Dishonest operator without scruples. The car wash loyalty program is run with a blatant disregard for the Australian Consumer Legislation and has guaranteed my loyalty to his competitor. I hope the Office of Fair Trading has a loyalty program when issuing fines to this operator!

Poor customer service. We came here for a car wash and when we bought the ticket there was no suggestion that there would be a one and a half hour delay. Anyone else would have given a warning so we could make an informed decision about whether to go ahead or not.

The most helpful person was there today at around 6:50am, so sorry I didn’t get your name but so kind, approachable and answered all my annoying questions about the car wash! Thank you so much again, really appreciated the help and the kindness
