I had ordered the coconut rice and it was simply perfect, fresh and tasty. It was served with fresh salad, it was amazing, only regret l didn’t order extra sides of it. I added their hot sauce and omg it was amazing. I was at the African Festival in Melbourne at the queen Victoria market on 29 May 2022.

I ordered a meat platter and while the red meat (whatever it was) was really delicious, the chicken was fine (well cooked), and the salad was just lettuce and onion. However, charging 30$ for this just seemed criminal to me. Very bad value for money if you ask me.

Tried their Cameroonian BBQ at the Queen Vic Night Market. Loved the flavour, the chicken and beef were good, quality cuts and the green and red sauces quite refreshing. Generous, friendly owner and nice setup, definitely worth a try.

Tried Zuya’s beef sandwich at the African Music and Culture Festival, and it was phenomenal. The service was also great, they were charismatic and generous, and I had a wonderful time

Absolutely love the energy at this restaurant (Caroline Springs) the food was amazing!!! The meat was soft and tender and you should definitely try their house beer (Zuya beer) loved it! More

Don’t even bother. Go spend your money elsewhere at any other store at the market. Or Go to the Argentinian BBQ across from them instead. You’ll get much more welcoming and friendly service.
