I went in for a new distance running shoe. I’ve had Brooks and OnCloud before (hated the OnClouds). I wanted a change up and went here because I’ve had bad “pushy” experiences and up-selling at other running gear places and saw the reviews for iRun were good. Pia is the woman that helped me. She asked me questions to get the right information for the right recommendations and brought out 4 pairs for me to try but said that the one she really thought I’d love was in a half size smaller so she wanted me to get a feel for it but not buy because it wouldn’t be right for me (very caring imo!). I love that they help size your foot, lace the shoes, and ensure they fit your foot well. I was torn on the Mizuno a half size smaller and the Saucony. She found that another store had the Mizuno in my size (last one because the new gen is coming out this week) and she called them and told them to hold it. She didn’t try to push me into a shoe I wasn’t sold on just to get the win for her or the store or whatever. I’ve allowed customer service at other stores to push me into a shoe that didn’t fit right or extra items that I didn’t need. Also, instead of encouraging me to wait for the new gen coming out this week for $139, she stated they might not be just alike and encouraged me to get the current gen for $90 because it was on sale also. I LOVE when anyone in retail or customer service puts theirselves in the customer’s shoes and can relate and communicate. Pia is the best and deserves a raise or gold star or whatever you all do! Thank you so much! My feet and knees will forever be grateful!

I first went to this store back in March to buy my very first pair of running shoes. I chose this store based on the reviews. I was fitted with a very expensive pair of running shoes, which felt great on my feet while at the store. The company has a one month return policy, and within that one month time I had moved to another city. I had worn the shoes about 4-5 times and my heels kept bleeding and I had to keep taping up my feet. When I called the store to ask about it, I was told I just need to keep breaking in the shoes. I took the shoes to an entirely different running store and was told the shoes are a 1/2 size too small. I tried to return my shoes to the IRUN store, but was told it was past the one month return policy and no exceptions are made. I asked them to ask the owner for an exception to even just exchange my shoes for a 1/2 size bigger since I am a novice and did not understand I needed a larger shoe size. Again, I was told no exceptions. So, overall, the actual service and attention you get in the store while trying on shoes is good. However, some of the "expert" shoe fitters may need more training and their customer service with making sure customers get the "right fit." I actually called the main Brooks Running store, and they had no problem exchanging my shoes for a larger size, even though I didn't purchase the shoe through them. Hmmm......next time I'll be going directly to Brooks, where they actually care about customer satisfaction.

I love irun but I won't go back on a Sunday. There was a line waiting for them to open at noon. So, the 2 employees were slammed from the get go and if you've ever been there, they give you undivided attention in selecting the right product for your needs. (Which is great unless you're a customer without attention). I was shopping for a sports bra and grabbed 3 for sizing and headed to the dressing room. Turns out im fatter than I thought, .....and none of those sizes fit... I didn't get the name of the guy who opened the door for me but it didn't matter bc there was no call button and he was helping a family of 4. I dressed back into my street clothes, took the 3 bras back to the rack, and selected 2 more to take back to the dressing room. I was annoyed and sweating at this point. (Remember, fatter than I thought)...The store had 2 more new customers and I thought I saw a 3rd employee?... I knew I was for sure on my own. I had read on the website that you get professionally fitted (yes there was a female on staff), but that wasn't happening. Luckily, I found one that fit ok and SCORE it was on clearance. It's a Brooks rebound racer which is nice for the support but the adjustable velcro straps poke and itch at the shoulders (I just worked out in it) and part of the fabric was ripped from the velcro piece....I'll keep it as a back up but i'll go to the dominion ridge location and perhaps make an appointment sometime during the week.

My Doctor recommended iRun for running shoes since I have been dealing with a flare up in my right knee from an old sports injury. Tina and the rest of the team there went above and beyond. Before any recommendations, she touched base with my goals and what I want my shoes to do for me. She took my brand choice into consideration and gave me many options to ensure I was confident in the shoe I went home in. I’ve trained for years and never knew how well my shoe can work with me once you have the right fit and tools (I grabbed the socks she allowed me to try out based off blisters she noticed, and the insert that she allowed me to test out due to my high arches). My boyfriend also accompanied me and ended up with his own pair of shoes (Different brand that they requested to be held prior to his decision at another store to make sure it remained in stock and then transferred next day so he received the perfect size not just what was available, no insert, and new socks). We both had completely separate outcomes with product because this store genuinely wants you to leave only with what is right for you. There was absolutely no pressure in outcome through the entire process. Thank you for the top notch treatment!

