I just want to say something here to dissuade anyone looking to get an opinion on a computer from a service provider from going to this location. Either these people are totally incompetent, or trying to swindle you out of money. I came to the service center to troubleshoot a problem with my wifi connection on my laptop, and was told that my wifi card was broken, that the repair would cost more than the computer is worth, etc. I was told point-blank to get a new laptop, so I did, and I realized after migrating my info to the new device that the same wifi problem was showing up. Went back to the store for them to tell me the issue is with a VPN installation, and its fixed. Curious, I try that on my old laptop, and it works just fine. To clarify, two things have just happened: it is clear that I was given a completely erroneous recommendation about my device, and then persuaded to purchase a new laptop even though the "easy fix" was right in front of their nose. Either they were simply lazy and didn't do due diligence, or were trying to get me to buy a new laptop and not realize their mistake until after I'd opened it. Of course the manager wouldn't take the return, citing the fact that the 'service' department is not the same as his store (even though they are in the same building, direct customers to the iConnect products, etc). I don't really understand how you could sleep at night while having a customer service policy of complete obfuscation and unprincipled conduct. The humility and decency is nowhere to be found! I usually like to own up to my mistakes, but I guess the employees and manager here do not. They'd rather swindle you out of your money, make up lies about your device, and basically just cheat a young student out of 1000 euros for kicks. Anyway, don't come here!

We were visiting Dublin from the states dropping my daughter off at college in Ireland. Our last day in Dublin, my daughter’s phone was stolen. We had to purchase a phone as soon as possible or we would have to leave her in Ireland without a phone. We ran to iConnect and explained our situation to Ryan and he quickly went to work. My daughter was so upset and Ryan went the extra mile (or 10) to make her smile and laugh during the entire process. We went to check out and hit a roadblock. Credit Card must have PIN or use ApplePay to purchase. I have never used ApplePay so Ryan helped us out. However, my credit card company kept declining it. We were on the phone forever - no luck- did I mention that we closed the store during this nightmare situation but Ryan, Deepaek and Kian did not give up or kick us out! We finally got the payment to go through and my daughter and I can breathe because of the determination and amazing customer service that Ryan, Deepaek and Kian gave us. We cannot thank you enough. You truly saved us.

Very much disappointed with the customer service, especially with the manager in the dublin store. Bought an AirPod pro 2 last week and when i was trying to connect to my phone it was showing somebody else name. When i went and raised this problem, the service centre has tried to reset the Airpod, even after their try it was showing the same issue. Despite repeatedly raising my concerns, the lacklusture support and lack of reasonable explanation has left me, by and large disappointed and wanting. Not only they refused my costumer rights but was also very rude to me. As usual the easy way of escaping the manager finally blamed thats my phone problem, but i have tried connecting the AirPod to my friends phones (android and iPhones) still its showing the same issue. This is unexpected and unacceptable when compared to the seamless customer experience one would expect while paying for a premium Apple product.

Kind of wasted my time in this store. I had an issue with my phone which wasn’t charging, found out that apple was actually giving technical support in this store and I decided to book an appointment. Thank god my phone wasn’t broken or anything, I only had to change the plug, although I don’t really know what is their procedure, but without looking at my phone properly, the tech informed me to fix my problem, I’d have to get a whole new phone and since I wasn’t covered anymore, that would cost 450€.. why couldn’t Apple’s tech fix my phone meanwhile a Chinese tech store next door can? I was still willing to buy a new plug in the store anyway, but then they don’t have the plugs with USB entrance anymore so I ended up going to another store to buy it and I completely wasted my time in this store… what’s the point of having apple support if they won’t help you at all?

I had a horrible experience . That lady (just noticed some reviews about her) definitely has issues beyond work. I asked her to pick for me an ipad protector and an iphone 13 case then we walk to the checkout counter, paid and I told her I'd like to put the cover on the phone-since I had it. Opened the box carefully while she is watching eagerly(seems she already knew the problem) then put the cover and it didnt fit. I tried explaining that it doesn't fit(which she was clearly seeing) but her response was that- "the case is open so she wont take it back and there's nothing she can do" I was horrified, just a box...with a wrong cover...that I just paid for...and she told me to the face she is not even exchanging it since---it is open! Wow ! had just seen a magic keyboard that I was to go back for but never again!!!! wont even dare pass close to that shop. BEWARE!

