Found my tyre got flattened so I had to stop at the servo for a while, and the staff Rajesh was so kind and helpful. He tried calling road side assistance and asking other ppl who are able to change spare tyre and stuffs.. If he was not there at that time I would have been panicked.. I’m an existing BP servo customer and now will only go BP Lane cove one due to this good memory, this type of staff is the reason we are coming back to same servo and BP. Thanks Rejesh again!

Reading the review of this service station, some people focus on about 1-3L of discrepancy .... Should we also look at L / 100KM ?? I constant compare amount 3 - 5 service station with 3 different cars (from the time they have few pump down ), this service station always win by 5% to 15% mileage count (even E10 better than some 98 from other BP), not sure others mix with wrong addictive, but I will not go other service station from now.

Worst customer service we experienced on 10 mar 2019. We gave them the Virgin Velocity card in Stocard on my mobile upon making our payment, the cashier said 'only accept the virgin card' I asked if he can enter the bar code he replied 'if i can I don't need to ask for your card'. I was going to bite his head off but by the look of his appearance not worth of breath and time. Never use BP before and not again .

This BP usually offers the cheapest petrol prices in the North Shore area. I come here a lot for that and velocity points. Prices are pretty much on par with independents most of the time. However during afternoon peak hours it's difficult to get back onto Epping road to go straight or impossible to go into far right hand lane to get back to Chatswood. Toilet

I believe the meter of petrol station is not right- they are stealing. My car normally have 3/4 litres fuel before gives me the signal. The maximum I can fill 47L just after fuel alarm. When I filled fuel here last week, without even fuel alarm, the meter showed 49.25L filled. I demand a investigation for the meter.

The same thing as our friend reported happened with me, I´ve asked him to use the digital velocity card he refused and reply in such impolite manner:'if i can I don't need to ask for your card'. I reported this incident to the BP call centre and will make sure to never go there again. AVOID this gas station.

I like the customer service of the young girl there.. i usually go there frequently to fill the fuel and buy some snacks brekky. She is polite and tried to help me for the Reward point by giving me the Bpcustomercae number. Really nice of her. Surroundings was clean.. good place to fill the fuel.

The BP service station in Lane Cove is excellent. The team members are friendly and provided me with the help I needed to charge my bike when the battery was flat. They kindly allowed me to use their outlet. As a local, I cherish and appreciate the beauty of my home surroundings.

Forgot to take a receipt which I needed to claim the expenses. Called the shop and Pradeep retrieved the and sent the receipt. He made it so easy otherwise i would have to drive 100ks. Thanks mate. Great service.

I'm going to have to agree w another review that the pump readings are incorrect. I came w a car that has a 50L capacity and 1/2 tank but the meter read 37L for a full tank. I'll report this to NMI

Food selection is limited and over priced with no specials at all, stock on shelves looks a bit dusty! Poor lighting and a bit rundown, won’t go back unless I have to!

Worst customer service. The guy at the counter was disgusting, ill-mannered and rude, his behaviour was utterly shocking. (The incident date: 2nd Sep around 6:45AM)

Did you know this place is open 24 hours? Shop lighting on the outside could be improved. Don't need a key for bathroom

They sell damaged and unusable goods and then they dont even take it back nor they exchange it.

Access back onto Epping Rd is poor, particularly in peak hours.

Why do they regularly run out of fuel of one type or another

Have seen better care of a toilet in third world countries

false pricing shows 1.79 actual price 2.019

Worse toilet I've seen in a long while

Enthusiastic people does the job here

Usually get cheap fuel here.
