Dont usually review but we came in here today on a stop from our journey this afternoon and parked up like a normal customer, my partner went into the store first like a normal paying customer. We used the facilities there like normal paying customers. But here is where the problem begins. I came back to my parked car to only discover the people on the tills pointing whilst i was eating my lunch and other food purchased from this premises. I figured there was no problem as i wasnt approached about this situation after putting my rubbish in the bin provided and being out of my car for a small time to save litter. It wasnt until later on our journey i find out that the people or person on the till was rude to my partner whilst in store asking my partner to be quick or hurry up with items. So dont worry Bp falcondale, your services wont be missed nor the rude staff. I shall stick to the regular Shell i use in future. All the best. Here is the edit: Its not the first time these staff have been rude.

Has m&s food and a hot pastries/coffee area. Also has a car wash. So a lot to offer. On the day I went in they nearly wouldn't let me use the car wash because there was work going on in the part of the shop 'near' where the car wash ticket machine was and it was 'too dangerous' to use it. Luckily one staff member saw how ridiculous that was, the other one was a bit jobsworth about it. Anyway the sensible one got me my ticket and it was all fine. Car isn't super clean but much better than it was. Hand car wash next time though.

I just come from this BP and I can't thank enough for the help I got from the night shift a lady and a gentleman, I need it to put air in my tiers and being the first time I could quite figure what was wrong because I couldn't make the card payment, but this 2 cool people had the patience and helped me. I come here occasionally because I live near by and am always happy with this place ,but tonight they made my day literally because I was so annoyed with this flat tier .

My girlfriends car broke down and we used the car park as a safe place to wait for the RAC. They have been absolutely amazing! Staff were lovely and kind and went out their way to make sure we were okay in the 2 degree weather. We can’t thank them enough! All the staff that were on this evening are a real credit to the company and deserve recognition. Two young guys and a young girl all in their 20s. You’ve made a horrible situation a lot more bearable x

The service today was the worse I have ever experienced. RUDE UNHELPFULL AND TOLD By THE CASHIER she WAS NOT ALLOWED TO HELP me (I am disabled) because of covid. I asked polity to put my purchases into my shopping bag. When I asked if she given me a receipt. She said "you did not ask for one" . I have reported it to BP customer services. Other customers express thier discuss to me and helped me.

The store here is very good ( I mean, it is M&S). However, the car wash is incredibly inefficient: it took me 20+ mins to enter it with a queue of just 2 other vehicles in front of me. Please consider making the device more efficient as it’s far too slow as it is. Reluctant to return unless at an off-peak time (2am Wed an option ?)

Well I stopped here because I didn't have enough fuel to get me back to Liverpool & this lady came out with like pinkish hair ( didn't get her name) & made me a coffee because the systems were down for transactions & when it was sorted she came out & told me. Lovely staff & very helpful …

Quaint little stopover with charm, but the décor raises eyebrows. A mammoth oil rig model, really? With climate change on everyone's lips, it's a bit tone-deaf. Surprised BP isn't more eco-conscious in their aesthetic choices. Missed the mark for me. Disappointing and slightly ironic.

Pick your time and this is a good place to stop and get fuel and food. It can get very busy though, and then it is a bit slow to get in, but the choice of M&S food is good and makes it easy to pick up essentials and more. Coming out, turning right onto Falcondale Road is not easy.

Sunday night at 11.45pm my vape broke and I had nothing to fall back on, but my girlfriend rushed to this garage and they had the all in one vapes at a good price. If it wasn't for this shop I would've been left with nothing. Fantastic store
