From my partners experience, "my recent experience was not what you would expect for the price you pay. From the get go the experience was unprofessional and rushed. The remedial masseuse did not even take the time to read over the information that I completed prior. The massage was aweful and also rushed with the masseuse going very quickly, which made me feel stressed. Even around my neck the movements were so quick that every movement she slipped and wacked my ears. I could tell she did not want to be there and was filling in. She did not focus on my 'focus areas ' as pre-filled. The session ended with her giving me advice around stretches and even prompting me to do various stretches which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. We are already in such a vulnerable position and then to be prompted to lift my legs to my chest whilst laying down was extrememly nerve wrecking and invassive. I will not be returning or recommending to Endota ever again. I did not book a massage for a physio session nor to be made to feel so uncomfortable. Make sure your staff are trained adequately and acting in a manner thats appropriate." Disappointing considering this was a gift designed to relax and recover.

I had a wonderful experience. I was given Endota Vouchers for my 50th Birthday in April. This Saturday my daughter is getting married. On Monday, I took the opportunity to stop my everyday busy life as a Nurse and enjoy 2 hours of solid pampering. I had a massage, facial and pedicure. Shivonne walked me through the treatment plan as I enjoyed a cup of lavender tea. That was refreshing. Foowed by a footsoak and massage and facial. All with wonderful scents, amazing products and a professional attitude that was caring and well thought about. All in candlelight and soft lighting along with soft fresh towels.. An amazing well spent couple of hours the other side of wooden doors to the hustle and bustle of Marion that shocked you into reality when coming out from the treatment area. Fantastic Morning ❤️

No words can describe how amazing my experience was today at Endota Spa, Marion. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and communication was fantastic, I felt like they really understood what I wanted and they did a great job with everything. After my appointment the first thing I did was message my Mum& best friend to tell them about how relaxed I felt and how I really enjoyed the experience and atmosphere, I would definitely recommend them to friends, family and anyone else. 10/ 10, can not think of one thing to be improved on, really really happy with the experience and definitely will be going back, sooner rather than later

This was my second ‘remedial’ massage with the same therapist. I was disappointed when l saw her as she had not listened to me the first time and l left feeling dissatisfied. This time l was very specific about which areas needed targeting and l didn’t want her to focus on other areas. However the massage was a repeat of last time and the therapist just chose her own massage. It also fell 10 minutes short which was time that could have been spent focusing on my specific aches. At best this massage was an adequate relaxing one but not at all what l wanted.

Absolutely loved my experience and fully enjoyed my ‘Organic Relax Massage’. Mikaela was amazing—the level of pressure was exactly what I asked for, the choice of aromatherapy was great, and the communication was perfect. An added bonus was the “tailored prescription” via email after my service detailing products that were used (which I loved), and areas of focus should I choose to re-book (which I absolutely will), with no pressure to purchase (but I’m definitely going to). Will definitely return!

The lady I had was over friendly, before my feet were scrubbed I knew too much about her personal life and felt stressed for her. I have also never had a remedial massage where my legs were not touched at any point during the massage. Only my back and shoulders were massaged. The room was beautiful, but the experience was not complete. The final straw was her leaving me for too long at the end and then coming back with the "hard sell" on products. For this reason alone I will never come back.

I have been attending Endota Spa for a number of years. My family give me gift vouchers for birthdays and Mother’s Day. I find it an enjoyable experience, staff are always welcoming be it on the phone or in person. Today I had the pleasure of having a customized facial and a manicure. I have to sing the praises for Siobhan. A beautiful person who made me feel like relaxing and enjoy my treatment. I enjoyed my experience very much and hope to see Siobhan next time for a facial.

WOW is all I can say. 10/10 all over from lady at front desk to the wonderful Mikaela that did my treatment. You can truly tell they listen and care, attending to clients special needs. I walk in with so much anxiousness and walked out feeling a weight off my shoulders and so refreshed and smooth. As soon as I walk into the room it was an instant therapeutic feel. Facial and massages were absolutely perfect and revitalizing. I may have dosed off 3 times.

