I rang the store number at the store and when I realised I could not simply buy it through a credit card purchase outlet, I burst into tears. I had come from another alternative sport store and been rejected there too. This lockdown 6 was getting me down, I cannot go into my personal circumstances publicly but they have been devastating to me. You recommended an alternative skipping rope that was cheaper. Then you bough one for me, purchased it personally and refused to take my cash or credit card purchase because you could not because of the restrictions. Thank you for your kindness in a moment of deep personal devastation when I know how much retail is struggling too. You have made me a life long Rebel customer..

New store alert - epic place! I could spend hours here (but I didn't on this occasion...coz kids)! Their range is so extensive in every category and they've been clever in creating a space that feels like an event or experience rather than just a shop to buy stuff. I spotted a basketball court and a soccer (kicking) room amongst other sporting stations. The service I received from a young lady in the kids shoe section was so helpful. She didn't leave our side until we found 2 pairs of shoes that we needed after the original pairs we wanted were unavailable. She also took care to check the fit which was a great help. When you're a mum-shopper with kids in tow, you're often doing all the things all at once so oftentimes don't always get offered the help. Thanks Rebel Knox, always leaving your store happy (not so much the bank account though)!

Went to the new Rebel on its opening day at Knox on 8th June. There we so many staff on and not 1 of them greeted us at all. We walked around the entire store looking for some state of origin merchandise. There were groups of staff everywhere chatting to each other and ignoring the customers. I also looked at the basketball shoes as I needed a new pair. A staff member came and stood next to me and rather than ask if I wanted help, he re adjusted the shoes I had picked up, making me feel uncomfortable. On its opening day and with an over abundant amount of staff I would have expected great customer service. I will be buying my basketball shoes elsewhere as clearly Rebel Knox do not value it’s customers. I tried to look for a email address to send this to Knox specifically but I had no luck so left a google review instead.

I went to this store because I was having trouble with a product and wanted to return it. The staff were extremely friendly on both Sunday and Monday (very different days in retail land). A lovely young guy helped us find the right product for us, something that didn't happen at the store we originally bought the product from, on Sunday. Then I brought our item back on the Monday and the lovely manager looked after me, refunded my item and made sure I was happy with the new product, potential 'warts n all'. I'm so pleased that I was treated so well and had a smooth and seamless experience. I will definitely encourage friends and family to come to this store.

Today (busy pre-Christmas Saturday) I was approached by Rebecca who offered help. Santa has promised a cricket starter kit to my grandson and I thought it would be a simple purchase. Not so. Rebecca searched the store and all other Victorian stores but there were none to be had! Disaster!!! At this point she started to help me put together our own kit by sourcing bag, bat, pads and gloves and we were doing well…until the gloves, which were unavailable. Santa looked liked letting Max down, but his elf (a.k.a. Rebecca) found me some at another store where they are on hold for me. Disaster averted, all because someone went above and beyond to help.

Went in with my husband to look for a birthday gift for our nephew. As my husband is in a wheelchair and I have a broken leg we found it very hard to get around to find what we were after. So we asked a staff member who promptly fobbed us off so we ask another and he just pointed and said its down there somewhere. We were both discussed with how we were treated not only as customers but the fact that we are disabled and needed help was even worse, they were happy to just be having conversations with other staff members about what their lives than to do their job and give us customer service. Very disappointed

If I could give 0 stars I would. This has got to be THE WORST customer experience ever. Mostly very young girls working who were acting as tho it was just a day to chat. Walking around talking not one person greeted me or asked if I needed a hand. We went to the front desk and 3 girls were talking amongst themselves and did not acknowledge myself or my partner standing at the desk waiting to pay. The girl who finally attended to us looked like she absolutely hated her life and serving us was the worst possible thing that had ever happened to her.

Just kindly remind everyone, please check their online price/promotion before go to the shop, they may hide the promotion information and charge you more. long story short, I spend thousands of dollar here, recently I bough 2 bikes here, all other rebel shops shows 30% off all bikes, but this shop hide this information at the beginning, try to charge me more. and later they said one bike is 30%, another one is not; and then they said the 30% end Sunday(26th Dec), but the online information shows clearly end at 27th Dec...

I found the customer service here to be non existent. I was looking in the clothing section right up against the back wall when a young female sales member was walking over in my direction and I was about to ask for help. As I was about to ask for help she asked me to move so she could get past. There was ample room to walk around me rather than walk straight through where I was standing with my small daughter. No manners at all. I won’t be back, better customer service elsewhere.

They didn't have the size in the shoes of what I was wanting however the staff where very helpful in finding a store that did for me and organizing for them to be put aside for me. It was taking a little time for the other store to answer them and my little one was getting restless so they offered to take my number and called me about 10 minutes after I left confirming the store and shoes with me..... great shopping experience at rebel sport.

I have been told to get forgotten item in stern from store which was there mistake and not in customer friendly way and only when asked to talk to manager and they posted it. Second staff member who I asked if table is Aluminium and she told me by hiding that yes and terra sphere table is not made of aluminium and instill like table but why they are behaving like that. Someone is gonna scream in her ear one day

Just went instote to exchange an item because it was incorrectly packaged. Met the sales staff at the counter. Ask to exchange and just got told to get get another. No directions until asked and then sent into the totallly wrong direction in the wrong department. Thetecwere 2 Staff members gas bagging. Where is the ' oh l will go get another one Mr Customer' . Rebel , premium price below par service.

