Bad!!! Store #5260, associate #56123 Everytime I go shopping to dd's on Easter and Bonanza I always buy more that I need, today for the first time had to deal with attitude and poor customer service from cashier and manager on duty! Waiting to talk to DM! I bought a pair of boots, got home when I was ready to wear them the ripped off, I brought them back to the store for return or exchange the cashier told me that she couldn't do it because the were damaged!...of course that's the reason why I took them back! (Merchandise not used, worn or altered, receipt was les than 30 days as it's written on the back of receipt) I had the receipt, had both tags and the boots are brand new, which are the requirements for return right? I'd been on costumer service for over 25 years, worked for your sister property for 5 on management position, opened 3 brand new sister stores and I know that good service has to be priority specially when handled from a manager, that is the most important rule for retail stores..."provide great customer service" It's not about the boots, it's was the way they handled the situation, specially when MOD who had the last word with sarcasm and desrepectul answer when I ask to provide me with your uper management phone numbers, no professionalism at all!

This store is very unprofessional the people here are very rude. I walk in with a small bag from another store next door. You can clearly see that the bag is small and has 2 items in it I have recipe and everything. They telling me they have to put my stuff to the side for whatever resin. The loss prevention guy calls his very rude unprofessional so call supervisor name isaias over and he makes it look like I’m trying to steal or something. Keep in mind I have a small cross body purse and the clear bag with 2 items in it and their asking me to put my bags to the side. I understand if it would’ve been a really big duffel bag but it wasn’t. For them being loss prevention They handle the situation very poorly assuming I’m going to steal with the little bag i had with me. If my stuff comes up missing because they took it upon them selves to set my stuff to the side. They have one cashier and one lose prevention guy standing in the front who’s watching my stuff. And as I’m standing there other folks are just walking in with full bags of groceries purses that look like over night bags but didn’t stop them.

I decided to stop by at this location only because there was traffic on the freeway. Figured I could quickly stop by. The cashier was to busy worrying about what time to go to break and not paying attention to ringing me out. Once I payed I grabbed the bags she handed me and left. Come to realize that I have items missing from my purchase. I quickly called and asked to confirm that my bags are there and a lady just said you can come back or come back another day. Didn't ask my name nor offer to hold my items there with my info attached so I can return and quickly pick them up tomorrow. Now I wonder if it's even worth the trouble to drive across town to simply repeat my self to another associate and risk noone knowing about what I explain to them. Bad service. Too busy on their own issues and not giving you proper customer service

This store looks like it has good deals and cute cloths and shoes from a distance but when you actually touch the product you can see and feel that most is cheap thin material which is fine if you only plan to where it once or twice. The shoes are way over priced for what they have to offer. They have an array of other household products, furniture accessories and health and beauty products which sometimes you can find a great deal and a good product but for the most part is hit or miss. You can always pick up a little cheap gift for almost anyone as they have a wide variety to offer you can also grab a snack and a drink from their last chance to grab compulsive buy racks while you wait in line. Always save your receipt because they do returns and exchanges if there is any problems with most items. Happy shopping.

I love shopping here but last time I went a chunky associate wearing a unicorn costume was walking by and my 2 yr ood had opened a Batman figurine (which I knew about) she signaled and let me know that my baby had opened the doll and I nodded and said yes I know (because obviously I was planning to pay for that) and then she grinned and asked: "Are u gonna pay for that?" I looked at her and said "Well of course!". Bottom line is I work in retail and in no way should you ever make a customer feel like a thief or insinuate that they are stealing. I told.my fiancee: "Babe, go pay the doll cause this lady apparently thinks we are not gonna pay for it".

The prices were actually discounted. I was very happy to see that, many of the items I needed were indeed less. The store was a little disorganized so it was difficult to find what I wanted. Also, it could have been cleaner and better organized. It was also disappointing that I could not use their restroom even though I purchased over $70 worth of merchandise. Furthermore, its obvious you are lying when you say you don't have a restroom. Its illegal to not provide a restroom for your employees. You should say you don't have a public restroom.