I went to the iRun Bitters store at approximately 10:15 am on Saturday 08/06/2022. My goal was to buy Body Glide and socks. Both employees were assisting other customers. I gathered the items and waited approximately 15-20 minutes next to the cash register. One female employee was showing shoes to a customer. The male employee was showing shoes to a different customer. I heard both employees tell their customers that they will have to order shoes. The employees keep going back and forth to the back room for different shoes to show to customers. I left the store after waiting over 25 minutes by the cash register. I have tried to buy shoes from this store in the past, and was told it would take several weeks to order. If Matt was working, he would have processed the two items very quickly. I went to iRun at Stone Oak and was able to buy the two items in less than five minutes. I won’t go to any of the iRun stores in the future.

I normally have issues finding shoes that fit my feet well. After a couple of years and trying different brands and sizes, my wife suggested we give iRun a try due to recommendations she heard. Overall, I was impressed with the attention they gave and how accurate their assessment was for recommended shoes. Tina spent the time listening to what I was looking for and getting an idea of what might work best. They weren't pushy on the sale and I felt valued as a customer and not just a sale. I walked out paying more than I anticipated for a pair of shoes. However, it was also a pair that actually felt comfortable and quality worth the extra money. Only time will tell for sure but I have little doubt I'll be back at iRun for my next pair of shoes.

Having lived in many different cities throughout our running careers, we think "I Run" is one of the best "run" stores we've shopped. They have a HUGE inventory and are never out of the sizes we need. "I Run" is competitively priced, and a better value than shopping on the internet, because all the employees are talented runners who understand the concerns of "back of the pack" runners like ourselves, We receive great advice not only for apparel and shoes we purchase, but also for the price we get free advice on nutrition, racing strategy, hydration, and all different aspects of running. It's a treat to go to "I Run", and always look forward to shopping there.

Poor customer service. I drove 40 mins to this location based on reviews. Walked into the store, it wasnt empty but definately wasnt busy either. Three employees looked at me, but never spoke. I waited for the 2 customers who were being helped to check out and the 3rd employee to leave her register. Each employee then proceeded to help customers who were walking in or had come in after me, still never acknowledging my presence. I ended leaving. Drove down to Fleet Feet and was helped right away. I definately will not return to this location.

Another store, when I called, didn’t bother to tell me that they were closing earlier than what is on their website. They may be a good store, but for first impressions, not good. As a store manager before, I would always let people know we are closing early. And no sign on the actual store about this. I understand it is the day before Thanksgiving. But closing 3 hours early and not notifying the public is asinine. So lost a sale and any chance I will ever go to this store or any store of this brand ever again.

Great experience here. Walked in, got my temperature checked and cleaned my hands with sanitizer. The wait was short and I didn’t have an appointment. The process for getting fitted for running shoes included the staff watching me walk, jog and squat. Before making the purchase we took the jog outside. The sneakers felt great like I was barefoot. So light and comfortable. I hope it helps with my shin splints and pain. Such a great reception and customer service.

Visiting iRun to get a new pair of tennis shoes that will also conform to my orthotic inserts. I was greeted by one of the employees, they listened to my request, took a couple of measurements and brought me a few different brands to select from for purchase. Very happy with the service, courteous, and professional nature of the employees. I would definitely recommend this store for your Podiatriy or running needs.

I stopped in today and Matt help me find the perfect pair of Altra running shoes. He was very attentive and did not try to rush the sale. He was very knowledgeable and just a super cool dude. The other staff on shift were also super nice. I got a really good deal on the shoes I wanted and I would much rather spend my money at a local store like this then one of the box stores. I’m ready to run!

It's local remember and the prices are not going to be as cheap as the internet. Although it's a whole lot easier returning shoes to them then it is to put it back in a box and send them off because I have gone there and bought shoes that I thought fit felt good random once brought him back the next day no questions asked. Well worth the extra five or $10.

Fran helped me find a set of shoes for hitting the trails in. I think we tried on about 7 different pairs and he talked me through the process. Didn't pressure me for a sale and was really knowledgeable. After putting in some miles on the new shoes I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely be going back for future pairs.

Got my new shoes there. The fitting was great and David (I think?) Was a huge help. Later that week went to their jingle trail run. It was lovely and we'll organized. Tons of fun and the hot chocolate and mugs at the end were a super cute and creative touch. So races great and store great! This location is def my new go to!

The shoes in this store are very pricey but, you get what you pay for when it comes to shoes with good support. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They stay with you through the whole buying process. Shoes there are not cheap but you get your money's worth.

Awesome place to buy your sneakers. The boys take their time with you and let you try a few styles to see which is more comfortable. They do not rush you. They need more colors to choose from though.
