Used this place for my personal car and my business vans for years. After today’s experience with the arrogant cashier behind the counter, I and my guys using vans will never stop there. All my sub-contractors, plumbers, electricians HVAC, roof etc. I’ll recommend them to NEVER get gas there. INCOMPETENT, horrible costumer service, uneducated. Card used: platinum (coated) Amex corporate OPEN. After the conversation I just got $10.00 because I had almost empty trunk. Otherwise I wouldn’t even consider going back to gas pump!

The attendant was nasty and didn’t even answer me when I asked him a question about something that I was going to buy the only reason why I didn’t leave is because I really needed gas but I will never go back to that place again he told me that there is no bathroom and then I see someone coming out of it when I asked him why he lied he said that it was out of order I didn’t get his name but he should be fired the only reason why I gave one star is because I was able to get gas don’t even bother going to this place because the customer service is terrible and they just ignore you

Awful!! Absolutely disgusting!! This place is so bad!! I literally went in, asked if they had a restroom and the bodega guy said, “No.” He was so rude it was unbelievable!! He told me to get out in a rude way! About to purchase gas!! Never supporting BP. These gas stations across nyc are disgusting!! The staff are the blame. Dirty, unclean, and extremely smelly!! I’m never spending a penny on gas there again. I’d rather go somewhere more expensive like Shell or Mobile. Not this “gas station.”

Very rude staff. We stepped out for ten minutes and when we came back the manager started to scream at us that we were absent for too long and he called tow service. We apologized, because we were looking for the bathroom because I have bladder issues (theirs bathroom is not working). We fueled and got back on the road and right front tire became deflating super fast - we checked that and found a piece of glass under the cap of the tire hose. Stay away from this place!

All these Indian attendants got mental sickness why would they judge ppl by their looks and then let them use the restroom saw an guy coming out but when I asked for the bathroom key he said no in a very rude way owners wake-up fire these all asap otherwise no one would come at your expensive dirty gas station

I fill up gas every morning i keep asking about the bathroom he says the same story it’s out of order or he can’t find a key or he just came to work ... I don’t think drivers should give business to this facility across the street Sunoco new gas station better prices better service .

I refueled at this gas station I wanted to go to the toilet I went to see the cashier standing by I said hello to him and asked for the key to the toilet he didn’t even say anything to me and didn’t say hello to me

When pouring gas into a tank, the flow didn't stop till at least a gallon was all over my car and me and ground around. The attendant didn't seem to care. Now, I'm not asking for much from gas stations....

The first time manager is Indian to rudely talk to customer and service is to bed they not give to customer I highly not recommend this shop for nice people very bed food they sale here.

8 out of 10 times chances of your “debit card” working at BP gas stations are equal to “ZERO”. Why put those cash prices if cash is not accepted duh! BP = WATE OF TIME.

I use it regularly. If you are a BPme free member, your phone app triggers a discount at the pump. Nice guy in the store. Excellent place to stop
