Karla Mina did an excellent job in listing and selling our condo unit in Lakeview Chicago, in Feb 2020. First she provided excellent advice and a very good contractor in the updating of our condo unit which made our unit very attractive and sellable. Secondly, she ran many open houses which exposed our unit to many potential buyers. . Lastly, which is most important, was that her service did not waver even in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. She continued to show our unit thru Zoom meetings. In addition, my husband and I were out of the country in Asia all thru the selling period and she continued to communicate promptly and efficiently even in the midst of the many challenges.
