After a long day at work I went to fill my car up.. as I went to pay, I was trying to get my credit card to pay, the counter girl(chubby short hair girl) shouted at me “you gotta tell me your number” I was surprised to hear that and I said .. sorry, don’t have to be so rude about it. And she replied, I need to know the number I can’t guess it. And then I said yeah but you don’t have to be rude about it I was just trying to get my card, not knowing the customer before me had left. After I left she started talking about me to the next customer. I know we all have bad and busy day.. but please be kind to people.. all you have to say is please and thank you.

The counter staff (chubby ozzi girl)took my lotto ticket after i won. She pretend she dont know where the ticket is and did not even gave me the receipt. This is absolutely sickening behaviour. I want my ticket back! Claim date 20 sept. Draw date 30 aug 2022. Ozlotto. Draw 1489. When i asked what are the winning numbers they could not even tell me and told me they are closing. Next time i will think twice before buying petrol or food in this shop due to disrespectful staff!!!!!

I stopped here on Sunday 26th Nov 2023, the young girl behind the counter greeted me with "Are you a 49ers fan?" cos I was wearing a Purdy #13 jersey. I thought that she was awesome with a fantastic personality, top notch in my books ansd all I bought was 4 x 600ml bottles of Coke. She is a credit to her employer. I will definitely return when in Botany. Mike

Super friendly stuff, very quick and efficient service and great coffee. I’ve never waited more than a minute for a great coffee and it’s been like that a few days a week for a year now. I wish more teams worked as well and Seamlessly as this happy bunch. Cheers Steve, the coffee lady and the young lad. Great team work.

Not such a great experience this morning, got a pie , it was stone cold , apparently the girl working there I think she may be French? Thinks that a lady holding a toddler is more important than other people. What happened to equals ?? Not my problem she's holding a child , Won't be going back in the mornings

Belinda the night Manager has outstanding people skills and very knowledgeable of the different fuels and additives. The young lady behind the register on the other hand couldn't be bothered and rushed me along like just another number. They sell AD blue out of the pump!! I will be returning for sure.

Avoid if you don't want to pay 20 to 30 cents more in the up cycle! Compared to the rest of Sydney they do love to gauge! Love to support local business but I won't be going back due to the excessive price gauge and money grab. It's what you'd expect in Sydney I suppose!

Brand new store with coffee shop & a decent array of groceries, food, snacks etc. Friendly staff, lotto, ice, parcel pickup & wash bay. Servo can get busy with trucks filling up with diesel but there's enough pumps to ensure that wait times are not long.

As a seasoned traveller, I've visited service stations from Ballygarvan to Buenos Aires and I must admit the BP Botany Road is up there with the best of them, only downfall is it's not open 24/7.

Coffee of mediocre quality. I buy it here every now and then. Its always either too hot or sugar is not properly mixed and is on the bottom of the cup. Their cookies are good though.

Just how a modern new petrol station should be. Multiple purpose. Good variety of food, drink and grocery items plus lottery and Aust post parcel lockers. Staff are also friendly.

Easy enough to get the truck in. It's not big so you might get stuck behind cars and trucks. The store is stocked up and their coffee is not bad at all.

The gas station I buy petrol most of time with friendly staffs and nice coffee. Surrounded environment is nice not far from the water.

Fruit flies on a pastry and donuts. Lots of them. Also, some pastry dont have a price tag displayed e.g. cherry balls.
