I am writing to bring to your attention a highly concerning experience I had with one of your Customer Representation Agents at Big Box Car. I purchased a car from your dealership, and unfortunately, the entire process turned out to be a nightmare due to the behavior and actions of the representative. From the moment I stepped into the showroom, I was met with a bad attitude and a lack of enthusiasm from the agent, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. My troubles didn't end there. To my shock, I later discovered that the agent had failed to disclose crucial issues related to the car before the sale. Within the same day of purchasing the car, I faced multiple issues that were not apparent during the initial inspection. Naturally, I informed the dealership about these problems, hoping for a prompt and professional response to address the situation. Unfortunately, the response I received was far from satisfactory. The agent displayed a complete lack of concern and accountability for the issues I faced with the newly purchased car. They simply brushed off my concerns with an unapologetic and dismissive attitude, stating that the car had been sold and therefore, my concerns were no longer their responsibility. I find it deeply troubling that a sales representative could display such behavior and disregard for a customer's valid concerns. As a customer who placed trust in Big Box Car, I expected a higher level of customer service, support, and integrity. I have all the necessary proof of the issues I faced with the car, and yet, the dealership did not show any willingness to address the matter or offer a satisfactory solution. It is highly disappointing that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the option to swap the car, considering its multiple issues, was not even considered. I believe it is crucial for Big Box Car to understand the gravity of this situation. The conduct of your Customer Representation Agent has left me feeling deceived, disheartened, and completely dissatisfied with my car buying experience. As a customer, I should not have to bear the consequences of undisclosed issues and lack of support from the dealership.

Hi folks I recently purchased my 2nd Prius . Fortunately it was from a reputable motor dealer with Excellent quality stock and very prompt and friendly customer service. I made the Carsales enquiry thinking they may call me tomorrow as it was late in the day. At around 5.40 I received a call from the lovely Dori, she kindly put me onto Graham who promptly called me answered my 2 questions and made an appointment the next day. I then found the Bigboxcars.com.au website which is idiot proof, found the car and went for the 48 hour no obligation holding deposit so I didn’t miss out. “Genuis move” The next morning I arrived to find the car nicely positioned in the shade freshly washed and ready for my inspection, with a full tank. Graham met me a said take it for a drive which I did, I was impressed how neat and tidy the car was, with fully stamped Toyota service history 2 keys and all the relative books. I was very impressed at the set up and friendliness of all the staff involved. 10/10. Seriously don’t be a Goose and risk all the B.S. from random privates monkeys selling cars and telling you all the B.S. I had an appointment to trade in my car and buy a hybrid Toyota Camry about a week ago with Bigboxcars. I'd already explained that I didn't need finance and had the money in my account to purchase that day if I found what I was looking for. When I arrived, nobody seemed to know who I was meant to be seeing for my appointment. When the sales person eventually came over, they seemed pleasant enough, but quickly left to go talk to another group who'd arrived at a similar time. From then on in, I basically got no service. After waiting around for half an hour for him to come back, I went to find him at the office to ask if I could go for a test drive, which I'd requested at the beginning of the appointment. He told me it was now too late in the evening to do it. He wasn't willing to enter into any negotiations with the value of the trade in or the price of the used car, despite it having missed 2 years of servicing which would affect its new car warranty with Toyota (something the salesperson didn't appear to know anything about). I basically got the impression that they didn't consider me to be worth their time and effort. Which was unfortunate, as I was very serious and ended up buying the exact same model with lower kms and an unblemished service history from their competitor for the same price 2 days later. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Bigboxcars to anyone looking for a used car.

The staff at Big Box Cars are bloody amazing! Rachel from the sales department is fantastic, her customer service is outstanding! We bought a MG HS Vibe from her earlier this year, and they've got the most amazing, quality range of vehicles for sale I ever seen in one place! Frag and Dori honestly were so great at the service they provided and were lovely at giving me a chance with getting my car under finance. Communication was consistent and there were no stuff arounds or inconsistency. Pretty much made it an in and out job, which I heavily appreciated as I work on normal business hours. Despite heavy questioning from my dad, Frag took it on the chin and was able to provide us with the info needed. And Dori was honestly just so quick and sufficient with getting all the finances sorted I was shocked at the response time. Being my first car purchase I didnt want to take risks to buying privately. Bought a car from them, good collections of some very nice cars in excellent conditions. Priced fairly, easy process and quick paperwork. Frag was very helpful, and helped complete the buying process very easily and explained their straightforward policies. Given the fact that they deal with cars in excellent condition, I believe 2 sets of keys should be available for all the cars, which wasnt the case in mine. But yeah you can go and get a good car from them and have peace of mind.

We were promised an amount over the phone to sell our car to Big Box. We took our car in for inspection and after it the Big Box sales guy made up some story about smoke pouring out of our car when he took it for a quick test drive. When he told us this he tried to knock several thousand off the sale price promised to us on Car Sales and over the phone with Big Box. Our car had full service records and had only had a major service a few weeks prior so he obviously made up this lie to give us less for the car. Don’t trust Big Box

My son who is attemping to purchase a car told the sales staff he would be there after 5pm. No problem mate, was the response. only it was a problem. When we arrived at 530, to collect the largest purchase so far in his life, after a hour of traffic. The staff had gone to the pub or home or where ever. No call No message. Had to ring the sales staff numerous times, to get told to come back tomorrow. I want to cancel the sale.

My father in law was going to sell his car as he has had a stroke. He asked me to get a price for him. I took it to Big box Cars and dealt with Nicholas. I can't fault his caring manner and I feel he offered us a fair price. In the end my father in law has decided to keep the car for a bit longer, even though he can't drive it. Very nice people , only problem I had was when I went to test drive they had to jump start the Subaru XV & after I picked it up the following Tuesday, 5 days later I had a flat battery & had to replace it another $405 spent......Sent a message to them regarding battery , they asked for receipt & reimbursed me the full amount.. Sold my aging In-laws’ cars, both in good shape, very low mileage, and with perfect service records. I could not have been happier with Colin and James. Evaluation they gave me for my vehicle was frankly insulting, this is compared to multiple out of evaluations I received on my car in the past few months.
