The late-night service provided by the girl is disgusting !! BP gas stations have been my regular stop for almost 8 years. I never thought that I would give BP a bad review. It's because I lived in Hornsby, and I always enjoyed BP at Hornsby. They deserve more than five stars. Since moving here, I've made several trips to Kellyville BP, both during the day and at night after finishing work. When I went to fill up fuel the first night, I was served rudely by this conceited girl. Her attitude toward the customer was not favourable. I had ignored her attitude, assuming she was a new worker, as we all gain experience with time. Unfortunately, I was unable to resist not writing a review after visiting the store for the second time, after a few weeks to fill up my tank and It was the same girl. When I filled up more than $150 worth of fuel, she did not inform me that I would qualify for points, saying in a rude manner that it was my responsibility to ask. Having written this review, I am hoping the management will act immediately to regain customer satisfaction in terms of succeeding their business at Kellyville BP.

Interesting servo with DJs food concept. Went in there with the intention of buying something to eat but nothing really grabbed me. I think the concept needs more work. I mean there's no atmosphere in there, no music, wild bean coffee? Really why not DJ coffee? No bakery section.. Nothing really grabs you, entices you to buy. No amazing smells, nothing just ready made food or condiments in more landfill style packaging in either fridges or shelves that look like they don't move (sell). The ingredients on the food are more geared towards shelf life rather than health. Expected more from David Jones tbh. If you are going to do something, do it well - this concept could be so much better. Also bad move closing the whole servo during the reno. This has changed people's habits and now they are going to other servos in the area and will take time to get them back. Anyway I hope it works out.

I would give a negative score for the staff rudeness and offensive ways of speaking ("interragoting for not having the same surname or for not knowing which of the spouse parcel is in the name under"). I have never seen somebody more incompetent and clueless, doing a simple job while we are doing everything correct. Me and my wife were both present showing IDs in order to collect our parcel, however she has to give us a lecture for 5 minutes while it should be a simple name match, scan barcode and see you later.

I have just recently moved here. I finish work late and wanted a coffee so went to this service station on friday around 3 early in the morning.The lady serving me seem very welcoming even though she busy doing her chores. Coffee was fantastic and great intertactive service. i visited again on sunday night and it was the same lady working, she noticed me from outside and prepared my coffee before entering the store . Really like the enthusiasm. Highly recommended.

This would be 0 stars - Purchased Diesel from here and ended up having water in it. Car had to be repaired. Was told they deny there being water in it and its tested regularly. So I got it tested externally and showed water in the fuel. They are still denying it even though I've proven it did have water in it and they're not paying for the repair

I have been a regular here for years and I am local to the bp the coffee is always good I have seen some people leave bad reviews on here and I am lost as to why ? Aaria and Sema always make the best coffee and I am greeted by a warm friendly smile everyday.. Great service great coffee

Today’s service by the staff would receive more stars if possible... ⭐️ The environment was really friendly and welcoming. I observed a customer walked in after me but was clearly a regular as they had her coffee ready and waiting for her. I would highly recommend BP Kellyville

Disgusting rude service by the man at the late night shift when we came for some groceries Sunday night and he first ignored and then yelled at my mum. I regularly fill up here and will happily now take my business elsewhere.not coming back

Ordered bread and milk through Uber eats as I was sick to go get it and they send me milk only as bread was sold out. Didn’t bother calling or notifying me to change to something else and sent me the milk only and got charged $9

Staff are not trained on customer experience. They look pretty unhappy and it wears off onto how they deal with customers. I’ll just use 7Eleven 200 meters down the road in future.

I ordered a Mocha, but the lady served me a cappuccino. She initially called out 'cappuccino' and promptly corrected it. Very dishonest experience!!

I always go to this pump and fill both my cars but the lady working night shift tonight was so rude that I am considering never going there again.

Have been getting a few more cappuccinos lately [and the odd fuel tank] and the quality is definitely a lot better. Well done!
