Wouldn't go there every again worst customer service. Make us pay fuel up front then doesn't turn the pump on. Then go in for refund it takes 2 to 3 days for money to go back into the account. Wow but they made us pay up front. At our next charity meet will be put up on the local bored. No to attend this site. Been a business owner and fleet of vehicles with cards. Think its time to hand cards in and go with shell servo. This site needs overhaul right away. Not every one is a criminal. We all like to be treated evenly

Outrageously overpriced. From any other store, when I hand over a $5 note for an ice cream, I would expect to get at least some change back (since every other convenience store charges between $3.50 and $4.00 for the same thing). But since the clerk working the register today couldn’t scan it for some reason, he just decided to take the whole $5.00 and gave me back nothing. Unless you’re absolutely desperate, get your fuel and amenities from anywhere else.

today I went to buy a drink from the BP service station in Smithfield NSW. The price on the shelf stated the drink was $3.80, at the counter the attendant tried to charge me $4.80 this is not the first time my family has had issues with the shelf price and the price at the register. I have lost my trust for BP service stations, I will think twice about using BP in the future.

The workers are very friendly. It's quiet the times I have been ,which is good. The downside would be the price of the petrol. It's always high here,while at other BP's it's much lower.

When you are being a lair, cheat and so mean to your own employees, how can you be good to customers Shubhi?? Do you do this to your family too? your own kids?
