TOURISTS AVOID. DO NOT DO YOUR LAUNDRY HERE. It is Very expensive and they are very mean. It cost me 15 Euros to wash two loads and to dry one load. 5 Euros per load: totaling 15 Euros. Also this isn’t self service. There are 2 people that work inside and they hover and watch everything you do. They were watching me like I was going to steal from them. I believe it might have been a case of racial profiling/discrimination. Speaking again to the fact that they are not a self service laundromat, the attendants are the ones that start the machines and you have to pay them. You have no control over the settings of the washer and if you don’t have soap, you can buy some from them and they use an off-brand cheap soap. Also, the dryer was not powerful at all. I put very little clothes inside of the dryer and the clothes were still wet after 25 minutes. The attendants press all the buttons on the machine and don’t even ask what settings you want to wash your clothes. This is NOT SELF SERVICE. Also they are not friendly and they are very rude. There is NOwhere to sit down inside. There is not one chair inside the facility to sit. In fact, the woman attendant working inside asked me to sit OUTSIDE of the business on a bench that is in front of the storefront. It was clear she didn’t want me standing inside. I could tell that she and the male attendant were speaking of me negatively in a foreign language. I found this to be odd since I was polite the whole time. I said very minimal to them as it was clear they didn’t want me there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. In fact, you can see in the managers response to this review, he calls me a liar and says they’ve never had someone “like me” which again speaks to the fact that I believe this was a case of racial profiling/discrimination. Obviously by his response, you can see he is unprofessional so you can only imagine what your experience will be like in person. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Also, I live in the USA. So his accusation that I am a competitor is bizarre and unfounded. I TURISTI EVITANO. NON FARE LA TUA LAVANDERIA QUI. È molto costoso e sono molto cattivi. Parlando ancora del fatto che non sono una lavanderia self-service, gli addetti sono quelli che avviano le macchine e devi pagarli. Non hai alcun controllo sulle impostazioni della lavatrice e se non hai il sapone, puoi acquistarne un po 'da loro e usano un sapone economico di marca diversa. Inoltre, l'asciugatrice non era affatto potente. Ho messo pochissimi vestiti all'interno dell'asciugatrice e i vestiti erano ancora bagnati dopo 25 minuti. Gli addetti premono tutti i pulsanti sulla macchina e non chiedono nemmeno quali impostazioni vuoi lavare i tuoi vestiti. Questo NON è SELF SERVICE. Inoltre non sono amichevoli e sono molto scortesi. Non c'è nessun posto dove sedersi all'interno. Non c'è una sedia all'interno della struttura per sedersi. In effetti, la donna che lavora all'interno mi ha chiesto di sedermi FUORI dall'attività su una panchina che si trova di fronte al negozio. Era chiaro che non voleva che fossi dentro. Potrei dire che lei e l'assistente maschio stavano parlando di me negativamente in una lingua straniera. Ho trovato questo strano dato che sono stato educato per tutto il tempo. Ho detto loro molto minimale perché era chiaro che non mi volevano lì. NON CONSIGLIO.

È ok un po' caotica la signora ma il ragazzo riequilibria l'attività. Prezzo un po' cari e sicuramente troppo odore di ammorbidente. La pulizia è affidabile, loro organizzano i lavaggi e probabilmente altri servizi che non ho usufruito. Un consiglio è se avete più di una lavatrice da fare di non fare tardi perché se no salta al turno dopo. Per l'asciugatrice forse potete chiedere di farla partire quando è terminata la pulizia. Si paga anche con mezzi elettronici.

Good size self-service laundry, man that works in shop is very helpful and can, if needed, wash dry and fold clothes and give time for pick up. Good English speaking staff. You will have an additional cost for laundry detergent, although it's okay to bring you own. Great place for all travellers.

Went there on our 3-day trip to Rome. Our medium sized load of washing, detergent, drying and folding cost $13 Euro. We dropped off in the morning and collected in the afternoon. We paid by eftpos/card/paywave and the gentleman working was was very friendly and did a great job. Thank you!

Ci serviva una lavanderia e l'abbiamo trovata! Pensavamo fosse totalmente in self, invece abbiamo trovato all'interno un dipendente cinese, se non il proprietario, molto gentile e cordiale. Lavanderia consigliata, lavaggio e asciugatura in un oretta a 10€ con il detersivo compreso.

After having a few bad experiences with other laundry facilities, we were pleased to find this place. The machines were clean, the staff was nice and friendly, and we could do our laundry self-service. If you’re around and need to do laundry, definitely try going there!

Servizio ottimo, sia self service sia fatto da loro. Le lavatrici sono di diverse misure e con un'oretta si risolve anche un carico pesante. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e i vestiti escono sempre morbidi e profumati!
