Used their services in Sep 2022… would totally recommend everyone…. Professional transparent and to the point… Our chauffeur Rahul was polite, smart and pretty knowledgeable. We were lucky to get a brand new Crysta car for our Ayodhya trip. Driving was safe and comfortable. Rahul was smart enough to pick us up from point explained on call or Google location shared with him. Car was cleaned, tidy and cool every time we stepped inside. Overall very happy with their services and totally recommended for everyone.

Today Morning have nad experience with this travel agency my old parents were unable to find the driver cab tried calling and engaging them at airport they are charging high price of 3400 Rs for Ayodhya, and when my parents where unable to find cab they asked for waiting charge Rs 200 which I paid..so avoid this travel for senior citizens and yourself they do not respect customers.later once we got cab it was just Rs 3000 to Ayodhya..book cans directly from Airport avoid travel agency .

Car was ok. Booked cab for 3 days from them. Both drivers were not good. One took us to shop which had overpriced stuff and got commission from our purchase. Highly unprofessional. Second day, had requested for Innova Crysta a week prior in advance. Even after confirmation, last minute car was changes to old Innova. Driver cheated us buy resetting trip meter and increased kms by around 60-80 kms. Taxi sent was private registered car. Please avoid.

Taxi rates were genuine, car was in good condition. The driver was sleepy during night journey. After 2-3 short naps while driving he stopped the car and slept for 1.5 hour. He played loud bhakti songs all night and 2 meaning bhotjpuri song.
