The staff at R&B Beak St store are absolute legends (Jonas and Keith in particular). Throughout the pandemic and various lockdowns they helped me with different items, fits, sizes, virtual tours and they showed abundance of patience when I couldn’t decide! They are always very approachable and friendly and will do everything they can to help customers. Thanks to the impeccable service, this is the only R&B shop I’ve gone to in the last 2 and a half years. The team is always very professional and I look forward to going back to the store. It’s such a refreshing experience to find such a lovely and helpful team. R&B clothes are great, and I love the fit, but with Jonas’ help I found few things I would have never thought of getting otherwise. The store itself is spacious and it is very well stocked which just adds to the store recommendation. I can’t rate the store high enough!

My experience shopping at R&B, was nothing short of a five (5) star experience. As soon as you enter the store, you are met with helpful staff, along with all the health and safety measures set by the government in order to create a pleasurable shopping experience for customers. environment to shop. The staff were just exceptional. Fully trained, professional and attentive, without any pressure to purchase. I purchase two denim jackets and the quality has surpassed all my expectation. Highly recommend for people to visit the store as the experience was first rate from all aspects regarding their products and customer service.

The staff at the Beak st Store are my absolute heroes! I got there at 10.30am having travelled across town to try and find a blazer that I couldn’t get online and found that they didn’t open until 11am (which seems crazy late) - they very kindly let me in anyway and were super helpful, going to the storeroom to find me the jacket I wanted. I was out of there within ten minutes with my amazing new jacket and they weren’t even open yet technically! They were so lovely and helpful and really stood out among one very average customer service in London. Top marks.

Awesome service! Friendly staff. Large store... way way better than the store in Chelsea. More importantly, the staff here is genuinely helpful and approachable, opposite of the service of the Rag & Bone in Chelsea (where the staff usually have a quite arrogant attitude and make you feel uncomfortable)! So happy about this store !

Great clothes, though it's the amazing in-store experience which deserves 5*! The manager Keith and Natasha were such a great help with helping me find my perfect sizes and also went above and beyond the call of duty. Couldn't ask for a better experience. And I came home with a whole new set of clothes to top it off!

I love this brand for its quality and identity so have shopped for R&B for a while now. But I want to make a shout out to the Beak Street store for several great experiences. The service always makes it a pleasure I look forward to when I drop in, especially Isis. Will keep coming

I had a superb experience in this store- the team (Keith in particular) are great... friendly, made me feel welcome, and gave me a great one to one shopping experience throughout the store. The store itself is stunning, along with the product it holds. Definitely recommend.

So many lovely staff then one young dude decides to close up 5 minutes early and play with his phone instead, very not keeping with the usual excellent service. Updated from 2 to 4 stars thanks to an excellent follow up to my original issue from the management.

International shipping and return experience is absolutely horrendous. I’ve been waiting for an answer from Rag & Bone customer service for weeks. Chased them a number of times but nothing.
