My review goes to a specific very aggressive store employee at this location. Yesterday I went to the store with my mom and daughter, we went to two different fitting rooms and since our carts had other things such as sheet sets and home stuff we were also buying we entered them to the fitting rooms. While I was trying my daughter’s clothes this “lady” almost knocked down both doors (she knocked extremely loud and rude) while at the same time screaming: You two get out of there now!!! I was so scared for a second that I opened the door while my daughter was in her underwear, and then this “lady” grabbed our carts very aggresively and started taking everything out and telling my 10 year old (still in her underwear) to get out now!! She grabbed everything with such rage and violence that my daughter was screaming mami close the door! I got so pissed off that I told her (loudly tbh) she could at least be more polite. I am 7 months pregnant and got terrible tachicardia and headache in one side of my head thanks to her rudeness and aggressiveness, she did not even apologize but instead kept complaining that the carts cannot go in the fitting rooms, then I told her well there is no sign that says that and you were not here when we came in the fitting rooms. She kept being rude and aggressive and I went to get the store manager. There was only a supervisor who was very polite and went to check the cameras and saw what her employee had done out of nowhere and felt my tachicardia which made her very concerned. She immediately disciplined her employee, and gave me all the info to report her. When I told her maybe she was being racist because we were talking spanish, the supervisor told me: No, she is like that with everyone. Everybody beware! I will report this lady to corporate but in the meantime, she has red short hair, and is about 50-60 years old, not sure I can put her name here I don’t want my review to be deleted. She was the nastiest, most aggressive, angry, full of rage store employee I have ever seen. She is not a normal person and almost sent me to the hospital with tachicardia at 7 months pregnant. Nobody should go through this especially when pregnant. I got so stressed that last night I dreamed my baby was born premature and couldn’t sleep after 3am. She needs to get fired and learn some anger management tips, before she does something worst.

Bealls Outlet carries items they purchase at closeout from other retailers, which makes thier prices fairly unbeatable for identical items. You may find similar items at the same store type (T. J. Maxx, Burlington, Marshalls, etc.) but not identical. They carry a selection of beauty, handbags, clothing & shoes for all ages, housewares, pet, electronic, jewelry, and a couple furniture items. Thier handbag selection covers 3 aisles and includes multiple brands with varying price points. As merchandise is closeout, the selection is always changing. They have a frequent buyer program that offers discount coupons based on your spending and prints with your receipt. They also have a 15% discount on Mondays. I like to walk through about once a month to see the new items, and always find something. This location recently added more food items, and I couldn't pass up a bag of Snickers coated popcorn.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a retail store. I went in to return some shoes. I ask if this was the area to return items. She rudely said yes and rolled her eyes. Then she sent the box and she told me I could not return the shoes here, because is was Burkes (they are the same store). She turned her back and walked away. I ask if she knew where I could return them, she never turn back around. I went to my car and called thee company and ask where I could return the shoes. Stephanie said you can return them where I was. She put me on hold and said, let me take care of this for you. She was super friendly and sent me a return label via email and told me to just send the shores back. Stephine handled everything great. Too bad the staff in the store was so unwilling to assist in helping me. Thanks Stephanie!! For your help

Worst customer service! I had just purchased a foot massager for my wife and the massager did not work. I went to return it at the same store I bought it from only days prior. They made me feel like I did something horribly wrong and in front of others and refused to take the return because I lost my receipt. They were unwilling to even check in their system or put forth any effort to help. I told them I would even take an in store credit because I understand it was my responsibility to keep the receipt handle but nope! I will NOT be going back to this store ever again. This was a really bad experience that was absolutely unnecessary. To this store

Good store good prices good employees and they are really respectful to everybody thank you for being kind especially to myself that everybody knows that I am homeless and they do not abuse on me because they know I am respectful and I do not bother nobody especially their own customers because I am a customer because I buy my clothes and some of my things there when people give me money all I use my money for is to eat wash my clothes and buy my high jeans is what I need thank you Bealls Outlet rocks

