy showed me that it wasn't aligned at all they fixed it and we are GTG now Never go here it's a money grab

Richard did a smog test for me, he was very helpful. When I first came in I got told by someone in the front desk that they couldn't do smog at the moment because the guy who usually does it went home. Richard called me back before I left the parking lot and assured me he would be able to do it, and that the guy who said it couldn't be done was just new. The service was fast and he even refused to accept my tip which I found to be very sincere and honest. Thanks again for the great service.

I literally can not praise this place enough. They are 24hr which for me is a huge thing! I work crazy hours and having a place like this is a huge relief. The customer service is beyond stellar. They really are top notch. I went in for a smog check and from the time I walked in and left it must have only been 10 minutes! The place was extremely clean, they had a charging station, food/drinks/ice cream all for free. The bathroom was also clean. The total vibe from the place is super chill.

I only went in for a smog check that took less than 30 mins and was back on the road in no time! I had a wonderful experience! I had emergency situation with my brakes on a Sunday and did not know where to go and I found Zip Zap Auto and they were open 24 hours. They treated me with nothing but kindness and speedy service. I was extremely comfortable and felt safe. I even stayed while they did the work, that’s how fast everything was completed and done . I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I know if they have Issues and I will be going back to them again.

I scheduled a late night oil change with this location. They got my car in quickly, provided a comfortable place to hang out while you’re waiting for your car, and actually did a general checkup on my car to let me know what else is going on. One of the rare shops where I didn’t feel like they were trying to upselling me the entire time. The staff is friendly and competent and realistic about what your car needs and what you can wait on. A great experience overall!

What a surprise! After needing the 24 hour CVS at 2am, I noticed Zip Zap Auto was open and I'd been putting off getting my vehicle serviced. Richard was incredibly kind! He was professional, doing just what was needed, and personable, making sure I was comfortable and had all i needed during my short wait. Richard gave me top-notch care and I have no hesitation in recommending him and Zip Zap Auto!

10/10 service. My technician was Rupert. I had a huge screw in my tire that he was able to remove and plug the tire safely, as well as an oil and filter change. He got me in and out of there in under an hour! He even noticed my battery was getting weak and let me know before sending me on my way. I will definitely be coming back for any future automotive needs.

Fast and Affordable! Changed my alternator and battery. Couldn’t get a tow truck though so I wouldn’t rely on the 24/hr free towing but once my car got to the shop, they got me take care of really quickly.
