I have been to over seven eyelash extensions salons/freelance techs before discovering I-Lashes. All of which taught me so much about eyelash extensions and what not to do/what should not be done on your lashes. I've had horrible experiences in the past, clumped lashes and glue, irritation to my eyes, poor delicacy and precision when applying the lashes, all of which damaging my natural lashes. So, when my mum introduced me to I-lashes I had very high expectations and hopes that they could salvage my lashes and finally be the professionals I've so long needed! And I speak with complete confidence that I-lashes has not once disappointed. I have been going to I-lashes in the city for 8 months now and would never consider going elsewhere again. My usual lash technician is Karen, however I have had work done by both Irene and Joanna as well and they are amazing as well. From the ridiculously comfortable reclining chair, soft music and warming atmosphere so easily to fall asleep to - to the gentle hand work and such polite and understanding ladies working away at giving you beautiful lashes; you will fall in love with this salon. It's the little things that make a difference and that's exactly what they cater to. I'm off to my appointment now, about to have a nap in their recliner chair with a cushion for an hour ♥️ Would highly recommend!

My very first experience with these ladies was amazing! After receiving 3 hideous sets of eyelashes I came across Irene and her beautiful team. Beautiful Albee is the artist that took care of me from Day 1! Not only is she professional, warm and friendly she had me walking out with exactly what I wanted.. full thick and a beautiful set of lashes. In her absence I was nervous of letting anyone else do my set. Again, the lovely Irene assured me I would be taken care of. Beautiful Joanna is amazing! Joanna is also professional, warm and friendly and definitely knows her lashes like Albee. Ensured I was comfortable the entire time and again I walked out with a perfect set of full thick lashes. My 2 favourite ladies Ms Albee and Ms Joanna! Setup is hygienic, clean and professional. Atmosphere is calm, quiet and soothing. I'd never had lash extensions before but will be coming back to i-Lashes. As an actor I need to wear mascara every night- when I noticed I was pulling out eyelashes with it I tried false lashes but I'm  hopeless with them. I'd thought of lash extensions before but been worried by some bad experiences of friends in Melbourne. I found i-Lashes online and immediately knew they were for me- not expensive and they even offer an allergy test - which I haven't seen anywhere else. The staff were lovely and welcoming and its so clean and comfortable. They recommended the perfect lashes for me- they don't look too heavy during the day and are perfect for on stage at night. It was obvious from the moment they started working they're very experienced. They made my nerves disappear instantly. I'd recommend them to everyone. I've went to iLashes first when they were based in Runcorn. Then I went to Brisbane City one and all the ladies there are beautiful and kind. I like Sylvia. Been going to iLashes for 2 months now and I come every 3 weeks for lash extensions. I always get the classic set as I don't want dramatic lashes but these just do the job for me and I LOVE THEM. ($80 refill) They give me a good 0.13mm for a doll eye look and they usually last for 3 weeks. Other salon's wouldn't give me anything higher than 11 or 12. Their booking system is easy on their website and I always use it. Convenient location in Queen St Mall, located on the 7th floor of a building entering into a yellow ramen sign thing... The environment is nice, quiet, clean and vibrant. I love that they put a blanket on you if you want as it gets cold. It's a sweet little salon that is peaceful which I like.

For those of you researching the best eyelash extension courses in Brisbane i-Lashes is the place you're looking for! I've just finished my introductory individual lash practical training with Irene today and I'm so glad that I did. She was so friendly, helpful and flooded me and another fellow student with expert knowledge about how to apply eyelash extensions. She was very patient and encouraging, and don’t fall short in training their students to the best they can be. Beside the fantastic teachings on techniques I think I am most impressed with the delivery of the commercial segment, particularly the session on how to identify clients and how to specifically target your marketing efforts at them. The course is very affordable and I would definitely recommend doing it to anyone interested in being a lash technician. Thank you I-lashes!!!!!!!!

I have had my lashes done at a lot of places and while I wanted to love this place, I couldn’t. My lashes were done by Maria who was nice but her technique was not up to standard. My eyes stung the whole time as she was not tapping off the excess glue and it was running into my eyes with every lash. Also she didn’t put any sort of towel or paper on my forehead in case she had to touch/lean on my forehead. This is done at every other place I have been. She also touched my eyes, lashes and face consistently throughout the appointment with her bare hands. Including to separate the lashes and not using a tweezer or other tool. Very unprofessional and I felt so uncomfortable. My eyes were sensitive for hours after and have woken up this morning with an infection building. The chemist has given me eye drops to treat.

