Not sure if I was just an unlucky customer however I wasn't satisfied with their service based on the following: Damaged my rims and the black protective coating I had applied to it. They lost several of the protective caps that cover the wheel bolts. When I dropped my car off at 8am, they said it would be ready within 2 hours (I understand they might have gotten busy, but a courtesy call or a text would be nice as I needed my car and could have made alternate arrangements), I didn't get a call or hear anything so I called them at 11am, they said it was still being worked on and they would get back to me. They called an hour later and said it was ready to be picked up. I asked at the counter before leaving if there was anything I needed to do in order to exit the carpark as my car was there for longer than 3 hours. They said no my parking was validated I just needed to press the button to call at the exit gate. When I arrived at the exit gate and called via their terminal, they said they had no record of my car being validated and that I would have to pay. I explained to them the situation which took 10 mins, by that point there was a huge line of traffic behind me waiting to exit. They finally opened the gates but said next time I need to make sure they validate my parking... Unfortunately I got unlucky and 3 days after getting new 4 new tyres I had a nail in my rear passenger tyre. I contacted Mycar who said I'm covered under their tyre plan and to bring it into the nearest store (as I had just arrived at work), they booked me in for 10:30am in Ringwood, I took my car in then 2 hours later was told the tyre needs to be replaced, there was no stock and that I would have to call up and order a tyre over the phone and book for Southland. There was no stock of the tyre for my car, so I had to wait a week for them to order one in from Sydney. It arrived I got it fitted this time around the experience was better but they damaged my rim further.

I have had a universally excellent experience every time that I have had work done on my car at Mycar Southland. Professional, friendly, very well priced, and (most importantly, given I am pretty clueless about cars) honest service every single time. I would highly recommend Mycar Southland to anyone needing to have their car serviced or repaired and who wants quality work without getting taken for a ride (as some other car repairers like to do!)
