A well-facilitated and atmospheric spa centre. Throughout the treatment you really feel taken care of and the music and scents during the process really made it feel upper-class. Unfortunately that's where the positive ends for me. I asked for a firmer massage and it was relatively weak compared to almost any thai massage place I've been to. This is personal preference but just the fact that the staff did not have the right amount of strength or leverage techniques is a little disappointing. I was also disappointed that around 40 minutes of the massage was focused on 2-3 maneuvres. When I would ask Thai masseuses for the same focal areas there would be upwards of a dozen different types of maneuvres. While this isn't a Thai massage, if I'm paying around triple the price I do expect similar if not superior effectiveness and experience/technique. Number two was that they did try to push you some severly overpriced products towards the end (e.g. a $50 tube of milder tiger balm). I think most of their customer base would be okay with that - but just soured the experience slightly. Number three was that while my partner's masseuse kept talking to her, mine was mostly silent and I had to be the one making conversation - which fell awkwardly as English did not seem to be her first language. This is despite the fact that I wrote that I would prefer some conversation while my partner advised she didn't. Seemed weird to me and took away from the experience. Lastly while I was booking the appointment I did not realise my partner had a gift voucher for the massage. I placed the deposit with my card (they did ask if I had a voucher at booking) and at the end they couldn't (or wouldn't) refund my deposit. I didn't want to argue so left it at that - although it did seem like an easy admin task easily rectified. To be honest, the main office admin - I think Heather was her name, always had an air of huffy-puffyness about her that to me was the final nail in the coffin. She maintained civility but lacked warmth that you see in genuinely hospitable places. I do feel like these type of establishments are not really catering to my demographic so I really can't complain too much - but I myself would not be revisiting.

Not the best experience at Endota Spa.. actually I didn’t really get to experience it actually. I had a booking made which a staff member called up to asked if I could push back my time by 30 mins, which was fine. I came 15min before my appointment as requested and sat downstairs waiting for 50 mins. I didn’t have any clue if it was normal to be waiting that long and no one had gone down to check on me either. The desk lady only realised when she came down to retrieve some paper work and was confused herself. She apologised and went up to her desk to check which took another 15 minutes. She came down and then explained that there was a glitch in the system hence no one was actually here to do my facial. She offered to push back the appoint again for another 30 mins until someone came in. I had somewhere to be in an hour so that wouldn’t work with my schedule. This was frustrating as I traveled an hour to actually get here and wasn’t able to get my facial. The disappointment part was the I filed a complaint on their site and had to wait for a week for a response, and only got one because I had chased up constantly. They did not offer anything complimentary rather just an apology which really was not worth wasting my time for. Overall, I will be looking for a new spa to do my facial as I do not recommend this place, especially for the price point.

Very disappointing experience at this spa. They appeared to change our booking time without explanation. Our treatment was booked at 2pm and I had the email confirmation for this. We arrived at 1.50pm (which is within the 15 min arrival time guidance prior to treatment) but did not get the full treatment time. I went in at 2pm but mine finished at 2.50pm and my friend (who I booked 75 mins at 2pm) only had an hour after waiting about 15 mins for her therapist to collect her. They send a text confirmation the day before to confirm you're still coming and it said 1.45pm but I assumed this was in line with their guidance to arrive 15 mins prior to treatment. If they change clients booked time they should call and explain not rely on automated texts if that was what they meant as it wasn't made clear and no explanation provided. I have emailed them to raise these issues but no one has responded. I've paid full price for not full time treatments and they're not cheap. Poor service and my friends treatment was not good - we won't go back here.

The treatment was lovely, however I was gifted a surrender spa package and when I booked online the gap payment was $5, I thought that was weird as the voucher was for a package not a price. Then after the treatment was told the gap was $25, prices went up in 2 days from booking to receiving treatment? Was told the manager was not their to discuss why the price difference and they would call, no return call. It also feels like they are comissioned to up sell the products, on a previous occasion I was told their products were on sale, buy 2 or more and receive 20% off, notice on my receipt after I didn't get the 20% off, asked why and for a refund. Was told the receptionist didn't know how the refund and they would add a credit to my account. Credit was never applied when I returned. Poor customer service all round, 2 strikes now I won't be returning. Oh and they only have one bathroom which stunk.

