I'm currently enjoying being here for now...although tends to get overcrowded during peak hour, which is when I try avoid being around. The gym is quite spacious, haven't had any altercations with anyone or staff, in fact, the staff is quite prompt and friendly from the ladies at reception to the guys (specifically Zamile, Siviwe, and Themba) on the floor... Although would like to reserve my 5th star for the sauna and punching bag - so, until we have those installed I'll keep it In short, great jobs guys, to the team as a whole

They are very unprofessional, the Class would have to start at 5pm and there would be no instructor. Once he comes he has his favorites, one time the class will be full when he has his 14 usual members the next day it will be a chaos with over 30 people inside that small class with no covid 19 protocols taken into account.... Very rude staff. They will never see my money again

The Philippi branch is very poor shame. The gym environment is very dirty and untidy, unfriendly staff. The worse part is having to take a shower with cold water, sometimes there is no water, whoever is looking after that branch is not doing his/her job shame. I won't recommend anyone to join that stupid gym as I cannot wait for my contract to end with you guys.

It's not appealing at all and very limited equipment, no backup generator of its load shedding and sometimes if there's no water in the area for few days they don't make other means.. And other thing very important is the private information... But I'm glad they opened the gym in our Area …

Friendly sfaff ,very user friendly to a point that I can workout in any nearest Zone Fitness branch.been with you for almost 24 months now with no complaint …

The worst Zone fitness gym ever , toilets are dirty ,bathrooms aswell and some of the staff members are so rude ,no sense of humor at all

I'm trying to canceling my expired contract for 4 months now but with now luck there service socks still my debit is going off

Very pathetic service and not a great experience. Existing members are being neglected as far as my experience is concerned.

I'm enjoying myself, it's been a while due to this pandemic but ey the feeling is beyond measurability. I love it here

Not the best gym. The place tends to be crowded, not much equipment to train.