The prices and merchandise are great but they are very understaffed. The line can sometimes be up to 30 min wait. The manager\supervisor was standing around instead of opening a new register when she saw the line was clear across the store. She blamed it on the new girl at the register saying "she's new, she can learn" then got an attitude when the new girl asked for her help with a customer. I love shopping here but never again on the weekend

They are harsh. Wouldnt let me bring my child sippy cup inside. On a trip far from Utah. there for back to school shopping for my kids And its 115° outside. They dont care babys milk went sour. Kids are not welcome. Get yelled at for taking hanger off rack to get better look. Security stalks you while you shop. No bathroom. It was very unwelcoming, affordable prices but not worth the degrading humiliating treatment u get from staff.

I really love the items in the store, but the associates need training and the policy of the store after you have gottten the wrong size, gift or just an exchange is the reason I will never shop their again. Got the wrong size and went to get right size same item i need to pay a 12.00 difference of same item different store. So, yes as we all do-work hard, no one has time for this. Shopping elsewhere from now on.

Such shame that most of the closed way better then most discounted places I have gone, I would reopen any of these types of stores, it only made lots of since to have dd's discounts,, who like to join me in my path and reopening dd's discount stores around the globe and back.. Very serious ,, I look forward to your replies and getting to work on getting dd's discounts back out to the public

DD's is a great store with nice stuff and reasonable prices. However, if you see something you like, dont leave without buying it because if you come back a few days later it will probably gone. Their inventory sells quick. But that can be a good thing too if you are thrift store junkies like my daughter and husband. They go back every other weekend and find all new stuff

As soon as you walk in you're welcomed with a greeting. But it's crowded with over stocked items such as purses or generic colognes. There are different departments but everything is so messy and not organized it's really only looks like a men's side and a women's side that's how unorganized it is. You'll find random items in places while you're searching through items.

Great selection of backpacks and other bags. Decent selection at the jewelry counter. That also have a great selection of athletic brands for t-shirts and a lot of Aeropastel. All and all, not a bad store based on its prices. Great electronics as well. I bought a huge speaker for only $40. That thang bump and it’s so big it came wit wheels

The store was clean security was nice but the cashier crystal was rude. I was in line and she kept taking people that were out of line. When I brought it to her attention she ignored me and was shoving my things in a rude way into the bag. I purchased a bag and she just bunched it up and shoved it in the bag with all my other things.

I went because a friend wanted to go there for sunglasses. I went and looked at the shoes. They have some cute shoes, but my normal size was too small. My friend was finished before I found a pair that fit me. I like slid in shoes, but I like the bottom part of the shoe that touches your foot to be absorbent material not plastic.

Bedding and bathroom sets and many things I look for at Walmart or at Big Lots are actually right here at DD's at an even better price. This is where I like to go first to get some of my things off my list before I have to go elsewhere when I really need to save money. I actually like the quality of the towels and the bedding.

Spend 45 minutes picking up merchandise ready to purchase when my 8 year old kid needs to use the restroom . They said No public restrooms the closest restrooms is at marianas. . No apologies just rude ... i mean it is a public store..... no restrooms available . Never cokong back or spending money at this store again .

This SPECIFIC shopping experience I had from DD's this time around, was ACTUALLY a pretty darn good one to FOR ONCE. They had LOTS, and LOTS, of different merchandise, for the holiday's! There were quite a WIDE variety of different items in store. This time, I was VERY happy with the overall experience of this trip.

The light skin lady near the fitting rooms was extremely rude and condescending. Did not appreciate that and it actually cut my shopping short as I did not want to see her again to try on more clothes. Hopefully she is let go by the time I go back to the store, and good riddance if so.

This is like a Ross Dress for less. Prices seem to be a little cheaper for the same type items. I gave it a 3 because of how dirty it was. The carts couldn't push thru all the merchandise on the floor. The people shopping we're rude and throwing things they didn't buy on the ground.

This is one of my all time favorite places to shop at. They have brand new everything at thrift store prices. I wish they had a location in Idaho. Nevada has several locations around town. Compared to thrift stores and places like Savers, they will always be at the top of my list!

So i tried going in there with my bottle of water becuase i have blood pressure issues and i need my water and the manager said no. U just lost a customer who was going to spend like 100 dlls. I wonder how you'll handle your customers in the summer in the blazing Vegas heat!