Terrible store, no other words. Went there yesterday to get the iPhone 15 pro 128gb. First I got help from a nice lady who asked me which storage I wanted. I told her I wanted the 128 GB. She was also helping another customer due to which another employee came to grab the phone. The lady told him that I wanted the iPhone 15 pro 128 GB. I thought everything was fine and i paid for the phone. Once I received the receipt I saw that the man (so called manager) gave me the 256 gb. I told him that I wanted to have the 128 gb and not the 256 gb. He said to me that there is no possibility for a return and that I had to deal with the situation. If I wanted something to change I had to email them because he did not want to help me any further. Terrible service and totally scammers.

Terrible service start to finish. Starting with an uninterested guy on the service desk. Explained the issue on my MacBook Air. Sent for service under warranty and they sent it back saying the issue was Beta Software. Even though the Beta software was only installed to see if it would fix the issue and I explained to the guy on the service desk that it was coming and going and if they had contacted me I could have explained this. So same issue as soon as I switched it back on. Complete waste of time. Have left it in to a different apple premium service provider who have immediately identified the issue and have replacement parts ordered. I will be leaving them 5 stars because the guy on the desk was brilliant and took the time to document the issue.

Bought an external battery pack online. Unfortunately it didn’t work when it arrived. I emailed and phoned the contacts listed on their website but no response. Took the item into the store and was refused a refund because “the technician has to test it and he only works weekdays”. So essentially nobody in the shop is qualified to plug something in and see if it turns on or not? Unfortunately I don’t have the luxury of taking a half day from work to visit a shop, so they have basically taken my money and given nothing in return. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Shop seemingly has no manager. Absolutely pathetic. Avoid.

I brought in a Mac to be looked at, it had a missing right arrow key, not exactly a huge issue. We have applecare+ on all our machines so I was bit surprised when he said that warranty didn't cover this because we didn't retain the key that fell out??? I took his word for it and left, decided to check with another apple reseller, they said "Oh we can't replace the specific key, we'd have to replace the whole keyboard".. Like yeah, of course that's fine haha! So I will be bringing our company's fleet of 100+ macs to Select on King Street when they need service instead of the jokers in this store. Bye forever.

All I know is that I am never setting foot in any of your stores!!! I went to ask on servicing my old laptop’s battery and all I got was a stinking attitude from the guy at the Service desk!! Another confirmation, I’d rather buy online and pay the tax or this other reseller store, (they are very professional and treat their customers like VIPs!!!) Unlike your store with the amount of incompetence from the staff to being extremely RUDE!!! (demeanour to their service) HORRIBLE!!! If you guys really take reviews seriously!!! This would be worrisome if this were my business!!! Go there at your own risk!!! ⛔️

Very horrible people work at this place. There is a black girl who was literally angry that we asked her if she had an iPhone case for 14 plus. First they kept ignoring us. Then I walked up to her and asked if she could help me find a phone cover for my daughter.. she rudely said she was busy and we need to wait (she was just gossiping and laughing with a male colleague) then she came up to us and I showed her a cover for 14 pro max and asked if they had a similar one for 14 plus. She said no in a very rude manner and walked away. Management need to keep a check on this store and it’s staff’s behaviour

Terrible service, if you have an Apple device that you need a help with this is not a place to go. They will do everything to sell and get your money but when talking about service or warranty repairs they will ask the security to take you from the store, or refer you to go through a different service provider as they are not interested to help. This is the worst place to go. I seen they doing this everyday. You should look for a different Apple retail or authorised service company. DO NOT BUY OR USE THIS COMPANY TO FIX YOUR DEVICE. the manager of this place is rude and has a really bad behaviour.

Went in here the other day with a iPhone 14 pro asked for a screen protector to be put on, Yes they said that will be €24 pls. They put the protector on & it had a notch cut out what the hell ! NOT for a iPhone 14 guys.Needless to say few hrs later I took it off notch & dynamic island don't go well together at ALL. They will sell you anything to get your money very disappointing for a flag ship store. So guys customer challenge see if you can earn my trust again I have the recipe but screen protector it's in the bin a refund would be nice other wise I will never again step in your store.

