I am very disappointed with the absolute TERRIBLE customer service I received with my co-workers. I represent an Anytime Fitness which has purchased TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars worth of vouchers from this company. When my co-workers and I arrived in store, our focus was to film a VERY short video (5-10 seconds MAX) to actually help PROMOTE Rebel Sport as we do partner with them a few times in the year. When an older lady yelled out from across the store "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" (in front of customers she was already serving) as we placed a Rebel voucher (worth $50 might I add) in the manniquins hand. We replied we were simply taking a quick video of the hand with the voucher. She then said "do you have permission for that?", we then replied we didn't realise we would need to have to ask for permission seeing as we weren't filming anybody's faces or anything equivalant. She then proceeded to tell us unless we had permission directly from head office that we could "get out". There was no need to raise voices, or to be downright rude, her intent was to embarrass us and it worked. Never have I receieved such horrible customer service before, from ANY store. I myself have worked in retail and would never speak to a potential customer (or anybody in general) the way she did. If she had simply come up to us and told us in a calm manner unfortunately we were unable to film, we would 100% understand and thank her for her time. The fact she felt the need to yell out and try embarrass staff of another company is really disgraceful and I really hope she is spoken to about delivering actual customer service. I believe her name was Margret or something along the lines. Name 100% started with "M"

I WILL NEVER COMEBACK HERE! STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I had a very bad experience today with one of their staff!!! She's extremely the RUDEST person I have ever met! she shouted on me infront of other customer, telling me to put back the item that I'm not going to buy because I was going to put it infront of her where other customers put their unfitted stuff after they fit it, it was on the entrace of the fitting room area and she wanted me to put back the item in the place where I took it. My point is She could have told me in a nice way but instead she shouted me on me I felt so embarass in front of the other customers, I was about to cry while I'm paying at the counter but I tried to handle it first and when I reached my car I literally cry because I felt so embarass. I know your job is tiring but don't forget to RESPECT your customer! I'm not your employee or what for you to shout on me! its just one item that I'm going to return and its your job to do that! not unlike some other customer they return a lot of items. I WILL NEVER COMEBACK HERE its so sad becaue I love to shop here because its the nearest Rebel sport here at wiley park.

I represent an anytime fitness whom has purchased tens of thousands of rebel vouchers from this store , we had entered the store taking very short clips of the rebel vouchers we had and of us outside the store to promote the rebel vouchers as part of our giveaway The old sour lady was not happy with this , she yelled out , created a scene and attracted the stores attention to me and my coworkers , you would think someone of her mature age would be smart enough to come up to us quietly and ask what we were doing instead of yelling GET OUT to us and attracting the stores attention to us AS she was serving a customer .. what a great way to treat people who are actually promoting rebel through their platform

I would like to thank all the staff at Bankstown Rebel Sport for the amazing work that they always do and the support they give to their customers. I had a staff member go out of her way to pick up a pair of shoe for me just so I could have it before Easter, she was truly amazing, she told me she lived in the area but honestly! that's not the point, after a long day of work, on your feet all day, the fact that she's still stopped at a shopping centre, walk down to pick up the pair of shoes.. it's truly amazing I would like to thank her from the bottom of my heart and I honestly appreciate it. I love the Bankstown store and I do always come back.. thank you

Went to try on some football boots, though in the boots section there was no service at all to help me find the boots I was after, and it was only getting busier in this section of the store. I did see 2 staff helping some customers which is fine however the least they could've done was ask for help from other, less busy staff so that customers dont just walk out which is inevitably what I did. Went straight to InSport downstairs and they sorted me out with no problems.

Absolutely horrible service. Wanted to buy this 50$ table tennis bat yesterday.Lady at the counter couldn't get the tag off and said to me why dont i just cut it off by myself. I had to settle for a 40$ which did not have a tag and the lady at the front was extremely rude and showed her frustration by making me wait in line for my refund. Never going back to this place. Wasted my time driving till here.

I ordered the last pair of a particular pair of basketball shoes click and collect my son wanted for his 13 th Birthday from Granddad . Next day I got a call from Julie informing me that there was in fact no stock . The solution however were three similar pairs to choose from . Julie was efficient and also price matched the chosen pair . Thankyou for your beautiful service .

