probably the worst shopping experience i’ve ever had before.. the short brunette girl had extremely distasteful music (even for me) on full blast as if it was a club.. i could talk to the person next to me. there was no consideration when walking in, no help with sizing or any help with checking in on customers to see how they were going (not that you could hear them anyway) she also had two guy friends in the shop that she was letting try on dresses to make fun of each other (not actually because this person wanted to buy it to wear) - she completely disregarded anyone else changing and was making comments on smoking and vaping loudly and inappropriately whilst there were children in the store. for context this girl was the only one on and working on a monday evening (26/09/22) - will never come back to this store when this girl is on. absolutely ruined my favourite shop.

1 star to the unattractive blond small girl working on the cash register today. Lol annoying people soon as they walk into the shop. Trying to suggest people sizes. Laughable. I’m lucky I live In Penrith I will be back to love. Please drug test your workers this girl looked like she was heavily effected by drugs. Also please defluff your clothes you work in a clothing store for heaven sake. You ain’t fooling none. I work in realestate and can have your lease terminated as a matter of urgency. Please be careful who you speak to little girl.

I had a lovely experience today when I walked into the store. The employee with short brown hair was really nice and approachable, she greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. I kindly declined although she made me feel comfortable and at ease in the store. They have a nice selection of clothing perfect for casual, everyday or for party. I love the designs/patterns of the clothes as well. I would definitely come back to this store. ♥️

Courtney’s customer service is so amazing and attentive. She was clearly busy with multiple people during this christmas period and still managed to assist me with an outfit. Courtney demonstrates kindness, was extremely helpful and her service was amazing. Although i felt (who i believe to be the store manager) was not very attentive or helpful, Courtney was amazing and has great style :)

Apparently the Penrith store asks the students to leave the bags outside and the others can take. What sort of discrimination is this. If they don’t need tennagers (students) to come to their shop they can advertise cleary rather than making them feel embarrassed. Surely this is not the Australia I have known. Sounds like a third world country shop.

I was in Friday 29/9 near closing time the tall brunette had great customer service and was extremely friendly hard to find staff like her these days in retail stores especially keep up the great work :)

Thankyou to the tall girl with dark hair and tan skin who helped me and my mum find a dress for tonight. She was so helpful, had the best input and was so sweet!