I would love to say that I had a wonderful experience except my visit fell so short of what I hoped for. I booked in for a girls day out massage of which looked amazing. The therapist herself was polite, softly spoken but when it came to my massage, I kept needing to politely ask her to be more firm, less firm etc. Not every part of my body can handle the same firmness. Only being asked once how the pressure was I felt like I was nagging. As it came time for my facial, I immediately noticed she had bad breathe. Not having the guts to say anything, I ensured direct breathing on me as she was also a heavy breather. They also had construction or works going on outside which was not restful whatsoever. Such a shame as I have two kids, really needed a time out and paid $285 for this 2 hour treatment which was shamefully disappointing on all fronts.

Had a disappointing experience with endota spa this time around. Would not recommend this place for spa. I took the full organic massage and the therapist (she was v sweet and did her best) but felt was quite inexperienced. It felt like i was getting an oil bath rather than a massage. I did mention to apply more pressure, but it was in vain. She was too scared to apply full pressure. I feel i came out of an oil bath, not a full body relaxing massage. Extremely disappointed as my first experience (around a year back) was great! The worst part was i wasnt even asked how my experience was when i was paying the insane amount of money for this non-massage experience. And there was a surcharge i wasnt even warned about. Would not visit again. Would not recommend to anyone

despite of not putting on some numbing cream. I would say, I had the best skin needling experience here. very thorough while doing the procedure. highly recommend for anyone who is so particular their with skin care and beauty regime. the said spa is just a few steps away from the iconic - the rocks and sydney opera house. It is accessible to the nearest train station- circular quay, just about 7-10 minutes walk (depending on your speed). you can spend your day here to relax and unwind.. have some beauty regimen done while enjoying vivid sydney near the rocks and circular quay area.. so many shops and restaurants nearby so you are in a good treat. the staff are very friendly and accommodating. will definitely come back.

My partner and I had a disappointing experience with Endota spa. I requested a couple room for my partner and I as it was a my gift to my partner . after we got there they took us in seperate rooms and when I explained to them that I had asked for a couple room the therapist was shocked and she went to talk to her manager. She came back after 10min(cutting our service even more) and said “unfortunately we don’t have any couple room available for today and there is nothing we can do”. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional customer service. I Would not go back there. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Waste of time and money.

This was by far the worst experiences i have had at a spa. The service was cut significantly short, from 75 mins to approximately 45 mins. I requested the foot spa and the massage in the couples room for my husband and i, they prepared for facials in seperate rooms, then when i explained that i had booked the massage, she left the room to speak to her Manager then had to go prepare for the massage, cutting down our service even more. This was extremely disappointing, especially since we prepared for this night for so long, getting babysitters, etc. A very disappointing experience. I would not recomment this place to anyone.

Very disappointed with their service , my partner and I booked couple massage in a couple room which they told us it’s available (over the phone) but after we arrived they took us to the separate room which made us very disappointed, during the massage section I felt the therapist wasn’t really into what she was doing ,I have been in many massage palaces but none of them were this awkward and poor service the therapist rarely spoke to me and it made me uncomfortable I felt like I wasn’t welcome in that place. Overall didn’t had good experience and I won’t recommend them to anyone.

I have had Ghazala several times now as a therapist and every time she continues to go above and beyond to ensure my experience at Endota The Rocks is 5 star. I come back regularly for their Surrender Package and am always impressed by the attention to detail and thoughtful inclusions of the treatment. I always feel complete bliss post-facial and it is such a contributing factor to my overall well-being (well worth the $!). Most definitely the best Endota Spa on offer, all the girls are great and you really get looked after during your time there. Don't change a thing! x

I have previously visited various Endota spas and it's always consistently very good. My therapist yesterday was a lady by the name of laura and she did a divine massage and facial for me. My skin felt amazing even on the 2nd day. I would always highly recommend Endota spa to anyone. The only issue I had with this branch is that they do a hard sell on the products at the end of your treatment which is somewhat tiresome. If you have someone who finds it hard to say no, this might be an issue. Luckily, i'm not one of those.

