I had braces for a while at Love your smile and every time I visited I felt very uncomfortable and out of place. The receptionists were lovely and warm. Whereas the treatment itself was horrible. I would dread every appointment with the orthodontist. I don’t remember her name however she was very tall and slim. Never smiled, there was no patient care. She was rough and callous and had no consideration towards a patient clearly in pain. Completely scarred and put off dental care altogether. Very cruel. Glad I no longer am a patient at Love your smile. Felt nothing but depressed whenever I came all because of her. Need a lesson on professionalism clearly by the way I was treated

I attended the practice a good few years ago now for a private root canal treatment. I had previously been told by another dentist that my roots were very awkward and my tooth could not be saved and had to be extracted. I wanted a second opinion and went to Mydentist on the recommendation of family members who had previously used the service. The staff saved my tooth and each member was incredibly friendly and helpful explaining every step of my treatment and getting it done with the minimum pain even with my awkward roots. Definitely would recommend.

From the moment the first enquiry was made it was obvious that this was a 'safe pair of hands' There was no hard sell and plenty of time to decide on what treatment was wanted as well as time to ask questions. funding advice was given and again there were plenty of options to discuss. Throughout the period of treatment no question or worry was dismissed, the team were very professional and at every visit you are greeted in a warm, friendly manner as if the team are determined to lend you a smile until your own is finished.

I can’t recommend this practice enough! From the receptionists to the orthodontist the whole experience was of amazing quality. I went private and decided to pay for ceramic braces and I am so glad I decided to go with a practice that has industry professionals with years of experience. From never smiling because I hated my teeth to not being able to stop smiling and constantly being complimented on them. They have given me a new found confidence and I am forever grateful!

I’ve been taking my son for braces for approx 2-years. The place itself is nice and the results are excellent, the only issue is appointments. You get reminders to attend, be on-time, etc however they rarely are. You end up sitting in the waiting room well past your appointment time. Not a one off experience, always “sorry”, needs to sort its admin & appointment system out.

Went through 2 years of having braces. And I couldn't be any happier. The staff there ate amazing. And the receptionist. I think her name is Janice has been there from when I first started all the till now and has been an amazing help and very understanding of the travelling I had to do between Manchester and Leeds for my appointments but couldn't be any happier! I have been with this dentist for my braces since 2020 and I’m glad to say they have been amazing. Thank you to Chris and his team for supporting me on my journey. Also special mention to Rita at reception who has been the best receptionist I could ask for as she has always gone out of her way to accommodate my appointment times and is overall a brilliant person.

I am almost finished with my braces journey and I am very pleased to say it has been a smooth experience. The staff are welcoming and kind. My orthodontist made sure I was informed with the next steps for my braces which reassured me. Overall I would recommend you check them out for an orthodontist appointment as I guarantee they will provide excellent services.

I had a hygienist appointment with Jo Hall. She was friendly and warm, and made me feel at ease. She was professional and kind throughout the treatment, recommended some additional treatment that might benefit me, and gave me some great advice for caring for my teeth going forward. The clean itself was fantastic and my teeth look the best they have in years.

I have paid £90 for 10 minutes chat with the dentist to tell me, he will charge me about £700 to save the tooth but he is not sure he can save it.so he will start and if he couldn't save it he will just charge me £400 then take it out. Really? As I can't reply to your response it is the right practice. My appointment was on the 26th of October at 11.00

I have had many appointments at this practice for numerous different problems such as root canal treatment, braces and an implant. This is by far the best dentist I have been to. All the staff are exceptional and the dentists, orthodontists and hygienist that I have seen have all been very professional and efficient. I would 100% recommend.

Everyone here are friendly,professional and kind throughout any treatment.I came here for braces and then for a new retainer and they did an excellent job at straightening my teeth and talking me through all the processes.

I asked for an appointment and they didn't give me it also my braces are broken and still they are not giving me an appointment. I've been ringing in and they only said we cant do anything about it

I went it for my braces fitting because I was extremely goofy and my teeth were a mess. Now I have come out 18 months later with amazingly straight teeth. Highly recommend!