Excellent..Good deals.. . but did not appreciate security guard following me in the store after 15min of being there... around 12pm on November 10, 2019. I do understand they have a job to do...but assuming and knowing something is taken place are 2 different things! …

I spent the most relaxed time in DD's. Three hours passed. Therein I listened to a NFL football game, picked four pairs of shorts and a pair of jeans plus four shirts. The atmosphere was calming and the women, well they were lovely in the validation of each other.

My go to store for clothing and quick outfits when I need something fresh. Some of their clothes are misfits though so just know that clothes will fit funny sometimes and thata why its called discount. New clothes that didn't make the cut..but still wearable

Always great finds at dds. At this one, I found that you needed to triple check your stuff. The backpacks all had broken zippers and it was dirty. The cashier put all of our items into one bag. When she should have separated the items into two (2) bags.

First time there and LOVED IT!!!! Fantastic values, nice merch friendly staff. The customers were rude and some need to check their kids, I would have NEVER let my child act like that in public. But otherwise I love the place and definitely will be back

I was in this store less than 2 minutes. I had with me, my diaper bag and my purse, security ask to leave my purses in the front area or to zippered my bags I think that was so rude since I didn't even receive a greeting from him.

The prices are affordable and the items are decent. It doesn't break the bank but you can still look good. My main store before I go anywhere else. Employees are cool and friendly. They keep the store clean and well stocked.

Rent in there for baby shower gifts walked out with gift bags worth of gifts with soft blanket diaper bag sauce and a couple other things. All including the gift bags and paper came out to 30 bucks and the quality is great.

I bought a pack of bags for gifts and they charged me and didn't put inside my plastic bag, unfortunately I just opened my bag at home and I saw that it stayed at the store, I paid for something that I won't get to use it.

The store itself was ok a little overstocked but the customer service was the worst the manager was rude and unprofessional and the so called security team was unprofessional as well overall very poor customer service

One of my favorite clothing stores in town. Ross is the sister company so you can get a pretty good idea of what items they sell here. The store is pretty much like Ross however the items in here are less expensive.

You can find some good bargains in dds but they need associates to keep the store a little more tidy. Everything is everywhere. Shoes all over tbe floor. Clothes on top of the racks and knick knacks just anyplace

You usually can find what you need . The prices are comparable and at times better than Walmarts. The greeters are amazing and really welcome you . But they need to have more cashiers for a speedier exit .

Dds gives me a fashion fix while I'm going through my weight loss journey. Bariatric surgery has me not fitting my clothes and I love staying in style and I find that at a reasonable bargain at Dds.

Great store! Better selection than Ross and Burlington by far I think. Juicy couture underwear and bras, name brand colognes and perfumes, electronics, kitchen, bath, auto, kids, everything...♥

Super friendly staff found my grandson a nice pair of pumas for $24 and I found myself a pair of nice shorts for $7.99 my wife was very happy too with her purchase and so was my daughter

They have a fantastic selection of shoes, and clothing for the whole family, as well as things for one's home and things for your kids and pets! And the prices are so reasonable too!

This is a fun place to kill some time, and put in some less expensive retail therapy. I walked out of there with two pairs of shoes and three accessories for under $30!

You can put less People inthe whole store and social distance to many grouded lines some not wearing there masks only on there chin. Thanks you for thr cute cloths

Was with my sister and a good friend. Found a couple things that we went there for. Went again today with my niece who the stuff was for. Had to do an exchange.

Prices are good. VERY SIMILAR to Ross. Except they claim to not have a restroom... & when with kids its a must. So will not be my go to unfortunately.

Great selection of clothing for the whole family. Lots of home goods & decorations as well. There's new stuff all the time & the prices can't be beat!

We love Dd's, but we would love if they had public restrooms. We sometimes have to leave our carts with items to go to another store for a restroom.

Good store, a lot of traffic in the are but great for shopping kids or teen wear. Didn't have good options for large adults for shoes and clothes.

Stock was low but I assume cause its a Thursday. Deals are great people are very sweet! Will go back earlier in the week and see what they have!!

Great selection of tops for good price..all the selections are nice but I had to grab a basket after "just looking" in the junior tops section

I love there home section ... Thats it .. Really cute bags as well... There often pretty busy so be prepared to wait in line at least 5 mins.