Staff tried to sell me an obviously used scooter that have been placed back in the box . When I questioned if the scoter had been used the staff member said it had probably had just been ridden in the store despite the fact there were small stones embedded in the wheels . The manager said we could probably discount the price by 20 % . Not good enough Rebel .

Rebel isn't cheap, they've a great variety of product. Check online to see if there is any Rebel specials as this store doesn't appear to participate in them. They will Price match, so bring in your device be it phone or tablet and show them. Overall they've got good customer service, high pricing, make them an offer. You'll be surprised with their answer.

Been going here for years for sporting goods. Most recently was to exchange a pair of runners for s smaller size. Service desk lady was very happy to assist. If I had one suggestion it'd be to not ask the customer to fetch their own replacement but rather call up on the relevant staff member to do so without being promoted.

They did not have a size of the shoe my daughter wanted but the amazing assistant Tiff organised to have them delivered to my house from another store FREE of charge!! I was at knox the day before lock down with 3 children in tow to buy runners. So it made all the difference in a challenging situation. Thank you!!!

Was a bit disappointed at first as I couldn't place an order online despite not having had issues before. Regardless, overall the service from the store staff has been amazing, super duper friendly, especially from April who has been super amazing with processing an exchange to help me out. Great variety of products. Staff are helpful if you can find them! Sports shoes are great with brilliant range for all sizes. Have a great program to support a school with every purchase, so make sure you tell them which school you'd like to nominate when going through checkout. Some good bargains at times.

Service is not great, had to ask for assistance. The new store however is really good, has a big range of sporting goods from gym equipment to active wear, afl gear, great range of shoes, clothing, more brands than before, even has a basketball area to shoot some hoops! Good customer service is a must!

Not enough staff around to help Only one person on cash register when there were people lined up for purchasing item's. They did have a person at front counter making sure you washed your hands and Checking for mask wearing. Also doing a count check of how many people in store. That was good.

Placed a click n collect order in lockdown. The rebel Sport website said all click and collect orders should be ready within hour. My order was ready within an hour and a half.. Although it was half an hour late, I thought it was still a reasonable time considering it was Father’s Day.

Excellent store.....a wide range of active wear for women, men & kids n Sports clothing and accessories.... excellent customer service from most staff....l paid a good price for the clothes l bought that day not for them to be stuffed into the bag.....good bargains also

Service in the new Knox store is non existent. I waited 25 minutes for someone to help, I needed another size in shoes which I obviously can’t get myself. In the mean time 5 staff walked straight past me into the back room. Great way to lose customers.

was in just before Christmas, had to get a few things for my children, was helped by a lovely girl, Katie. she wasn’t just helpful with clothing, she helped with shoes, beach stuff and a full cricket get up please pass on my biggest thanks to Katie!

Great place to shop a great variety of products. Staff were very efficient and knowledgeable of all products. Brought a pair of Nike runners asked for a discount at the check out and received 10 percent off Would definitely shop here again.

Well done to the Knox team and Brooke. I placed a click and collect order at 10pm. By 9:05am I had a text to say it was ready and the pick up process took 2 minutes and Brooke was a delight to deal with. Well done team in tough times.

Very quick visit to pick up online purchase. Served on Christmas eve with a cherry smile, very quick service and a merry Christmas on leaving. A very pleasant experience, especially as all the staff were smiling and felt happy

I usually like this store and I am a regular customer. I was shocked with the way Josh(casual staff) treated me and my dad. super rude and derogatory. Hope Rebel take a look into people they hire and invest more in training

Nice big store plenty of parking here at Knox, staff are very friendly and helpful. If your looking for cheap sporting goods or wear this is not the place to go. Large range of good quality items definitely worth a visit.

Short staffed. Went to purchase a pair of soccer Boots. Staff didn't communicate the price correctly. When checking the price at the counter, I was told a different price. The staff almost accused me of lying. Rude staff.

Spend a few hundred dollars and get charged a dollar for a bag.. it's not about saving the environment.. it about profit of the bag.. Next door was charged 0.20c for a bag.. Done .. only go to Sportsmart now..

Friendly and efficient staff, convenient location, large store within Knox SC, great variety of products. What's not to like? Would definitely recommend going to this store if it's in your area. 5/5 :).

My favourite shop to buy sports clothes. Plenty of choices to choose from. Friendly and helpful staff. You’ll always find your favourite brand due to well arranged/organized sections.

Friendly staff at counter but found there wasn't anyone asking if I need help with anything. Specially when I was looking at shoes. Also never had my size shoe at the time either

As supermarkets go at a regional hub this is clean, well stocked with ample parking. Good little mall with a pharmacy and liquor outlet as well. Main entrance of Marine Pde.

New location is great. A soccer interactive game room and a basketball enclosed area with scoreboard. They layout of the store looks good and easy to find what you need.

I was interested in buying a Samsung Galaxy Watch, absolutely no service, help or interest from the staff member . No wonder people are buying online. Goodby retail.

Visited this place for my son's tennis shoes. Staff are very helpful. Reserved the shoes for me for a day so that I don't miss on the special price. Just loved it.

The variety of options for shoes, sporting items and clothing is very nice. The staff show great customer service and is my go to for sport related items!

Good range and plenty of floor space. Helpful staff, can contribute percentage if sales to local sports teams (Croydon Ranges soccer club for us).

Good size rebel, sizes are not a bit thin on the range, rebel pricing seems to be plain retail (expensive) I guess they changed over the years...

Helpful staff didn't wait long at the register they had 3 registers open pleasant staff even had a joke with them nice place to shop …