Hubby and I indulged in a relaxing massage at Endota Marion. The treatment room was beautiful, calm and I loved the decor and mood set, so relaxing and calming. The essential oils was a lovely touch. The therapists were amazing, lovely, warm friendly ladies, and of course the massage was amazing! Absolutely loved the peppermint lotion afterwards! Enjoyed a lovely cup of Lavender tea afterwards. My only regret is that I cannot do this every day!

When it says one hour massage that’s what you should get! not from the time you walk in the room answering questions and getting undressed. My massage this morning started at 9.15am and was finished at 10.02 that’s 47mins then more chat with the staff after I’ve got dressed, $125.00 is an enormous amount to pay for a very unprofessional massage, I will not be coming here again or buying anymore vouchers. ,

I thought I would attempt to see if this store was anything like the Glenelg one...listen to the reviews. I would never recommend going here. I spent $300 on a full body massage & pedi to relax after having a baby. So...I got a back massage & my toes painted which were ruined as soon as I got up?? A damn rip off & not recommended!! Go to one of the cheap massage places. Will be alot cheaper!

I had a personally detailed massage according to my needs today with Merridee at the Marion branch. I highly recommend her knowledge; professionalism; & her really great massage skills. I feel it was like a Dr/Physio/Podiatrist/M asseus appointment all in one. Thankyou so very much for helping me with my health issues Merridee & for being so competent & skilled. Saved

Love love love this place! I see Gemma regularly for facials and I could not be more happy with service. From the ladies at reception who set the mood and start the relaxation process, to the levels of care provided when delivering treatments. It’s always nice to walk in after a stressful week and leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Nice environment but a poor massage from a therapist with "10-year work experience". Too many random rubbings on skin to make up the 60 minutes and not much on where literally need a good relaxation. Complained about the poor technique and was told that it was what an 'organic relax' supposed to be like. Very disappointed!

Just had a great remedial massage at endota Marion. Izzy was great and listened to all my requests. Really enjoyable and relaxing even though it was targeting all my sore spots. The only downside is the upselling after the treatment, but I understand that it's just one of the things they have to do.

Waste of my time , I am a fat person I just wanted some information for a birthday package for my sister. Walked in to talk to someone ,the two women gave me a smirk one couldn't keep her composure and almost was about to laugh. Mid 20 year old women acting like 14 year old school girls dumb much ?

My partner received a gift voucher for a treatment for her birthday. However when it came to payment she had to pay full price. When asking staff about applying the discount she was not only told that it “wasn’t possible” but the staff then CONFISCATED the voucher. Appalling service and behaviour.

I would definitely recommend Mikaela at Endota Marion. The last 2 weeks have been incredibly stressful with my dad being very ill in hospital. My massage with Mikaela was so relaxing, I walked out feeling the stress was lifted off my shoulders. She is very good at her job. Thank you Mikaela

Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Mikaela and the team at the Marion Endota Spa for a wonderful experience this morning. Mikaela in particular is a very good masseur who had the magic touch this morning and left me feeling completely relaxed just in time for the weekend!!

Went for the $120 pedicure.. still didn’t look at the rough points on my feet.. the massage on my feet was barely noticed.. so called head massage more like trying to frizz up my hair.. certainly wouldn’t go back .. it was a gift .. I’d recommend you go elsewhere.

Absolutely welcoming experience from the moment you walk into the shop front. All staff members were very professional and made our group of 5 feel very welcome and comfortable. Definitely recommend to all. What an incredible way to start a weekend :)

I was lucky enough to have a Deep Recovery Massage today and Jemma my therapist was amazing. She gave me just the right pressure and was so lovely. The reception that greated me was so welcoming and lovely too. Highly recommend.

Edota Spa is very expensive. Are they have Diplomas in this field of Beauty Therapy or not? I would like to see their Certificates hanging on the business wall so that customers can see they are proper Beauty Therapists.

Extremely poor. I can get a better massage when my cat sharpens her claws on my back in the morning. I don't know if or where these guys were trained, but this was the worst massage I have ever had.
