****RECOMMEND***FANTASTIC, AFFORDABLE & RELIABLE PERSON, I WOULD RATE 100/100 For Customer Service**** Lost keys to both our cars, RAC unable to help stated need to pay out of our pockets and arrange locksmith. Being bank holiday weekends wasn't even sure i would get anyone on short notice. Called Auto Locksmith Leicester speaking to Jaz and in matter 2 hours he came over sorted sort both cars spare keys out and coded keys. Trustworthy, fast and friendly person, started talking, less than 10 minutes and didn't realise he was even on car no.2 already, keys cut and programmed. Such a amazing person, family person for sure, nephews came out to see and he gave them dummy keys to keep, brought cheesy smile on the little one. Honestly Jaz your a star! Loved the way you handle us and kept us intrigued with the whole car process! Would recommend if anyone needs car keys replacing or any locksmith works done! Wish you the best of luck and great success with the buisness, stay the way you are and hard-work will pay off! :) x

Given up with trying to contact. No reply and no calls back. I’m happy to pay a call out for a diagnosis but not a ‘try this, pay the charge because I need to go to my next job’ and hear nothing back. Not to pay a Callout and be ignored. His partner even said he felt bad that he had charged and ignored me afterwards! For the call out charge you expect a full diagnosis (as stated) not a quick guess, pay the full fee and to be ignored. Do yourself a favour and do not mention you are in urgent need like I did else the price will jump from £130 to £250 and then you will just be sent to voicemail anyway. And before I have the classic reply of ‘you have the wrong business’ I will happily prove by vehicle registration that I haven’t.

I emailed these guys late on a Sunday evening to find out a price on a mercedes key fob. Within minutes they had called back and we arranged a convenient timeslot to come and sort it out. They rocked up to my work (all the way over in a different city, by the way), talked me through the process and my options, and were gone again within half an hour, leaving me the happy owner of a car with central locking once again. They even gave me a spare battery, just in case. I don't imagine I will need an auto locksmith again any time soon. But if I do, I will definitely be calling these guys. I couldn't be happier with their speed, professionalism, manners, and final outcome. Perfect.

Rang another company before these guys who not only couldn't do the job but messed the the car up as well! Also note the other company was much more expensive. Rang these guys up and dealt with Bobby who was amazing! He was friendly and explained everything to me and also explained each step he was going through and had no problems explaining things as I like learning about new things he got the key sorted and everything sorted in a great time. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. He goes by the name Dipz and he will scam you for your money. Extremely rude, patronising and lacks professionalism. I believe half of his 5 star reviews are fake! I have tried contacting him on several occasions as he has deadlocked my BMW and I have been unable to gain access to my car. I will be reporting him to the police and to trading standards for his dishonest conduct of business and his aggressive manner. I would honestly give a 0 star if it was an option as he does not even deserve the 1.

Thoroughly recommend this company. My Q7 was totally locked out, battery dead and mechanical lock was seized. Local garage was advising smashing the window and Audi dealer had no ideas at all. Daz came within 90 minutes (I'm 25 miles away from their location) and he sorted this within 30 minutes, no damage to the car, lots of things tried, very pragmatic, calm and professional, he got the job done. Good advice on next steps and after care also given. Very happy I gave them a call. Very reasonable on price too.

Called after my key snapped in the ignition 5pm Thursday night, Came out and sorted a new key 8.30am the following morning. Had called 3 other ‘nationwide’ companies before who I gave up on 5 seconds into their ‘sales pitch’. Auto Locksmiths gave me an accurate price based on pictures of the key which were half that quoted from the others who based theirs in the car and I’ve no doubt that I’m female. Can’t recommend these guys enough! 100% recommend

Wow, never seen a locksmith in action as I have never needed one before but auto lock smiths were amazing! Got my golf door open within 5 minutes and also offered to make me a spare key on the roadside! Definitely the best on price and service! I was getting quoted nearly triple the price to open my car! Would 100% recommend and now my go to for any future trouble! Trust these guys, from my experience they wont disappoint you.

Jazz was so helpful and kind. I had lost both spare and main key for my car and found myself between a rock and a hard place. Jazz came out within the hour and gained access to the car, created two remote keys and two blades. Great service from Jaz. Got locked out my car, gave him a call and by the time I’d got to my car he had already opened it (with my permission), and was working in his van to cut me a new key. He programmed the key there and then and within 10 minutes the problem was solved and I now have another set of keys for my VW. Really appreciate the service Jaz. Would recommend.

A breeze to deal with. Needed a spare key and fob for my MK5 Golf. Super efficient and good value for money. There was no fuss, simply handed over the key and fob and he cracked on. Logged onto the VW system, got whatever codes he needed and gave me an original VW remote with key - fully tested and working. I'd happily recommend them for any locksmith services.

Have used locksmiths before but these guys knock them out the park. Richy dealt the the problem of being lock out of the car swiftly, politely and on a bank holiday as well. Prices are very reasonable for the level of professionalism. If you need your locks sorting use these guys and avoid disappointment.

Follow up service has not been so professional; I was promised a receipt to be posted through my door but, apparently, there is a problem producing a receipt "because of COVID restrictions".