Not great,not horrible. I had an girl with an English accent doing the treatments who was nice enough. The massage was ok but nothing special. I wasn't too keen on the obligatory foot-bath as it felt a bit awkward and is something you can do at home yourself.Also the bed was quite narrow which might feel uncomfortable if you are a bigger person. Good points were: The room was dim and quiet. The products smelt nice. The therapist didn't talk throughout the massage. There was no "hard sell" of their products.

Not as nice as the other Endota spa locations. Treatment rooms are downstairs which kind of felt like getting massages in a basement. The waiting area was tiny and not well lit. However the girls here seem to be better than the therapist I had at their Castle Towers location who didn’t bother telling me anything about my facial map or what products were used. We booked last minute so didn’t have many options unfortunately. I would probably book at the Martin Place or Four Seasons location next time.

Honestly this is one of the best endotas ive been to! Ive been to many and also thought the four seasons would be the best however the Rocks, WAY BETTER. The atmosphere from the start to finish, love how the lights are dim and cosy. Its mine n my partners 2nd time and the double room they give us is always clean, neat and tidy...the therapists are professional and work in sync...Sharon and Sanija were amazing!!! And the owner is so welcoming. I would highly recommend Endota the Rocks

We were there for a girls day out. The staff was professional. I had a pregnancy massage and it was disappointing, even after reiterating them it felt like a normal massage. They focused on their cosmetic products and essential oils they wanted to sell. In 90 min massage session overall it was just 15-20 min massage and other time it was breathing and smelling essential oils. And they also said there’s no bathroom which was again a bad experience. Overall all it was waste of $200 bucks.

I was absolutely delighted with my experience at endota spa. From the moment I walked in the front door I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff, as well as a beautifully designed space to welcome me. My therapist was wonderful, taking my health needs into careful consideration and making me feel comfortable for the entirety of my one hour custom massage. I will certainly be returning and recommend others to check out endota and their pristine facilities.

Amazing place, had a organic infusion treatment today by Bianca who is just a lovely person and informed me about my treatment .As a mature person i did feel very comfortable during my treatment. Bianca was not pushy with products but gave me a prescription of what she used and what i could purchase now or later if i wanted Very well done and all very professional. When back in Sydney i sure will visit again and hope Bianca is there gor me. Jo.

I had the best facial of my life here! My therapist, Riham, was experienced, knowledgeable, considerate, lovely, and took very good care of me. I booked the custom facial, and enjoyed a very special treatment that suited my specific skin requirements. I’ve been to several other endota spas and other spas as well, but I’ll definitely be returning to endota rocks! Cannot recommend highly enough!!

I was down there today for a relaxing spa day and what a great surprise to finally find an outstanding service in a spa. Zylee is theeee most incredible manicurist/pedicure person EVER! And I am an esthetician and nail technician in the states. I have booked my wife a well deserved day spa treatment package. The package included a massage and facial. The masseur was nice but not skilled. Left my wife with bruises in two places in her body. It was more like a rub than proper massage. Facial was only with some oil. Not a great experience at all. Waste of money and effort.

I discovered Endota as I was visiting Sydney visiting my sister and wanted to get her a treat. She contacted me and said it was a wonderful experience with Montana and has booked in again soon. We went here for a hens spa treatment and it did not disappoint. The staff are so lovely and accomodating. The treatment itself was an absolute dream. My therapist was Mikalya and she was fantastic. The space itself is very ambient. Not to mention the incredible location of the spa itself!

I had a beautiful massage by Madi. It was the Organic Relax where warm stones were used with the massage. Very relaxing and calming. Madi was very competent and accommodating when i needed to adjust the pressure during the massage. I felt extremely centred afterwards.