Good stores, can but busy at times, 50% of staff know their products which is great if you pick the right staff, products can sell fast at this store especially if the are sort after and good sizes usually go first. Big store has alot of sporting good avaliable, and purchasing online can be beneficial when sizes aren't store avaliable. Clean store

The staff at this store are extremely helpful, patient and happy! Went there on two separate occasions to buy my daughter football boots and was served by three different staff members. They all provided the same level of great service. The area was also very well presented, even though on both of occasions it was a busy weekend period

I went in to buy a Spi-belt to hold my new insulin pump while I sleep and I has met wirh a smile and a "how can I help" which pointed me to where I needed to go and when I got there another staff member showed me exactly what I needed and when I got to the register it was half priced too! Result! Thanks guys for a job well done!

I was totally disappointed by their service. What they promised me in terms of ‘return and replace’ policy before my purchase in-store wasn’t exactly what I got. They promised so much to get the money, but deliver little or nothing afterwards. Honestly, they deserve a zero rating if that is possible.

Due to one's person lack of care, my child will be missing out on her Christmas present. I drove to 4 different stores, due to system count errors, and when one was sourced it was not fit for sale, scratched, not in its packaging and missing components. I will never buy anything from Rebel again.

We went to the rebel Bankstown today. Staffs weren’t friendly at all. They don’t know how to do customer service. Special one Asian look Chubby staff was so rude to us because we were asking about a product. She just walks around and doesn’t want to work. Very bad customer service.

The sales rep, who I asked for assistance, didn’t have the information I was seeking. So he sat down in front of me and looked up the information online to help me make the correct decision on what to purchase. He was very helpful, even if he didn’t know before being asked.

They were located on Hume Highway before but being in such a remote location, they have now moved into Centro Bankstown. Even though it is now in a much smaller location, the store is much newer and brighter and carry all the essentials of a across a variety of sports

bad experience, the store manager Sam gave us hell for a simple exchange, made me and my kids wait almost 2 hours while he had dinner and made a phone call, then lied to us. eventually gave us the exchange when he was caught out on the lie. poor disgusting service

Best customer service experience. I had an issue with a faulty product, and the store manager (Dorm) was amazing helpful and personable too. The girl at the register was also great. Problem was sorted out quickly, perfect example of excellent customer service.

The clothing is extremely overpriced and shot quality. I purchased a shirt from there and I didn't know it had a small stain. When I tried to refund it the next day they said they can't accept it cause of the stain. I would not recommend shopping there.

Amazing customer service. We have never had a positive experience in this store until today. We were served by a man named michael he was fantastic!! He went above and beyond for us and made it simple and easy. Ask for michael when you need help!!

Confusing layout. I was there for an hour and 15, maby 20 minutes of it was shopping and the rest was just finding shop A, then finding shop B and then just finding my car again after all the wandering around. But the shopping it's self was fine.

Great customer service answering my inquiries over the phone. Appreciate the assistant in trying to find the items I ask for. She went out of her way to locate for me in store and other stores close by. Keep up the good work team Bankstown. ☺️

It’s took 2 hours to buy a pair of snickers Sorry for the sales person African Appearance trying to looking after few customers at a time. Rest of the team members are so busy with RFL scanners inside the back office. Poor management skills

Freindly staff but not enough of them. I've been here a couple of times and the only staff I can see is the ones behind the counter. This means there is no one to serve customers that need shoes to try on that are stored in the back.

Staff always willing to help... However at the counter, only two things need to be done to keep the queue moving: scan items, then bag them, don't make others wait in line. Plenty of staff can help with enquiries and conversation...

I been here only once to buy my daughter's Xmas present and the person who helps pick and choose was a true gentleman. God bless him. I will drop in again for other items.. also I loved the variety even in the sily season time...

Most fantastic customer service! I had an issue with an online order and on the 2 occasions I had to return I encountered 3 different staff and they were amazing. Polite, helpful and very professional. I love shopping here!

A little hard to find as the site is not located on any of the main floors; requires access via escalator. Plenty of space inside full of stock. Store is kept clean and seems organised. Service is good; staff helpful.

Very few store staff to guide you on products, those staff member who are present are either busy talking about among themselves or are not courteous. Do your homework for the product you are planning to buy.

Big store, has most things but noticed a lot of gaps on the shelves. In particular, the bag i wanted was out of stock on the shelf and in the back. Nice customer service and enthusiastic team members.

Terrible product knowledge - phoned up to inquire about item availability, was told yes its here, only to drive 30 mins and completely incorrect and not in stock. Awful experience.

Was difficult to find finally reached there. The click and collect should be made more seamless if you have to wait at the counter just like in store purchasing what's the point.

This is a great medium sized Rebel sport store, there's a good selection of sporting goods here although not the best dhoe department compared to other Rebel Sport stores.

Customer service person forgot to take security tags off items. Now I've got to go back to a Rebel store when I had intention of doing so (Christmas shopping is mad!)
