Had an appointment for grooming of my dogs, after 2 hours I called to see if they finished and I got the answer that they needed two more hours!! When I asked why? The answer was that a lot of people without appointments they left there dogs there and leave… that’s not at all professional of them, I was furious because one of my dog is 17 years old and they had her in the cage for almost 3 hours… my old lady she was so tired and thirsty when I went immediately and I took them without letting them one min more in that place… not to mention that they charged me for seresto collars 38€ and online is 21€! So disappointed ☹️

I visited this pet store earlier this week. All of the staff are so warm and welcoming, very knowledgable about animals and their products, and incredibly helpful. There is such a lovely atmosphere here, my daughter and I didn’t want to leave. The gentlemen took the time to show my young child their fish and let her feed them. They were sweet and friendly with my dog and explained everything I needed to know about the product I was buying. They have your and your animal’s best interests at heart and this shines through from the moment you step into the store. Thank you! We will definitely be coming back!

Having found this place I no longer have to worry about my tails not having something. I really appreciate the quality, but there is no need for unnecessary words here - these people are passionate about their work, love it with all their heart and it is very obvious, and therefore they try to do the best they can (in finding and ordering your food, or that certain rare flavor, or always help with advice, etc). And what's also not insignificant - you will always meet a lot of cats there that are cared for and loved Thank you!

A great little pet shop, especially if you're looking for aquarium plants and supplies. The owner, Costas, is really genuine, helpful, and full of knowledge about aquarium fish and plants. The Koi in the pond out back are amazing, and the service is personalized and second to none. Will certainly be ordering more plants and supplies from here in the future, although as we live some way away, next time I will order via the store's website. Highly recommended for any aquarist.

Took my dog it was her first time to get groomed.The place was very dirty hairs flying everywhere you cannot breathe when you go there therefore your dog waiting inside to get groomed will be the worst nightmare. They told me it would take 1 hour when i was waiting 3 hours to get my dog back. Terrible service do not recommend.

I was looking for a bird cage. They have a really good selection of cages, toys and food. The service is outstanding. The staff is friendly, have a sense of humour and you feel very welcomed. I will be definitely coming back there if I need more food or toys for my bird. Thanks for your great hospitality, guys!

This is a great store! We come here more than once. Friendly staff are always ready to help you. A large assortment. When we arrived in Limassol we were able to find everything we needed for our cat. Today I was very happy that the store is open on Sunday. You helped me and my cat. Thanks a lot!