To even shop the people were snatching the shoe make one bigger than the other an the people at the desk the cashier's thought it was funny I have been shopping at Bealls outlet since I was 18 years old I am 54 and that was the most embrassing time I have ever uncountered going to Bealls outlet you most know completely not even store like people were rude dropped of just to bother me an the cashier's thought it was very funny I usually have fun in Bealls outlet that was the worst

My wife's son and I entered Bealls Outlet on friday to get him some clothes for the new school year. He told me he couldn't find anything he liked, then a gentleman by the name of Brian approached us and helped us out. He informed me my son was actually not a large, he is extra large, the clothing fit perfectly. I think I will take him to the gym next week. He is just too fat. Anyway, thank you Brian! We will be coming back when my son loses some weight!

I bought this yesterday and haven’t used it, will be returning for obvious reasons. When I opened the package there was already signs of usage most likely in the pubic area. Please inspect returns before adding back to the shelf this is disgusting and a health hazard but thankfully avoided before usage. I’m usually not one to post negative reviews but this is just gross in my opinion.

This a newer and renovated store. The selection of items was not the greatest, but I have to say everything was organized and clean. This was my first time EVER in one of theses stores and I thought the were good. Their employees were super attentive and if you register your name with their store program you get %20 off on your birthday. We all need to spend less

Today's experience was horrible, the cashier was such in a bad mood, my grandmother wanted to apply for the rewards and she insisted that it would not be available for today and so she did not want to do it, next i changed my mind about some items and got worst after told her I didn't want the products, the cachiers name was Judi, very bad customer service.

It was on a Monday & discounts/ clearance clothes / items are accepted to people & the machine was down to give receipts & not only that . There was no sign stating that. So, I left the item that I was going to purchase. There was a new , different Cahier/ customer service was not good at all! I will return , but not as a Monday, if it's not necessary.

Remodeled store which looks very nice, easy to find items you are looking for. They offer a senior discount every Monday. I loved the new look and the great customer service. The only drawback is that it is in the Publix Plaza, and getting out of the parking lot can be difficult if there is a lot of traffic on Habana and Hillsborough.

When I got to the register. The cashier left and went to talk to her coworker. Then another lady said nothing to me and started ringing me up while talking to another coworker. No hello or anything so I told I don't want the items and left. First time there and definitely will be the last, horrible. No stars if I could.

It's hot in here! I'm talking temperature... a bit messy but an OK place if you feel like looking through everything to maybe find what you might want. I don't frequent but pop in every once in a while... I can say 5☆ to staff, anytime I needed help the staff was very friendly and helpful - KUDOS to them!

Very clean store with well stocked shelves and lots of variety. Plenty of friendly staff on hand to greet and assist. The only reason I gave them 1 less star, is that they no longer have the savings with the color of dots. The prices seem higher than they were with the moving color sales.

I just think it’s interesting that a place says it opens at a certain time but every time I am there at 9 o’clock in the morning they don’t ever open the doors until 10 after maybe they should consider on changing their times if they can never be on time to their own jobs!!

Bealls was great! Love the brands, quality, styles and prices! Also as a One Card member, you get discounts after a number of purchases as well as a birthday discount! The cashier saw my birthday discount and asked if I wanted it. It was 20% off! Great store to shop!

There are two women there that are extremely rude. Makes me not want to ever go back. Also if y’all have to close for some reason instead of posting it on the door try putting it on the phone message so people don’t drive there or Uber there for no damn reason.

Not a good experience. I had a return with all of the original tags, and they would not give the store credit which is against their return policy. They sent me away without letting me return anything even though they were all in perfect condition.

Ok selection of items but kinda felt uneasy after being told the THE STORE WAS CLOSING IN 10 MINS!!! Felt like a child even tho I only needed 5 mins. I kept my composure cuz I understand it's a pandemic and everyone is short-handed staff.

Bell outlet cashiers cannot speak English, have a hard time for me to pay my things and asked questions in store. I think the cashier job is direct face to the customer and they can’t only speak Spanish. They is funny I stay at USA.

This is by far the cleanest Bells Outlet I have ever been to! The sales staff was great, suggested ways to save and found an item I was looking for. The store was organized well and no clutter.