Absolutely deplorable shop I’ve bought phones AirPods wallets here and every time I’ve gone in the sale staff have a really negative attitude and today I was stopped by security. No reason given I asked him why he told me I can go in. Tried to clarify, why from a sales assistant and he gave me attitude straight away . When I tried to speak to the manager as to why I was stopped he said because I said so no legal reason why I was stopped and then he said asked me to leave I will never recommend this store to anyone totally unprofessional and unpleasant staff

Rude and disrespectful staff - claimed to be the manager, yet couldn't manage a basic conversation without resorting to aggression. Rather than providing assistance with a technical issue with an iPhone 15, this guy showed me the door saying I had to leave. I left the store feeling disgusted by the poor treatment I received. A manager should be able to handle a conversation professionally, without resorting to aggression. This store clearly doesn't value customer service or respect. A truly unprofessional and disappointing experience.

I wish I could give you more stars but I’m disappointed right now. I ordered 2 products for click and collect on Wednesday the 22nd of November. I received confirmation email/receipt. I received an email on 23rd of November that my order was processed and in Liffey Valley. I went to the store on the 24th of November and was told there was nothing there for me. This is frustrating. I was advised to email you. I emailed you on the 24th and I emailed you today and I’ve heard nothing back. Please respond to my email or send me a refund.

Never in my life I went to an Apple Store/reseller and got such bad service. Went in to buy a charger, had to wait 10 min just to pay, while I was waiting the clerk at desk was too busy counting money during business hours. I asked him a few questions regarding servicing and all I got as replies from him were very rude way and short answers which weren’t helpful at all. Not going again. They even try to charge me with more than what was the displayed price.

This review is for Hugh as he was absolutely amazing today. He is very passionate about what products he’s selling and very attentive to my needs today. I had a few payment issues and what would seem normally embarrassing he made it very easy and calm waiting and reassuring me until it went through. Will say the other staff seemed a bit rude however, as I dealt with Hugh I give this 5 star review to him.

Apple why don’t you train your staff properly? I wish I’d read the reviews before I went to this shop to spend a lot of money in my terms. I wouldn’t shop in this store again. The sales staff were dismissive and unhelpful,. The guy in service was helpful but the 2 on sales were useless, one of them charging me the wrong price until I corrected him. If I could give the customer care no stars I would.

The service was extremely poor. I went to the store to buy an iPhone case and waited for 20 minutes. The sales staff did nothing but ignore me, even when I tried to talk to them. It felt more like a museum for thieves than a regular store. All the products were locked on tables or shelves, and you had to rely on the staff to unlock and purchase items. Of course, the staff could just ignore you.

Head my warning, AVOID at all costs. I bought an iPhone from them 11 days ago, I have not received it and have not been able to contact the store. I have emailed 5/6 times to 2 different email addresses and no response, they have 3 different phone numbers listed on their site and google, all of which are disconnected. Truly one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with a business.

Very poor service. I went to buy a charge adaptor for my new iPhone 15 pro max. A young man told me they hadn't any original adaptors from Apple. I asked to order it and they told me it's impossible. After 2 minutes another man from the personnel who heard the discussion came and gave me the adaptor. The personnel have no idea even about items they have in store. Very poor service

I went to iConnect to find help with an iPhone 15 (not working properly) I bought there days ago and staff which called himself manager of store was unhelpful and hostile, declaring that he was "done" and demanding that I leave the store. His behaviour was totally unprofessional and unbecoming of a manager. Avoid this store if you want to be treated with respect as a customer.

Whoever (because he refused to say his name) was the male manager on duty on 18/11/23 between the hours of 10am and 11.30am needs to understand how best to address a customer when they are making a complaint about a product they are not satisfied with. There was an issue with the charger I bought not being compatible with my laptop. But after a short but semi heated discussion, Ryan (the manager I'm assuming) helped me with my issue. I was happy with the service. Update: the off brand(iconnect) cable i got broke within a day because it was too tight for the ports on my laptop.

I went to the store asking for earpods type-c for my iPhone 15 pro max and the staff told me that apple never made them in type-c so I have to buy the headjack adapter with the earpods headjack type. After buying it I came home checked on apple website I saw one earpods in type-c only for €19.00 and I wasted €37.00.

Terrible business model. Been waiting for over two weeks for iPhone repair. Telling me parts have been ordered, but when I contacted Apple directly they told me that no such order has been placed. Cannot recommend iConnect. You’re better of dealing directly with Apple, or a higher rated independent repair shop.

Very aggressive retailer. I asked what my iphone12s estimate would be he started getting angry at me for having dirty phone with serial number that i dont know where to find. I cant clean my phone everyday because not everyone has the time for it. He started using passive aggressive words.
