I used a BP fuel card here, the old man double charged me without me realising because I didn't get a receipt. When I went to the next BP a day later, my opening balance was down exactly double how much I filled up at this BP. Came back to this BP bit over a week later to double check. They said they have no evidence that I was double charged. Moral of the story, don't trust these guys. Even though this is literally 100m from my place I will never come back here ever again. If I can give them a zero star I would.

Old mate who works in the early morning is just a creep. Makes strange remarks that are actually so left of field I can't even remember - I just always walk away thinking "Huh?" He also has a penchant for making people wait for the pump, will just stare at me while i'm clicking away waiting for the pump to activate. It's always an awkward experience and I generally try and avoid this Servo at all costs.

Very decent petrol station. The price for 98 premium is usually the lowest in the area according to FuelCheck. It’s easy to get in and out from Pacific Highway or the side street, and the food selection has improved with the recent introduction of David Jones Food. Contrary to some other reviewers, I have not encountered any poor service here.

Rudest guy ever encountered. This bp was cheaper in fuel and everything was okey bp until I encountered a guy who was rudest!! Other than that all other CSR are good!! This guy has no manner at all. It was around 9:45 pm around 28th march. If you do respect customers please go through the footage. Thanks!!

Went down to bp to check if they had any hot food at around 3 am. The staff was so annoyed, he offered to make a meal at his home and would invite me. The simple answer would be no instead of attacking me verbally. If they don't want customer, they could simply label "closed at night or no hot food"

Old mate working night shift needs a medical reevaluation on his hearing, he then starts yelling at me to speak louder in an aggressive tone? I was trying to buy an iced coffee and petrol got some deaf dude instead yelling at me, 2 stars cause this happened a few weeks ago not a few days ago

This is a place that if you go during peak times you will have to wait awhile.The food is ok for a petrol station but there is no excuse for the appalling sewer water they call coffee. The BP staff are trained occasionally by baristas but it has obviously not sunk in.

Excellent customer service! A pleasure to visit, very friendly and helpful. The complete opposite of BP Roseville. I will happily drive out of my way to come here inatead of Roseville the future. The asian lady at the counter today was fantastic!

Night service- too bad Night staff- yeh/nah poor service Can’t hear anything, think the mic wasn’t working, i have to pull my mask down and speak so loud so that the staff could hear me. Need really good attention on the night service. Thank you

BP fuel is always overpriced, but my car runs well, so I use it and this store makes up for high prices with friendly service and convenient access. It's never so crowded that you have to wait. Recommended.

Doors are locked at night, attendant swore at me because he had to walk all the way to the fridges to realize they didn't have/stock what I was looking for. Can't recommend.

I went to get some food and petrol on Sunday around 2 am. The girl serving was very helpful and nice. Offered me specials . Great service. Highly recommended.

I have never had a problem with staff and i have been going there for years. 4 stars instead of 5 for not letting me carry my small dog in for 2 seconds.
