Not even worth one star, Worst customer experience by Michelle. Looks like from previous reviews you “pass” on feedback to the store manager but it seem action is not taken! Your responses are ridiculous when nothing is done about a rude cow. Her tone and attitude towards her customers is disgusting. Maybe you might need to re-train her on basic customer service!

I will never set foot in this store again. The old lady who I think is the manager is so arrogant and rude. I would call her other names but I don’t think swearing is allowed on reviews. BP, here’s a tip, hire people who are actually decent and friendly. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I visit this place to drop sendle parcel, their customer service can improve, they don't give any receipt like aupost, also sometime just open the staff room door and show you a space on the floor to drop your parcel. Hope this review will help them to improve in serving customer better.

Crooks.charge twice for cigs wouldn't give money back. Poor service still haven't received a refund yet a week later .poor service staff didn't care don't deal with them. Don't pay pass make sure you get a receipt check your balance before you leave. Crooks

The new updates are good. The place is a lot more open and cleaner. Shame the tyre pump is always out of 6 the ice is also a hit and miss on availability, and sometimes the bags are half melted.

Went to this store yesterday to pump up my tires and there was no hose on the air pump. Review from 5 months ago about the same issue is shocking. Still not fixed 5 months later?! What a joke.

Consistently highest price in the area. Only place I have ever seen fuel for more than $2 per litre. Today more than 25c dearer than another BP not too far away.

Went there few times. Other staffs are fine. The old lady worked at 12/11/2021 night shift was so rude.
