Well I went along here 4 times over the last month and I think that this is one of the best service stations I've ever been to. The area was clean and tidy and I was able to sustain myself solely on their snack bar. Warnings on the number of energy drinks consumed over an hour should have been larger as they are hard to read while your hands are shaking. 12 red bulls? Seems reasonable. (See my review of St John's ambulance for more details) The bathrooms could use a bit of work after I was done with them and they could make the area a bit more hospitable to living there over an extended period of time. Minus one star for not listening to the whole of my screenplay and yelling at me when I tried to pay with acting jobs. Minus another star for dismissing me so casually with the line "Sir please leave, there are other people waiting in line." Also the coffee may be poison cannot confirm though as other factors were at play (see review of castrol edge)

I know it's an odd remark but this BP had one of the best car washes I've ever been to, I only gave it a 4 star because I personally found it a bit confusing with the "dry" area saying "Go forward" when you're supposed to stop in the "wet" area first. Maybe I'm just simple though ... but in saying that, having a dry area that goes over your car twice was super unique compared to other auto car washes I've been to. Also they have a 2 wash for $30 deal, which is a $14 saving for the premium wash. I didn't put in fuel but couldn't really see any reason why I wouldn't, the lanes seemed spacious enough with multiple exit and entry points. I'd go out of my way to visit here next time I'm looking for a car wash in the Lower North Shore.

Probably the only petrol station in the lower north shore with a drive through car wash. At the time of writing, it was $15 for a 'mini wash', meaning no drying included, think it was not working at the time, the car wash itself was very fairly quick, took about 5mins or so only. Not the best but not the worst either. Would have like to see more soap applied during the wash. Self service vacuum is also available at $2 for 5 mins, the suction was also quite average and wasn't able to pick up finer dust or specks on the car mats.

I just went here to get fuel and was served by Sumanpreet. On arriving at the counter she continued to send the text message she was composing. I asked for a tax receipt and she didn’t say a word or look at me, just pursed her lips and stared at the receipt printer then handed it to me. If you l don’t want to serve customers don’t get a job in customer service. Basic manners are free.

Bread is not possible to be sold mouldy as it gets delivered fresh daily and has 1 day shelf life. Also it is against bp policy to sell anything that is not fit for human consumption.. If any customer is not happy with the product they purchase at bp please bring it back with your docket and we will be more then happy to if possible give a full refund.

Hey BP - you have a comment 2 months ago calling you out for this and you said you’d investigate it. Clearly you failed (adding to your horrific track record as a company). Went to the shop at 9:01 pm to buy a carton of milk. Shop lady refused to sell it, saying she’s closed. Online says open until 10 pm. Fix it already - list your actual hours.

No Petrol - which is the whole point of a Petrol Station. No signs outside - so wasted time pulling up to a pump to find out they have run out of all their petrol. When I asked why the pump wasn’t working I was rudely told they are out of petrol - no apology - apparently I was meant to magically know they had run out.

Okayish, as long as you go during the day: cafe is decent and forecourt is decently sized. The car wash gets in the way of the petrol station, however, as the queues for the carwash block the air & water station and customer parking. Don't bother at night: absurdly, it closes at 9pm.

Very clean. however, the two times i have visited there, they have not had any fuel, all the pumps were closed. both times on weekends. They do not tell you where the nearest gas station is either, considering the closest is also a BP just a few clicks northeast of there.

Went to wash my car at 745 pm. Staff said car wash closes at 7pm. In their website it says business open until 9pm daily. I tried calling before driving there. Call was not attended. Ridiculous that an automated car wash closes at 7 though the business closes only at 9.

Waste my time , your opening hours are wrong . Went there yesterday (sat) close to 9pm but it was closed , why it says 10pm on Google ? such a simple task to display correct operating hours but you have failed . Omg

it is just a self service petrol station, with just one person at the register. All the service you get is the extraction of your money for the services you served yourself with. Clean, tidy. it is just ok

Prices are significantly higher than the city and even area average but it's understandable. Bowser seems to hate my VW though. Can't fill more than 2/3 full before it starts to click over and over :(

helpful when we needed the loan of a wrench to make repairs. Has food, drinks, some groceries and a toilet - also handy after spending an hour stuck on the freeway with our broken down car!

Everytime you come here . Toilet is out of order . The staff does it for purpose . They don,t want people to use their toilet . Every other BP Petrol station has a nice and clean toilet .

10 out 10 times your washing machines were out of order Please stop selling tickets before your machine back to normal function ! Waste of time coming back and forth at least 10 times !

Consistently has water in the 91 fuel. Observed over many tanks. Does often show low prices vs other in the area, but I guess you can if only 90% is actually fuel!

Place is supposed to close at 9pm, not 840pm. The staff member turned off all the lights and pumps while attempting to fill up and then said they close at 845.

Well located and convenient. The service is awful. Attendants converse with each other and play with their phones. Customer service is slow and inattentive.

First visit to carwash. Bit of a wait but the wash,wax,dry was really good. Better than my local at N'Bay which is not always clean (or working)

The attendant was very rude, wouldn't Help my nana (who is a senior) with entering the code for the car wash This happened around 2014/2015

Lots of pumps. Lots of silly food to eat. Big vacuum cleaners to suck up crumbs from eating silly food and a car wash if you love your car.

I love that they have a Redi teller still rather than most BPs moving to more expensive tellers.
