Extremely disappointing. Shop assistant spoke to my mother as if she was a child when all she wanted to know is if she could refund or exchange the dress she got pushed into buying. A simple apology and explanation of the policy would suffice, instead of accusing her that it was her problem for buying it, and for not coming within the week of purchase when she didn't know that was the policy. It might be a good idea to mention your refund and exchange policy to your customers BEFORE they finalise their purchase, especially if they have told you they feel unsure, and perhaps don't force them into buying a dress they are not completely sold on. Could have the potential to be a great store without the extremely unecessary attitude and poor customer service.

This store was so badly presented. Everything was everywhere. So many dresses on the racks you get turned off browsing because dresses are all squashed against each other. The shop assistant was so rude that she just stood behind the counter and did nothing. When we asked her for assistance and recommendations she just kept saying it was whatever was on the rack and didn't even budge to help. At that point, we walked out and will never go there again. Do not reccomend this boutique.

Do not recommend to buy from this shop, the owner is disrespectful and rude. I technically I have right to return for credit note within 7 days of purchase which was on Sunday 28/03/2021. However, due to public holidays this weekend, the owner didn’t give me the right of 7 days and requested me to return today or tomorrow 01/04/2021 otherwise bad luck. She hang the phone on my face while I am speaking to her. What a disrespectful person.

This boutique is well worth a visit for a special occasion, you will not leave empty handed. Even though there were other customers there each of us got the personal touch. I highly recommend a visit, only thing I would have loved some casual (Saturday night out) stock as the labels that are stocked in this store do fabulous all round line.

Beautiful service, I bought a dress from here for my wedding and the lady working there was soooo nice. It was just the best experience compared to where I had bought my original wedding dress, which was horrible. She even gave me two pairs of earrings for free as well! I ended up wearing it as my wedding dress.

I absolutely LOVE this boutique. I have purchased so many gowns from here and the quality and service I have received is second to none. You will always find something for your special occasion. All the ladies here are extremely helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

The ladies here are great. Very patient with me and really did want to find me the perfect dress. They picked a amazing dress for me I was so pleased, they even took it themselves to get it altered and called me when it was ready. Can't wait for the next even, ill definitely be coming back!

I was really stressed about finding a year 12 formal dress and the young girl looked after me and made me feel so confident in everything I tried on , she was so patient with me and understanding and so nice to talk to. Thank you tayla you were amazing help :)

Great little boutique, gorgeous formal gowns, and garments for every occasion. Wonderful service. Highly recommended.

A very large selection of after 5 dresses but unfortunately I didn't find one suitable for me. Maybe next time