I have been a regular at i-Lashes for nearly a year now and couldn't be happier with how my lashes look and the service I receive during treatments. i-Lashes are always running on time, which means I can come in during my lunch break if I need to. Sivia is my usual stylist and does an amazing job! Not to mention she is so lovely, professional and always makes me feel at ease. I have been to other stylists at the salon when I've left it a little late to book with Sivia and I have been completely happy with their work too. The salon is very clean, the chairs are comfy and the atmosphere is so relaxing, that I fall asleep every time. I genuinely love this place and my lashes. I’ve had quite a few appointments now and have always been super happy with the results. The staff are friendly, helpful and really good at their applications. My last appointment I opted for the full volume Russian lashes and felt they weren’t too much (I’m not a fan of the extreme lashes that don’t look very natural). I’ve received many compliments and will continue seeing the lovely ladies here well into the future. The seats are also very comfortable. I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant and was worried I would get uncomfortable midway through my appointment but the recliners as well as pillows provided ensured I was comfortable for the full 1.5 hour appointment!

Nothing but a positive experience! The staff were lovely and friendly. I got a blanket to cover me while I got my lashes done, which I was super appreciative of. The girl who did my lashes helped me pick the lashes best for me, and made me comfortable. The whole process was so comfortable I was genuinely worried I was going to fall asleep and start snoring... It was very relaxing and great me time. And since the lashes have been put on... I feel so gorgeous. I've always been very self conscious of my eyes but now I'm not. I feel beautiful! Very happy with the service. I am not originally from Brisbane so I was nervous about booking, but it was not a worry at all! I have had my lashes done multiple times at different places but I have to say this is by far the best. I came in not knowing a thing about the business and wow. The service was amazing, honestly, I felt like I was getting treated like a princess. The atmosphere of the place felt like I was heaven. The recliners were honestly the best thing. Other places make you lie on a table which feels like your on there forever. But here you're on a recliner relaxing and getting the best service. Recommend this place to everyone.

I wanted to visit the salon at least 10 times before writing this review because I wanted to be as fair as possible but simply put Irene and her girls are the amazing! Despite truly being the best at what they do they still manage to have a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere which is refreshing for a Brisbane salon. I’ve been doing my lashes with Joanna for almost a year now and she nails it every time. What I can say is that everyone leaves the salon happy, I see her every 3 weeks when I go get my lashes done.

The BEST place to get your lashes done. I have extremely fine and sparse straight blonde lashes. I came in with low expectations but was hoping for the best. Irene did the most beautiful job and I was truly amazed at the results from the Russian volume lashes. I've also never walked into such a beautiful salon. It's absolutely stunning; I felt so pampered. You would think that this would attract a premium price point but their prices are very competitive. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Where do I even start, I had never gotten my lashes done before but once I walked into I-Lash I wasn't as nervous about it as I was before I went in. It was so calming in there and it wasn't as scary as I thought it was before they started the application. I got the nicest eye lashes I've ever seen now because of I-Lash and I can never thank them enough. Ill recommend them to all my friends and family. Went here after some research on some other salons for my first time doing eyelash extensions and was not disappointed :) The decor of the salon is very cute and they play lullaby/music box-esque music, which, combined with the super soft recliner, is great for relaxation. Chloe was great - super friendly and attentive, and discussed what kind of eyelashes (shape/length/style) would be best for me and also explained aftercare. I’ve tried many places for eyelash extensions but this is by far the best. Really good quality. None of my lashes fell out until about the two week mark. It’s been three weeks and I still have most of my lashes still on. The salon is very nice and clean. Calm environment. Makes a good experience. Reasonable pricing well worth the money because these lashes LAST! Lovely ladies working on the salon as well. I won’t be going anywhere else for lashes.

Zoey was super gentle! I have hypersensitive eyes and flinch easily, but she was so skilled and worked through it. My lashes look amazing without looking over the top or crazy, and actually have enhanced them. I’ve seen work by other salons which have had the opposite effect, and I was a bit worried that may happen to me but at i-Lash they work with you’ve got, and make your lashes amazing without looking overdone. I've had a lot of lash extensions over the years and I have to say the lash extensions I received from I-lashes in Brisbane have been the most amazing set so far! I had the loveliest lash experience here! I was quite nervous to get my lashes done after a bad experience with another clinic, but I am so glad this was the place I chose. Came here for the first time last week after having done my lashes at other places, and I am very happy with the results. Booking in an appointment was easy. I was a little scared at first but all the staff were friendly and answered my questions. I recently got a set done by Joanna, and she was amazing! So professional and easy to talk to through the whole process. One of my eyes is shaped ever so slightly differently to the other, she was able to pick up on that and made sure to add a few extra lashes to one side, which I really appreciated! I first went to i-lashes last year to have my eyelash extensions done and was amazed by how comfortable and clean the salon was and how lovely all the staff are. The girls worked with me over a few refills to work out the best amount of curl for my eye shape.
