AVOID AVOID AVOID. There isn’t enough time and space here to tell you how bad this place is. If you’re thinking of buying a car from here then run away now. Honestly, the cars are in bad condition, they’re a nightmare to get hold of and get issues sorted, they sell cars on without changing over ownership or providing the log books/ new keeper slips to new owners, they don’t give receipts for cars you’ve part exchanged with them…which then leads to you receiving fines months later because they’ve sold it onto someone who is driving it technically illegally. My 80yr step father has had all of this stress and wish he had never set eyes on the place. Truly awful.

Car looked decent at the garage, but when i had it checked over by my mechanic it had over £1000 worth of issues that i had to fix, absolutely no oil in the car and back windscreen wiper did not work and they sold it as “great condition”. When i asked for compensation they reluctantly offered just £150, then did not pay me the money until a month later after i called near everyday asking for it, and even then they only sent £100. Definitely avoid, bad customer service and bad quality cars, would not recommend.

Total waste of a three hour trip there and back to see what can only be described as the worst 59 plate Ford focus on the planet. Despite not having the remotes or proper keys, the car was a total shed. The body work was shocking and looked like it had been poorly resprayed by a 5 year old. The indicator wing mirror was smash and the car was fit for nothing apart from a scrap yard. Total waste of my afternoon and Total waste of my petrol. Avoid!!

I have had an opposite experience to the other reviewees. Sonny at AJK was really lovely and I'm very happy with my car. He was very easy to get hold of, via text message or phone call. My car needed at MOT a couple of months after I bought it, and Sonny sorted that all out for me FOC and even dropped me back to my house and picked me up when it was done.

Don’t bother. I went to get a 5 door fiesta with when I had a look about looks great, but then i was given the phone by an employee, I spoke to the boss and he was unbelievably rude when we talked. He hung up on me too when we talked about price. Just no point

When I bought a car from AJ. the car had alot of problems but thankfully AJ autos fixed them. If I rang to say there was a problem he would sort it out. Even thou me and aj do not see eye to eye. He did sort it all out.

DO NOT USE!!!!! Sold me a dodgy car and when I tried to talk to them about it, the owner was unbelievably rude and disgusting! Told me he wouldn't discuss it with me. Absolute ***** Do not buy from here!!!
